Outstanding care and learning at Bright Horizons nursery, I give it a full 5 stars, the moment we joined the warmth and proffessionalism of the staff stood out. The team is incredibly nurturing, paitent and genuinely invested in each childs well-being and development. My son settled in quickly thanks to the supportive environment and consistent routines. The nursery provides a perfect balance between play and structured learning, helping children grow in confidence, independence and social skills. Overall with the photos via the app, daily updates and cleanliness I am 100% confident on my childs development there and just want to say a big thanks to the team.

I was really worried about separating from my baby, but after seeing my baby's pictures, how she is developing I'm very happy. This nursery is more than what I was expecting and I highly recommend it! Thank you for your hard work and for keeping our child safe.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 2, and we've seen great progress and improvements. The staff are warm, caring, and supportive, and create a welcoming environment. He enjoys going to nursery every day and we appreciate the regular updates and open communication. We are happy with the care and development support he is receiving and would happily recommend this nursery to other parents.

Bright Horizons are very good me and my child we all loved. My daughter was coming since she was one year old. She got her words together in here, very friendly staff very polite, The food is very nice. We absolutly happy here.

We had a wonderful experience with Bright Horizons Hounslow Day Nursery and Preschool. Staff was professional and they identified an underlying issue with my kid and we got it treated before it got escalated. The environment is clean, safe, and engaging, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for play and learning. We are impressed with the variety of activities offered from storytelling, rhymes, and sensory play. Also, the craft work for Mother's day and Father's day. Feels good to see our kid's development from past 1 year. The nursery manager is always helpful and professional. Overall, it's a good experience and happy that our kid is in right hands.

Bright Horizons Hounslow Nursery has been amazing with our son. He was developed leaps & bounds. As a parent is a wonderful feeling knowing child is going from home to home! The staff are wonderful and their attention to detail and patience is commendable! We will be sad to leave at the end of this term! But know he's been with the best!

My experience at Bright Horizon has been one that has been exceptional. The staff have been nothing short of amazing. Settling in my daughter has been a smooth journey. The greatness that goes on at Bright Horizon is one I have never seen at any other nursery. The care and attention provided to each child, having constant updates of my childs growth and new experiences. Could not ask for a better nursery.

As first time parents we were extremely nervous and anxious about sending our daughter to nursery (especially as she was not even 1 yrs old at the time) however the team at BH were brilliant especially 2 members of staff in particular who both made us feel very comforted and at ease that our daughter is in safe hands. The team were very easy to contact and kept us updated with our LO's day. My child loves nursery and this shows when we drop her and she runs in ready to play.

Staffs are very caring which is the biggest thing i see as my son needed a comfort zone and get adapted to the environment quicker. Bright Horizon gives that comfort level of thinking where i can stay back home relaxed. It gave me the confident that my son is staying in the safest place.

At Bright Horizons, my son has thrived, learnt people's skills, gotten better at communication and assertive with his feelings. The staff have always been more than helpful and accommodating to whatever queries we had. They helped with things such that we didn't have to worry. Would recommend 100%.

Since my daughter started nursery, she is friendlier than she was before and she started sleeping through the night. She seems to engage more with people, she's started speaking a few words. She settled very quickly with the staff and we can see that she loves going to nursery. She also loves the food there. The staff are really helpful with any information we need.

I am extremely happy with the way Bright Horizons staff communicates and cares about my child and myself. My son started nursery recently and all of the thoroughly helped me and my son to settle in a very nice manner. I can't thank enough to each of them, especially 5 staff members in particular. I am looking forward for a happy journey with Bright Horizons and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. They are fantastic.

Bright Horizons Hounslow Day Nursery and Preschool has been wonderful for our little one. My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Hounslow Day Nursery and Preschool for four months now. The nursery has a warm and inviting culture. Our regular catch-ups on the phone app are very reassuring. Overall, we have been very happy with the team and our decision and looking forward to seeing her transition from baby room to toddler room.

Bright Horizons Preschool is a great daycare. Friendly, caring staff, clean and safe environment, and lots of activities on offer. My daughter loves to go to preschool thanks to the wonderful staff who helped her to settle in. We would definitely recommend this nursery and preschool.
