Cannot recommend this nursery enough. Our child was at the nursery from 10 months to 2 years old when we moved out the area and unfortunately needed to move nurseries as a result. Our child settled in so well from the very beginning, and this was all due to welcoming and friendly staff at the nursery. Our child absolutely loved their time there and when they started walking they ran into the room by themselves and couldn't be more excited every day. The updates were very regular and detailed so it was good to see what they had been up to during the day. We were sad to leave and the staff were sad to see our child go, which is just a reflection of how much they care for the children and treat them as if they were their own family. Thank you so much!

Felt compelled to write a review as my child has been at Bright Horizons since beginning of May and has settled in so well, he is so happy to go into the baby room every day reaching out for his key worker (and others) - smiling, and content. Settling in had ups and downs but the staff were always calm and patient, asking me to step in when needed and it made me feel really at ease that they put the needs of my child first. He has settled in so well and even his sleep has improved so much - we are really happy with our choice of nursery and wantes to say a big thank you to all the staff.

We truly can't rate this nursery highly enough. The care, attention, and warmth they show to the children is outstanding. Both of our daughters attend, and the positive impact it's had on them is clear to see - they're happy, engaged, and thriving. It's obvious that they are being stimulated and supported in their learning and development. The environment is nurturing and encouraging, and the staff are absolutely lovely - always approachable, attentive, and ready to help. We're so grateful for everything they do. It's such a reassuring feeling to know our children are in such safe and caring hands. We honestly can't thank them enough.

My son has been attending Bright Horizon Bromley Day Nursery and Preschool, and I couldn't be happier with our experience! The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and professional. They've created a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe and encouraged to grow. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of engaging activities for children of all ages. I've noticed such positive changes in my son since he started - his confidence has grown, and he's always excited to share what he's learned each day. The communication with parents is fantastic, too. We're regularly updated on our child's progress and daily activities, which gives us peace of mind. It's clear that the team genuinely cares about each child's well-being and development. My little boy has been struggling with sleeping at nursery so I asked to speak to the manager and she was more than accommodating and we talked it through and already my son's sleep is better with some solutions the manager was able to help me with. The staff really care about your children and I never have to worry about my baby when he is with them. He is really coming on leaps and bounds and is so happy at nursery. He is using so many new words and I honestly could not be happier with the nursery.

My wife and I have been absolutely delighted with our experience at Bright Horizons Bromley Day Nursery and Preschool. Our two daughters have settled in seamlessly and are thriving in this nurturing environment. 1. Confident development: our eldest daughter has blossomed into a confident child during her time at the nursery. She's not only learning new skills but also expressing herself with confidence. We've noticed significant progress in her speech and social interactions. 2. Convenient drop-off and pick-up: having parking available makes drop-off and pick-up hassle-free. As a Nan to a child who attends Bright Horizons Bromley, my experience has been great. The staff are so attentive and will offer help if needed. I am particularly impressed with the security, as I do not attend regularly the staff will check the password with me at the door. When I see my grandson in his nursery environment it fills me with so much happiness to see him thrive. As a grandparent, you only want the best for your grandchild. He is always so happy and proud to tell me about his day and show me his friends and teachers. The nursery is inviting and all staff are approachable. He always seems to be engrossed in activities when I collect and talk about his day with me. I am extremely happy my grandson is so well cared for.

Bright Horizons Bromley Day Nursery and Preschool has been a wonderful experience for our daughter since she joined at 9 months old. The staff are incredibly nurturing and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming environment. They've fostered our daughter's development through engaging activities and play. As a family, we cannot recommend this nursery enough, the staff are amazing with all the children. Our son loved attending nursery and made all new friendships on the days he attended. I will miss dropping him off to nursery knowing that he is in a safe and loving environment. Bright Horizons Bromley Day Nursery and Preschool has organised some incredible days which, as a family, we have been a part of, like Mother's Day afternoon tea, teddy bear picnic for Father's Day, sports day for the children and graduation day for the children that are leaving. We have great memories of our little boy coming home and telling us all about his days at nursery and we will cherish them forever. This nursery really is a five-star rating in our eyes and all the staff will be missed by us and our little boy now he starts his next big adventure in school. Thank you again Bright Horizons Bromley!

I'm really happy with the nursery and everyone who works there. They provide great, attentive care to my son and he learned a lot since he joined the nursery as a 12-month-old. Staff always gives me updates on his day and progress and I feel confident leaving him at the nursery. I'm also very happy with the facilities and food that is provided. Overall, I will recommend this nursery to anyone who lives in Bromley, it's a great place for little ones.

