My daughter has been at Butterflies Day Nursery for a year now and I have nothing but praise for the care she has received.
Leaving your child for the first time is a very difficult situation, all staff made that transition as easy as possible. My daughter is now thriving in the toddler room
running in to the setting every morning and chatting about her friends and key workers when she gets home.
My daughter has had 3 long febrile seizures, staff could not have been more supportive making sure that us as parents know that she in a safe environment if she needed medical assistance at nursery.
We are kept up to date with our child's progress with regular parents evenings which are a delight to attend. It's fantastic to hear how well the staff know and understand our daughter.
All staff are on hand for help or advice navigating and understanding the trials and tribulations of raising a toddler
Any concerns I have had have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Starting at 9 months old our daughter took a little while to get used to nursery life, but the team at Butterflies have been so supportive and nurturing to her, and she has now settled so well. She loves all of the team at Butterflies and has plenty of cuddles for them all. She has developed so
much, she loves the activities and she has so much fun. It is so reassuring to see her now established and settled so well.
The nursery and the team have really come on since the Autumn and I genuinely feel that Butterflies is the safest and most family orientated environment I could want my daughter to be in. Their attention to detail for her needs, health and well-being has been exceptional along with the support we have received as a family. We chose Butterflies because it was so much more than a standard nursery and I can safely say it is absolutely so much more than that, and we remain delighted with the team and the settings for our daughter.

Very welcoming happy nursery. My children love attending. The facilities they have included external classes are brilliant. (Yoga & French) Nursery staff our spoken highly of by my children which make which is a massive comfort.

I am super happy with butterflies. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The different rooms and outdoor areas are great! My little one settled in well and is super happy. Makes a mummy's heart a little lighter at drop offs.

My son has just finished here after 4 wonderful years, all the staff have made his time at nursery so special - he has learnt so much since being there and they have nurtured him and helped him to develop and become ready for reception, reccomend this nursery xx

Butterflies is a lovely nursery! I would highly recommend it!
Both of my children attended Butterflies from the age of 9 months until they were school-age.
They absolutely loved it. The staff are wonderful, warm and friendly and they took great care of both my children. I always felt that they
were in safe hands.
It is a well-run and managed nursery and nothing is too much for the manager and staff. Thanks very much, forever grateful.

My baby thoroughly enjoys her days at Butterflies Oxton each week. She participates in a wide variety of activities and has come on leaps and bounds since she joined. She enjoys the company of the staff at the nursery and has always been well looked after. We have found all of the staff to be very
kind and helpful. Our baby enjoys all of the food she is served and looks forward to trying new things at mealtimes. The menus sound great! Thank you for looking after her so well.

The staff are so lovley, approachable and friendly. The manager is doing a fantastic job, so many positive changes have occured.

We've had a fantastic experience at Butterflies so far. The staff are incredibly kind and approachable and I have complete faith and trust when leaving our baby with them.
The facilities are fantastic. We love the outdoor area and each day our baby comes home having had fun playing with different
exploration materials like sand, water, paint and jelly!
It's brought her on a huge amount so thank you.

Dropping our daughter off at nursery is a very welcoming experience. Staff check on her wellbeing and she walks into her room without a backwards glance. She has a wonderful time and there is always a variety of activities. Staff have taken the time to get to know her very well and have gone the
extra mile in helping her to settle and ensure she eats (she's fussy). Security on the door seems good. We are very happy with our experience. The management are helpful by email and phone.

The whole time my daughter has been a part of Butterflies Private Day Nursery and Pre-school group, she has always been so happy and content. All the staff have been so supportive with any issues that have come up, e.g. child behaviour that has been challenging or going through a tough period, the
staff have been so empathetic and can't thank them enough.

After a difficult couple of years with COVID, the Butterflies team are now well established and working so hard with the kids. Team members take time to tell you what they have been up to and make it as personable as possible. The facilities and food choices are great too.

My child has attended Butterflies Private Day Nursery and Pre-school for over two years now and we can't thank all of the girls and his key worker enough. He has made some really good connections and this allows us to feel at ease sending him to nursery. The outdoor area and indoor variation of
learning activities are fantastic, from sign language and French to getting outside all year, our little boy is flourishing at Butterflies!

They are professional, reliable and cooperative with us as parents. They are keen to monitor my daughter's progression day to day in the nursery.
They are a well-managed team, always answering our questions politely and
thoroughly when asked.

Brilliant experience at Butterflies Day Nursery, can’t thank the girls enough for what they do for our daughter.
Our daughter is non-verbal and the girls go above and beyond to make sure she has the best day.
We have worked closely with the SENCO team at Butterflies and we can’t fault them, they
have made sure all the correct measures are put in place for our daughter.

Our daughter has been going to Butterflies Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Prenton since September 2021 since she was 8 months old. Her key person has been amazing with our daughter since the beginning and has created a special bond going above and beyond to give our daughter the best learning
journey since tinies through to toddlers - she is a real credit to Butterflies. There is a few other members of staff who have made a real impact on her journey too who we have been lucky to meet. The only negative thing I could say is there has been a turnover of managers in a short amount of time which can be worrying, but the new manager seems to be making a real impact with needed changes, regular updates via the learning book and social media which was lacking before she started. There was a recommendation for uniforms to be introduced which I think would be a great idea for nursery. We are excited for the next stage of our daughter's journey moving up to pre-school after Christmas!

My son has been attending Butterflies for a couple of months now and he absolutely loves it. He always comes home with a new story and particularly likes playing on the pirate ship!
The staff are friendly, welcoming and have really helped him to settle in, find his feet and make new friends. I feel
safe in the knowledge that he is in capable hands whilst I’m at work!
I have also heard that there is a new Sensory Room and Forest School and I look forward to these having an impact on my son's development. I’m also seeing regular updates on their online page and it’s really useful to see what the children get up to. I feel like these are just three examples of many where there has been recent positive change in the nursery. Thank you to management and the nursery team for this and for making it a fun, safe and friendly place where he can grow and prepare himself for school!
I would definitely recommend Butterflies Private Day Nursery!

The staff at Butterflies Day Nursery are lovely and I feel like they really care about our little one. The girls in 'tinies' always take the time to tell us what the children have been up to and target activities to what your child is interested in. Our little one loves being outside and enjoys his
garden time when at nursery. Our little one is in full-time, absolutely loves it and I feel happy knowing he is well cared for.

I can't thank Butterflies Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Prenton enough for the support they have given me, my family and my children during our years of being there. My daughter started during Covid when I had to just leave her at the door, they made the process so easy and put my mind at ease
that I knew she would be looked after and taught all the age-appropriate lessons in life. She stayed there until her graduation before leaving to go to F2 in primary school. I was so sad to leave the setting as I felt the whole team were like my friends/family as their hard work and determination paid off to give my daughter the best start in life. I also put my son in pre-school during school holidays until he was 5 again can't fault them at all they are just amazing. Sad to leave them all but now I am pregnant again it won't be too long before I can put this little one in their more than capable hands knowing he will get the best start in life. The best nursery by far.

I am Foster Carer and our little one is delayed in most aspects for his age, all of the staff have really taken time to make a fuss, play and interact with him, so much so I already see a change in his confidence.
There is so much to do there. We have decided he will start in babies to help cover
any stages he has missed and then move to toddlers when he is a little more sure of himself.
The food is fabulous and he loves it all.
It is lovely to see him settle and learn to play with other children without a care in the world.
Thank you Butterflies I am so glad we chose you for such a big step in his new start to life.

Butterflies is a lovely nursery! I would highly recommend it!
