Staff are absolutely amazing. My daughter has settled in really well and they always put both myself and her at ease. Lots of photographs and updates throughout the day. I can already see how happy my daughter is here.

Staff work really hard to create a very welcoming calm space for children and adults. They make children feel as comfortable as possible and are very reassuring to parents when leaving children for the first time.

As soon as we walked into the nursery we knew it was the one for us. All the staff we met during our show around was all polite, friendly and you could tell they loved there job. Rueben came for 3 settling in session in August 2025 and all the staff was great with him and us! September 2nd was Rueben's first full day and even tho we had tears in the morning we knew he was in safe hands. Photos where uploaded to the app which we love. When we collected him at home time we could see how happy he was and that he had a fabulous day. Rueben would also love to give the chef a huge high five as he loves the food at nursery. Thank you all so much x

This is such a lovely nursery. My daughter really enjoys her time here and the staff are wonderful, she seems really comfortable with them. Thanks to the team at Kids Planet for all their hard work, including Laura and Tracey in the office who are always helpful and polite.

Great experience with recently starting nursery. Feels very welcoming and supportive of my anxieties towards my child starting nursery. Great support from everyone. Beautiful presented nursery with different sensory inputs for all ages.

Good Nursery in general- My little boy is happy to go and happily walks in the room without any hesitation. As others have said, the communication is poor and needs looking into. There are never any updates regarding his day, we get the odd one about what food he's had but nothing else. It would be good to see more pictures/updates of the things he's doing during the day. This seems to have been lacking the further up the nursery he goes. The staff are always lovely and work extremely hard. Overall a good experience so far just needs some tweaking.

I couldn't have picked a better nursery for my son! He's been since 10 months old and he is now nearly 2 and a half and thriving! He doesn't like leaving my side but runs into nursery happy, and that's because of all the hard work, compassion and dedication the staff put into their children. He's in the 4th room now and each key worker he has had he has bonded with and loved. No matter what, we are always greeted with happy staff and I think that is so wonderful! They all seem happy to be there and happy to be around the children. I hope my son is there till graduation! The management are also super friendly and always happy to help no matter how busy they are and I call a lot! HIGHLY recommend this nursery! The best out there!

This nursery is outstanding, each person at Kids Planet are amazing, kind and friendly and I wouldn't have my son anywhere else. We love the different trips, different celebrated days like, pyjama day, Chinese new year, and a lot of the other inclusive days. My son is extremely happy going to school to see his teachers and friends, the app is always updated so I am aware of what is going on, what he has eaten and seeing pictures of him playing. I couldn't be happier to have my son in this nursery and we will forever miss them when he moves on in September!

Iam fairly pleased with the nursery in general, my daughter has really grown confidence in the time she's been there and got to know the staff well. I do feel communication could be better in terms of what's she's eaten and drank as it's only a vague description and not a lot of variety offered. They are Very supportive with new stages in her life for example potty training and getting rid of her dummy. I'd say the only negative is staff not manning the door which leads to tailgating even though there is clear signage up discouraging this.

My child has attended this nursery in Southport since he was 9 months old and is in his last few months now before he starts achool in sep, he has developed so much and has loved coming here, staff are attentive and loving and will Listen to any needs and I can't fault this place at all

We sent our now 7 and 10 year old children here and our toddler is currently attending. Even 6 years later there are still so many familiar staff members, many who were key workers for our children the first time round, it's so lovely to see. We feel totally confident and secure with this nursery and all the staff, our youngest has extensive allergies and the kitchen are absolutely fantastic at catering to his needs. I also love how everything is provided within the fees, so all I have to send is a change of clothes, it really takes the pressure off. Staff are communicative, super friendly and always professional, I would recommend Kids Planet YarrowHouse without hesitation.

My daughter started Kids Planet Southport in April 2025, they have been a 5 star service from the start! So accommodating with all my nervous parent questions and provided extra settling in sessions which really helped her transition. Since starting her full sessions she has settled so well, a couple weeks of upset at drop offs, which is to be expected, but the past few weeks she has happily gone in with no problems. The app updates are wonderful for parents to check throughout the day and the staff are so warm and welcoming. Security at the nursery is also great! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in Southport looking for a professional and friendly nursery!

The Tots room at Kids Planet Nursery have been fantastic with my son. They are caring, compassionate and dedicated to the children and their key worker roles. My son struggled to settle when he started but a particular staff member and the team showed patience and knowledge to put my son and me at ease and now he loves going every day. I couldn't recommend the nursery enough.

In love with this nursery my boy loves going there he literally grab his bag every time I ask him to put his shoes on thinking he's going there this is how much he enjoy his time and the staff are really good they do their best and they keep you updated with all the activities that ur child's doing the food the nappy .. etc I do recommend this place for parents your kids are safe there and the most important thing is they get to learn and enjoy their time , kids planet is a five star nursery

Since moving to the area and bringing my son to Kids Planet, I have seen him grow and develop. After 14 months at the nursery, my son has been located in three different different learning environments (rooms). This has allowed activities and the setting to advance with him. The team at the nursery have been fantastic. Not only do they have a strong enrichment environment that allows the children to learn and express themselves, but they also take on board queries and questions from parents. I have discussed current home learning my son has been involved in (colour identification or physical development). At pick-up on the following days staff have informed us how my son has done in those areas, and what they have done to encourage further development. For example, when concerned about coordination they told us they had watched him during circle time and saw him jumping well. Subtle additional actions like this show how engaged the staff our with the children.

The nursery has always been kind and caring. They are always completing different activities and ensure that they have access to fresh air. I would recommend to join this nursery, never had any problems.

I cannot fault this nursery and it's staff! My Son is very happy here and the care he receives is excellent. The staff are all lovely and warming. I get detailed feedback of his days there, which puts my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Kid's Planet Southport!

Fantastic nursery with excellent , friendly, courteous staff. My daughter feels right at home there and is enjoying every minute of being there. She is well looked after, fed and attended to when needed. I get updates on my app with her progress (what she's doing, what she eats, when she's changed, etc) 5 stars out of 5 (I'd rate higher if I could)

We have had a fantastic experience with Kids Planet. Our eldest just left to go to school and loved every minute while our second child is enjoying and learning every day. From the caring and attentive staff to their excellent trips and provision, we couldn't be happier knowing our children are safe, enjoying life and learning every day.

The staff cannot do enough to support the children and parents. When going through lots of changes, the team has been really supportive of my child and accommodating to us as parents. My child has come on leaps and bounds with his development and is always so happy while he's in nursery. The environment is welcoming and full of exploring and learning opportunities for all of the children.
