The staff are amazing and my daughter loves her nursery days. She has been going since August 2024 and has created a bond with the team in every room she has been in (she always lists the staff when she is talking about her friends and who she has played with that day).
The building is definitely
well loved and they are awaiting a refurb but please do not let this put you off... honestly I think it shows how much fun the children are having every day. The garden has had a recent makeover and is a lovely set up with lots of toys and nature.
There was a slight gap in communication after the departure of the last manager but Angeline has just stepped up brilliantly in recent months and we are seeing regular updates on the app and lots of wonderful engagement for parents and children.
They are also very supportive if you are having any issues or concerns with your child.

My boy started for the very first time in January and I am so pleased to say we love the choice of nursery. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. They made my boy feel so safe, secure and happy. because of this, Dad and I are thrilled. We get updates throughout the day on how our boy is doing which is
very reassuring. There are plenty of activities for him and he always comes home with some kind of masterpiece in his bag. My boy smiles when being handed over in the morning, which is always a very good sign.

My child has been attending this nursery since he was 1 year old. I have friends who sent their children to this nursery and also my niece attended, so I was confident and comfortable that my child would be happy and develop well here.
That said, the nursery environment is in much need of a refurb
and investment into new toys, carpets/flooring, fresh painting, resources and materials within the nursery rooms would be very welcome. First impressions aren't the best because everything looks out dated, very used and somewhat unclean. Staff do though regularly deep clean the rooms and toys and they really do try their best to improve things in this regard. In 2025 improvements were made to the outdoor play areas and new toys purchased such as bikes and padding pools for Summer, which was wonderful! Recently staff also arranged for a Dental Nurse and the Fire Service to visit and they plan on arranging more educational and interactive days for the children :)
The staff are a credit here!

My daughter has been going to nursery since January 2026 and has been enjoying her time whilst there. We appreciate that the staff (happy hedgehogs) updates us always with what she has been doing and I can see that she is now comfortable with them. The crafts they have been making each week is a
plus! Kudos to all the staff.

My Son has been attending nursery since September 2025. He has been in hedgehogs since the beginning and has enjoyed his days. He comes home with various crafts from the days activities and it is clear he has had enjoyable and entertaining days! He is comfortable and happy with staff who are always
helpful and friendly when I drop him off and pick him up.
I am very happy with the care and attention he receives. Thank you all.

We love Kiddi Caru Daventry. My son started there in the summer after a rather negative experience at another nursery. The team at Daventry have been fantastic with him and with us, to ensure he has a positive experience here and I cannot thank them enough. Michelle is an absolute star with the
support she has given us, she is very personable and approachable. Angeline has been fantastic too. The whole team there are great :)

We found Kiddi Caru nursery online and booked an open day with our 16 month old to begin to integrate and socialise him. We were anxious as he has multiple food allergies. During the open day we were informed of their allergy procedures and were very reassured he could be safe and not be segregated.
We were invited to two settling in sessions prior to him starting, one which we stayed for and one which we l try him for an hour to eat. Both we received photos and messages with updates to how he was doing. His key worker, the class team; cooks and management are all fantastic and he is thriving: His development, speech, and sleep have improved massively! They have a great outdoor space which they go out each day. The best decision we have made and couldn't recommend it enough.

Kiddi Caru is a fantastic nursery with wonderful staff and an amazing environment. We've been sending our son there for several months and the care and encouragement he receives is amazing. He has learned so much and loves all of the staff, I will always highly recommend Kiddi Caru to anyone.

The team are very friendly and understanding, it has been a joy to see my daughter's development in all aspects, she loves coming to nursery and has so much fun! Also, the app is amazing, it allows us (parents) to see what they get up to on a daily basis.

My daughter loves to go to the nursery and enjoys all the activities they do. The teachers are amazing. It's lots of fun and education. Food smells delicious and it's a very rich diet. Very very happy with this nursery.

We came to look around in September for our 2-year-old to start. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. All our questions were answered and we came away knowing we had found where we wanted to send our daughter.
During the show around she happily went off to explore the toys and have a look
around herself.
The staff have been very supportive in helping her settle in the early days.
Communication is really good, we get to see daily photos of her and read everything she has been up to each day.
Thank you to all of the staff for helping her settle so quickly!

My granddaughter has attended the nursery for the last 2 years and it has been an absolute godsend for our family. She willingly goes in every day, and cannot wait to have fun. It constantly amazes me the inventiveness of the learning that goes on throughout the day, encouraging independence through
play and peer support. The staff all understand my granddaughter's disabilities and ensure she has access to specialist equipment to develop her muscles. Children don't care about pristine toys and equipment, it's the inventiveness that promotes their creativity and courage to undertake something they may be reluctant to attempt that's important. My granddaughter comes home with the biggest smile every single day and that's the best indicator to us that this nursery is invaluable to her.

I have been blown away by the warm and comforting environment provided by the wonderful staff at this nursery. My grandchildren love the teachers who have gone above and beyond with the warm care they provide. My grandson has special needs, he has been welcomed, included and helped to develop and
grow from the very moment we first visited the nursery. A big grateful thank you to all the teachers, catering staff and management. You are amazing.

The staff are amazing! There are some absolute stars who care for the kids and the nursery would not be the same without the people who work there! As they do really care and put in valuable time with the kids. The issue lies in the company, speech delays are not referred! My son who is now at
school, the school were shocked the nursery had not referred him for his speech even though I had asked previous management multiple times to refer my son, it seems it wasn’t the people but more so the company of the nursery would not carry out referrals. The nursery has a complete lack of quality toys and if it wasn’t for the brilliant staff who seem to come up with inventive games/learning activities it would be awful and my son would not attend. The outside space resembles something of a third-world nursery compared to other nursery settings. It’s clear absolutely no funds are going into the nursery setting. The company needs to invest in the setting like the staff do the children.

I could not praise the nursery enough. The pre-school has been amazing for my daughter. She has developed and progressed wonders and she couldn’t be happier there. The ladies in the pre-school are just wonderful, they know my daughter so well and I am so grateful to them. They have prepared her so
well for school and it will be a very sad day when she leaves!

My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery! She’s been there for two years now! Always comes home telling me all the fun activities she has done. My son will be joining in September! The staff are great and very welcoming. I 100% recommend.

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was ten months old. When she started it was a huge transition for us both, and the staff were very supportive of this. She is now 2 and a half years old and really enjoys nursery and has built good relationships with the staff and other children.
When
needed management and staff have worked with me to iron out any issues or concerns I have had, ensuring her individual needs are being met.
I really like the new app. However, I would be cautious of relying too heavily on technology as a means of communication; I like the idea of being offered the chance to meet with staff occasionally to get a more in-depth look at what she's been up to and how she's getting on, especially as she gets older.

Overall, the nursery has been great for our daughter, and she has developed brilliantly. The staff take good care of her and puts on some great daily activities that she enjoys. Our only comment for improvement really relates to feedback to parents. We don’t feel we get enough feedback as to how
she's doing, areas to work ok on etc. It probably has partly to do with the takeover by Kiddi Caru, then the introduction of the app, then the new system - it's all been a bit up in the air. However, when we signed her up three years ago, we were told they ran parent evening-style events, and none of this has happened.