My little one loves it here! I cannot recommend Bright Horizon Day Nursery enough! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and kindness from the staff. The facilities are clean, bright, and welcoming, creating a safe and nurturing environment for my little one. The staff and caregivers are truly exceptional - they are attentive, caring, and always go above and beyond to make sure my baby is comfortable and happy. I have complete peace of mind knowing that my little one is in such good hands. The nursery also offers a variety of activities and learning opportunities for the children, which I love. It's clear that they prioritize the overall development and well-being of each child in their care. Overall, I have been extremely happy with my baby's stay at the nursery and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a loving and supportive environment for their little one. My 17-month-old daughter joined the nursery three months ago and loves it so much that on the recent bank holiday, she had a tantrum and kept banging at the door wanting to go to nursery, even though it was closed! This is a tribute to the professional and caring team working there, ranging from management (thank you for leaving snacks for parents at drop-off) to the chef (my daughter loves her curry but hates mine!) and all those working directly with the kids. Particular thanks to the staff who work in the babies room but also to the hairdresser who comes quarterly to offer to cut the children's hair - so helpful! The nursery recently underwent renovations and the results are wonderful; it is bright, it feels fresh and welcoming but most importantly, it is always very clean and the layout is perfect; I particularly appreciate having the babies room on the ground floor so I can get there directly with the stroller and not to have to carry her up any stairs.

From the moment we walked into Bromley’s Bright Horizons nursery last summer we were blown away not only by the layout, but the cleanliness and overall warm welcome we received from the management and staff we met and spoke to. Myself and my partner walked out and we both knew instantly that this is most definitely the place we wanted our daughter to attend for pre-school. My daughter started in January 2024 for 2 days per week - All I can say is wow! She is absolutely thriving, doing things that I would never have imagined at her age she would be able to understand/take part in i.e: learning to write her name at 3 years old, cooking lessons, building activities, craft making etc to name a few. I am always so very grateful for the lovely staff my daughter is looked after by, they have become family to my daughter and friends to us with their genuine caring nature and without any doubt in my mind would 100% recommend this Nursery to anyone that is looking for a place for their little ones.

I am really happy with this nursery. It's hard to leave your child somewhere but all the staff is great and my son seems really happy and well taken care of. The place is clean and has great facilities. I would highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with the experience our child has had at Bright Horizons, Bromley. The staff members are incredibly caring, attentive, and nurturing, providing a supportive environment that feels like a home away from home for our little one. The setting is well maintained, with plenty of engaging activities both indoors and outdoors for the children to explore and learn from. Our child has also shown remarkable growth since starting nursery in late 2023 and we attribute much of that to the dedicated team who go above and beyond to ensure she not only has a great time but also continues to learn new skills. Overall, we recommend Bright Horizons to any parent seeking a place where their child will be happy, safe, and can't wait to run in the door every morning. We really couldn't ask for anything more!

I am overall very happy with the Bromley Bright Horizons Nursery and feel content leaving my 22-month-old son there for the day. The setting is absolutely perfect for any child, as it caters for all their educational needs. There is plenty to do, laid out in a safe and inviting way for the children. The newly refurbished rooms are excellent; clean, airy and modern. The staff are so warm and welcoming to both the parents and children, including the chef, who is really friendly. They are professional and informative and everything feels smooth sailing because of their clear approach. My son and I have had a wonderful experience so far with this nursery, it’s been the right decision for us and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you to all at Bromley Bright Horizons.

My children have been attending this nursery for almost three months now and so far, it has proven to be an extremely positive experience. In particular, I am pleased with the engaging activities provided to the preschool children, such as cooking lessons and community outings. Similarly, my younger child, who is enrolled in the nursery, has flourished in recent weeks and has formed a wonderful bond with his key worker. Furthermore, the building has recently undergone renovations, creating a nice environment for the children. Overall, the staff members are friendly and I am genuinely satisfied with my decision to choose this nursery after evaluating multiple options.

We are really pleased with the nursery. The facilities are excellent, the chef prepares some fantastic meals and the staff and management have always been kind, caring and attentive. A big thank you to everyone in the toddler and preschool rooms who look after our son so well. Under the nursery's guidance, he is learning and developing tons. We will be sending our baby to this nursery soon too.
