BH Nursery is a lovely place where they nurture the little one.
The nursery is spacious and there is a lovely outdoor area. My son loved going there every day but we had to move him due to different needs, but would have loved for him to stay stay there.
Along the way there were few hiccups but
always promptly solved by the management.
My only note (for improvement), something should be done about the bell; I appreciate they are busy and for reasons of security only the office will have to open but sometimes I had to wait long times and ring 5 times.

We have been nothing but impressed with this nursery. Our child started in the baby room when they were one and they moved up to the toddler room mid last year. We have also just enrolled our seven month old (Jan 26)
The staff here are so attentive and they actually take the time to get to know each
and every child to work out what kind of care or development would benefit them the most. It's not a 'one size fits all' situation at all. They do not follow some lazy guideline structure and just expect every child to follow. This team CARES. They show intuition and guidance. This team do not judge and they never make you feel small or that you aren't doing a good job. From their fantastic chef, to the members of management, I have always been able to openly communicate with them. Our children are developing beautifully. They have also been SO SUPPORTIVE during our toddler's potty training journey. I can't thank them enough for how flexible, ENCOURAGING and understanding they have been!

My daughter is now in her final year at Bromley nurrsary and it has been an amazing experience from the beginning. All the staff have been amazing with my daughter.
They always make her feel loved and welcome her every morning with the same energy and on the tough days they always find a way to
cheer her up and help the day begin well. They have always been open with accepting feedback and you feel they listen to your opinion as a parent. I can honestly say there have been no issues over the last 3 years and I would be more than happy to recommend this nursary to friends and family.

My son has been going here since 9 months, We have been made to feel welcome from the get go, the staff are extremely friendly and make all your experiences feel personally. My son is now 20 months and having the best time in the toddler room. It feels more like a family than a nursery. The outside
area is amazing, the activities and educational learning planned is great. A special mention to the chef who knows all the children and cooks the most amazing food. The management are so great, again know every childs name and extremely welcoming. The rooms are always extremely clean as is the garden space. Highly recommend.

Our son was at Bright Horizons for just over a year. He absolutely thrived there! The staff are amazing and genuinely care about your child.
Our son loved the daily activities and we feel he has come in leaps & bounds in terms of his development. He really developed strong bonds with the staff and
other children and even loved the food (which is rare for a picky toddler that only loves carbs!). I loved that the toddlers and babies have a seperate garden and play area away from the bigger kids to give them more freedom to find their feet. The updates on the app have helped us relax knowing that our son is being looked after and having fun!
We moved town so had to unfortunately move nurseries but will always be thankful to the team at Bright Horizons for everything they have done for our son! I would recommend this nursery to anyone in a heartbeat.

A wonderful experience my child have had at this nursery so far. Attentive staff, very responsive and on the ball management team. Genuinely look forward to pick ups and drop offs to say hello and have a chat with the staff. Lovely community vibe.

Couldn't be happier with Bromley BH, our daughter loves it and has made such progress since starting at 10 months. She loves going to nursery and I often find her confidently exploring different areas of the space when I come in to pick her up.
The team are excellent and all know my daughter by
name, offering a kind hello or goodbye when we pass through. She enjoys the range of food on offer and is always well fed!
I would recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a friendly and nurturing setting for their child.

We love this nursery and have just enrolled our second child, which says it all! The staff are so kind and welcoming, and our children have been really happy and settled here. It's such a lovely enviroment and we'd happily recommend it to other families. My daughter often comes home talking about
what she has done that day, her key worker and friends.

Cannot recommend this nursery enough. Our child was at the nursery from 10 months to 2 years old when we moved out the area and unfortunately needed to move nurseries as a result.
Our child settled in so well from the very beginning, and this was all due to welcoming and friendly staff at the
nursery. Our child absolutely loved their time there and when they started walking they ran into the room by themselves and couldn't be more excited every day. The updates were very regular and detailed so it was good to see what they had been up to during the day.
We were sad to leave and the staff were sad to see our child go, which is just a reflection of how much they care for the children and treat them as if they were their own family. Thank you so much!

Felt compelled to write a review as my child has been at Bright Horizons since beginning of May and has settled in so well, he is so happy to go into the baby room every day reaching out for his key worker (and others) - smiling, and content. Settling in had ups and downs but the staff were always
calm and patient, asking me to step in when needed and it made me feel really at ease that they put the needs of my child first. He has settled in so well and even his sleep has improved so much - we are really happy with our choice of nursery and wantes to say a big thank you to all the staff.

We truly can't rate this nursery highly enough. The care, attention, and warmth they show to the children is outstanding. Both of our daughters attend, and the positive impact it's had on them is clear to see - they're happy, engaged, and thriving.
It's obvious that they are being stimulated and
supported in their learning and development. The environment is nurturing and encouraging, and the staff are absolutely lovely - always approachable, attentive, and ready to help.
We're so grateful for everything they do. It's such a reassuring feeling to know our children are in such safe and caring hands. We honestly can't thank them enough.

My son has been attending Bright Horizon Bromley Day Nursery and Preschool, and I couldn't be happier with our experience! The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and professional. They've created a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe and encouraged to grow.
The facilities
are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of engaging activities for children of all ages. I've noticed such positive changes in my son since he started - his confidence has grown, and he's always excited to share what he's learned each day.

My little boy has been struggling with sleeping at nursery so I asked to speak to the manager and she was more than accommodating and we talked it through and already my son's sleep is better with some solutions the manager was able to help me with. The staff really care about your children and I
never have to worry about my baby when he is with them. He is really coming on leaps and bounds and is so happy at nursery. He is using so many new words and I honestly could not be happier with the nursery.

My wife and I have been absolutely delighted with our experience at Bright Horizons Bromley Day Nursery and Preschool. Our two daughters have settled in seamlessly and are thriving in this nurturing environment.
1. Confident development: our eldest daughter has blossomed into a confident child

As a Nan to a child who attends Bright Horizons Bromley, my experience has been great. The staff are so attentive and will offer help if needed. I am particularly impressed with the security, as I do not attend regularly the staff will check the password with me at the door.
When I see my grandson
in his nursery environment it fills me with so much happiness to see him thrive. As a grandparent, you only want the best for your grandchild. He is always so happy and proud to tell me about his day and show me his friends and teachers. The nursery is inviting and all staff are approachable. He always seems to be engrossed in activities when I collect and talk about his day with me. I am extremely happy my grandson is so well cared for.

As a family, we cannot recommend this nursery enough, the staff are amazing with all the children. Our son loved attending nursery and made all new friendships on the days he attended. I will miss dropping him off to nursery knowing that he is in a safe and loving environment. Bright Horizons
Bromley Day Nursery and Preschool has organised some incredible days which, as a family, we have been a part of, like Mother's Day afternoon tea, teddy bear picnic for Father's Day, sports day for the children and graduation day for the children that are leaving. We have great memories of our little boy coming home and telling us all about his days at nursery and we will cherish them forever. This nursery really is a five-star rating in our eyes and all the staff will be missed by us and our little boy now he starts his next big adventure in school. I'm really happy with the nursery and everyone who works there. They provide great, attentive care to my son and he learned a lot since he joined the nursery as a 12-month-old. Staff always gives me updates on his day and progress and I feel confident leaving him at the nursery. I'm also very happy
with the facilities and food that is provided. Overall, I will recommend this nursery to anyone who lives in Bromley, it's a great place for little ones.
