The nursery go above and beyond helping both child and parents.
Always putting minds at rest when I always ringing up to see if he was ok. I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for one of there child.

Acklam day nursery Acklam road has got to be the best nursery my son started this nursery when he was 2 he had speach and language and developmental delay he was none verbal (not no more) the staff are amazing they have helped my son massively he is now speaking and there's no stopping him he has
came on so much since starting nursery the staff are so patient and so understanding and help them so much I can't thank the staff enough

The nursery staff themselves are fantastic and I trust them to take care of my child to a high standard. The staff are flexible and understanding of individual needs, and I feel comfortable giving them honest feedback AAWN.
The money management seems unclear in terms of how additional costs are
worked out around free childcare hours. I dont think this comes from the local nursery staff and is not within their control. Transparency and clearer options from higher up would be helpful here.

Amazing staff at this daycare, my daughter loves it here and they are all amazing with her and as a parent make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Would highly recommend acklam day care to any family or friends, what a wonderful place!

Myself and my children love this nursery, my son has been going since he was around 9 months old, and my daughter has just joined before Christmas. They're both always happy and excited to go to nursery and love the staff. The nursery staff can't do enough for you, they always make you feel welcome
with any questions or concerns you may have and answer them promptly.
My children always come home tired and happy after a busy day at nursery, with full bellies and lots of smiles. There's plenty of activities put on for the children throughout the year to teach them about lots of events across the world and different cultures.
All around an incredible nursery with plenty of open communication and amazing staff

My child has attended Acklam day nursery since he was 10 months old until he was 3. We cannot fault his experience at all. The staff are all amazing, really caring about each individual child and so supportive as our child reached each milestone in his life. My child loves to attend and we will be
so sad to leave when he joins school.

Outstanding level of love and care for the children. The personal handover at end of the day are full of stories of the beautiful experiences created and my son loves it and feels happy and safe. Deepest gratitude that this plate exists. Especially love the visits to local market, forest school and
all the daily cooking the children are treated to an actively involved in building real life skills.

Fantastic nursery to be a part of.
the staff are all amazing and very welcoming!
If you need help with anything they're always on hand to help and nothing is ever to much for them! Each child is valued and very well cared for here.
my child is always full of smiles and happiness while here !
We will miss it when the time comes to leave to go big school! (Can we just stay forever ? ) we really appriciate everything this nursery does for us!

Very warm and welcoming place, my child walks in happy always seeing familiar faces and leaves happy. Also active and interactive with the children and always keep parents update. Plenty of celebration events that the children can take part in. Would always recommend this place to anyone looking for
a family friendly nursery.

We are so pleased we chose Acklam Day Nursery for our son to attend, he has been going for almost 2 years. The staff are fantastic and give good communication on pickup of how his day has been. We know he is well looked after and he enjoys going there.

I can not recommend this nursery enough! The staff are very friendly and always helpful. Staff are always smiling and always happy. There is a wide variety of food choices. The nursery is always clean and presentable. My child has learnt so much and I couldn't be happier.

A really friendly warm welcome and good-bye everyday from all of the staff at all times. The manager and the staff are professional and caring and always make sure to put both parents and children at ease. The manager is very accommodating/flexible with parents/childrens times, appts etc. and the
phone is always answered quickly. Management are very approachable and very helpful!

This is an amazing nursery. I have a little boy who I didn't want to start nursery for certain reasons. But in the end, I let him go and I chose this nursery, at first I was so nervous due to my little boy couldn't tell me how his day went but the staff and managers at this nursery put my mind at
ease. They told me about him every day and how he was getting on and now I leave him at nursery with a clear mind because I know he's well looked after by all staff. I couldn't fault this nursery at all definitely top 10 nursery and definitely would recommend this nursery.

My son absolutely loves his time at Acklam Children's Day Nursery. I and his mother have had the pleasure of meeting all the staff on a daily basis and always had positive feelings towards them all. I would recommend this nursery 100%.

Little one (1yr) started in January, lots of tears however the staff kept me updated and by week 2 he was smiling going in! He loves going to nursery and his social skills have increased massively! I love seeing his little updates on the app also! I can go to work now without worry and know he is
having an amazing time! Thanks to all the staff at Acklam Day Nursery.

My son has been attending this nursery for over two years - he absolutely loves it. Never had a single problem, and all of the staff are so friendly and have a fantastic relationship with him and us as a family. Couldn’t recommend this nursery any more - absolutely brilliant.

Also shout out to the chef for the fantastic food. My son often has seconds and loves everything she makes.

A fantastic nursery with caring and nurturing staff. The setting is clean and offers a variety of healthy, nutritious food. My little one has been attending the setting for almost a year and is continuing to develop in all areas. They helped make my transition back to work easy and supported me in
continuing to breastfeed my little one. The care they provide is more than I could ask for. I recommend this setting to anyone for childcare needs.

My little girl started Acklam Children's Day Nursery when she was around 2 years old. She absolutely loved the nursery from the first day she started. My daughter has autism and before her diagnosis, there were early signs of this, the nursery always did all they could to fulfil her needs. The care
they provide is the best she could have ever received. She now attends a sen provision and in the holidays she spends 1-2 days per week with Acklam Children's Day Nursery and gets so excited to see staff and children. I could not recommend this nursery enough! Amazing is the only word I can describe it!

Absolutely wonderful nursery and lovely staff. So glad I chose to send my little one here! They are highly flexible and can't do enough for you, I will be keeping my son here for the foreseeable future so it's comforting to know he's in such safe, caring and professional hands.
