I have had three children at the nursery now and the care team are absolutely amazing, they look after the children so well and I always feel at ease that they are well cared for. We have a great relationship with Carly and Heidi my children's key workers and Lily is a great manager for the nursery
who is always on top of your queries and they all make the children's welfare a priority. Silvia the chef is also great and she varies their diet so they can try different foods. I can't fault the team at Westfields they are all lovely and great with the children. Billing by Partou is my only criticism, I sometimes have to get the amount corrected as they have calculated it wrong.

My son started Westfield's in January and we have been over the moon with the service that has been provided. Staff are always friendly, warm and caring and will help support us as a family with any developmental questions. Would highly recommend

A fantastic nursery with an excellent manager and a caring, dedicated staff team. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing. My child is happy and settled, and we feel very confident leaving them in such capable hands. Highly recommended.

The team at Westfields have been fantastic in settling our daughter into nursery for the first time. It's so lovely to see her excited to go and see how they have bonded with her so quickly. I love they have exciting playtime where she can develop and even took her to a book shop to choose new
books, which our daughter enjoyed so much. Importantly I trust the team as they've have kept us informed about her progress during the day and if drop-off has occasionally been difficult for her, it's reassuring to get a call to say she settled quickly.

Our son has been at westfields since the beginning of the year and found it tough to settle but thanks to all the staff and welcoming environment he's now very happy. The staff are always so nice and happy to give an in-depth handover at the end of the day.

Westfields have been fantastic at helping our little one settle in. He only goes once a week, so it has been a process but they have shown real kindness and patience, and take notice of his interests to make him feel comfortable. He now loves his days with the team and always has a huge smile on his
face at pick-up! I would highly recommend.

I am really impressed with how the staff in the baby room were so amazing in helping my daughter settle in. My 1 year old, who has previously never been away from me for more than a few hours, had some settling in days prior to her official start date. Each time I arrived to pick her up I couldn't
believe the progress she had made and the lengths the staff had gone to in order to help her settle in. It has given me peace of mind that she is being well cared for.

Since my daughter started at Westfields the team have been amazing, communication has always been consistent and they have created a nurturing environment where my daughter feels safe and happy. My daughter loves all the different activities and time spent in the lovely big garden. The staff
continue to encourage my daughter to try new foods and eat better which has been a great help. The manager Lilly has always been very approachable and always available to answer any questions. I am very grateful to all the staff for all the support and kindness and would highly recommend Westfields Nursery.

My 1-year-old son started at Westfields 2 months ago, and we are happy with the care and support he has received. The staff have been attentive and nurturing, helping him through the emotional transition of settling in. They provide wonderful activities to support his development, and the fantastic
outdoor facilities give him so much space to explore and enjoy. I've also been really impressed with how carefully his allergies have been managed, while still offering him a great variety of food everyday.

My daughter started at the beginning of September and is loving Westfields! My husband and I have genuinely been so impressed with the staff and their warmth towards our daughter. She's just turned one and has settled in both well and quickly! We enjoy receiving our updates about how she's getting
on throughout her day. They even had a little lights and dance party on her birthday! We could not be more pleased with Westfields and will be recommending it to friends. Thank you!

We went round to look at Westfields and the staff were really welcoming. The tour was very detailed and the nursery had a home away from home feel to it. The children looked happy and confident to talk to us as we went round the nursery. I am really looking forward to joining with you next year.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery since she was a baby and is now thriving in the toddler room. Our little girl has additional needs, and the support and care shown to her have been nothing short of exceptional. The whole team ensure she feels safe, happy, and included every single day.
The key workers and SENco show genuine love and dedication, which has made every transition smooth and stress-free. Communication is excellent, and we are always kept up to date with her progress and development.
The setting itself is warm, welcoming, and filled with exciting opportunities for learning and play.
We could not be happier with the care our daughter receives and would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any family.

My child hasn’t been at preschool for that long, but Westfields have made the transition to attending daycare as happy, positive, supportive and caring as I could have hoped for. There are so many different opportunities and experiences, and the care is perfectly individualised and tailored to my
child’s needs, which is remarkable considering the age of the children and the usual ratios (that are essential to prepare the children for school).
Wouldn’t send my child anywhere else.

Our son has attended this nursery since he was a baby, and we’ve been incredibly impressed by the amazing support and attention that he’s received from staff, the great facilities, fantastic activities and great communication. We love this nursery, and so does our son. He smiles every time he sees
the building, and his key workers have been amazing. We’d highly recommend this nursery!

My son really enjoys his days at Westfields. The staff are fantastic and really invest their time in his care and development. He loves the outside space as well as all the activities that are planned throughout the day is always coming home with his creations!

My family and I love everything about Westfields. Particularly the warm staff and the variety of activities available to the children.
My daughter was new to the nursery in September and took no time at all to settle in with the encouragement and support of her key worker and supporting staff.

We have twin boys attending this setting. One has additional needs, and after being turned away from other settings, Westfields welcomed us as a family with open arms and a warm smile. I feel the nursery has gone above and beyond and always keeps us up to date on how the boys are developing.
The
key workers have shown love and dedication to our whole family and have made the transition into the nursery very pleasant.
The setting as a whole is warm, clean and very exciting for the children. There is always a smell of home-cooked food greeting us at drop off and pick up. All staff are friendly, and nothing is too much trouble.
We would highly recommend this nursery and look forward to progressing through the stages until we leave for school.

Our daughter was one of the youngest babies to start at Westfields in a long time. She only took around 2 weeks to settle in and that's down to the fabulous and attentive efforts of the staff. Early on, as a team, they identified that her original key worker may not have built up enough experience
to deal with the needs of such a young new baby. Instead, it was recognised that this member would gain so much more by observing the more senior members. Our daughter is now full of smiles and excitement when she sees each and every staff member in her room! I've also received some great advice from staff - weaning my daughter off nighttime feeds so she's hungry enough to eat meals in the day - it worked like a dream. We are so happy with the care our daughter receives because we can see how happy she is. The staff are all so friendly and approachable too, which makes for a very pleasant experience all around. Thank you Westfields Team - you're all fabulous!

Both our children attend Westfields and we have been so happy with the care, support and overall nurturing environment that is provided. They offer so many lovely activities, arts and crafts, singing, role plays and lots of outdoor garden play/water play. My daughter's confidence and overall
development have come on leaps and bounds, big thank you to the ladies in the raising 3s they have been amazing with her. Also a big thank you to the lady who has been fantastic at settling our son in the baby room.

Westfields Day Nursery are always friendly, supportive and offer a fantastic range of facilities that has really supported the development of my 2x children. I would absolutely recommend this nursery to others
