My son has been attending St Marks since he was two, for over a year and a half, initially for a few terms while I was on maternity leave with my daughter. However as we came nearer the deadline of swapping him to a nursery nearer to us, the thought of removing him from all his friends, the lovely
staff and surroundings became too much so we left him in!
I drive from half an hour away to drop him off/pick him up so this should be testament alone to how brilliant this nursery is. The progress he has made under their care is just astounding. The owner, who is also one of the main teachers is so completely dedicated to her role and knows all the individual children and their requirements very well indeed.
The teachers are some of the kindest, warmest, most gentle and patient ladies I've ever come across, and they combine this with a gently structured yet creative (typical Montessori approach) to building skills and learning abilities. I honestly can't recommend this nursery enough.
