Brightsparks Day Nursery, Purley. Where do I begin, My Daughter attends the nursery and has done since she was 9 months young, the normal worries as a parent when leaving your only child somewhere without you was daunting. However from The Manager down to the Nursery Nurses are all so caring and
tentative to not only my needs and believe me there was aloy but down to the smallest detail with my daughter. The app you get allows me to follow what my daughter gets up to during the day to day activities and play she does. Including any accidents that children get up to whilst exploring and learning. Can not praise this Nursery enough.

I've been using this nursery (Purley branch) since 2019 and have always been really happy with the level of service provided and my children have all been happy here. The key workers are excellent - they are warm and welcoming and really care about the children. The nursery manager is great too and
makes herself easily accessible to speak to. The level of communication here is great too whether that's the weekly emails with useful information or using the day diaries which are always full of information and pictures, which as a parent is lovely to see.

We have sent our eldest son here since he was 10 months old (now 3.75) and our youngest son has just started. We have been impressed with all the staff and management over the years. The staff genuinely care and come up with some incredibly thoughtful activities for the children. Management have
been a pleasure to deal with and communication is great. We love the app and ability to see what our children are/have been up to. They take security/safeguarding seriously so we have always felt our children are safe as well as having a great time. Sadly we are relocating so we have to say our goodbyes but thank you Brightsparks you have brought us so much comfort knowing our children are safe and cared for.

We have had both of our boys attend Purely Brightsparks and believe they have enjoyed and benefitted from the experience.
The staff are helpful and approachable and show interest and care for each child.
The indoor and outdoor facilities are good and varied.
The meals are healthy and varied.
The social interaction for the children is very good.

I'm very happy that we were able to get our daughter into Brightsparks Purley. She's been there since she was 11 months old. The staff has been absolutely amazing and you can tell they really care about all the children. When my daughter came back to nursery after being away with the flu for a few
days, the staff was very considerate to be flexible with her routine and paid extra attention to her cues. I love having the app to check on how she's doing throughout the day which also includes photo updates. Also, the food they offer is always very good standard and provides lots of variety in my daughter's diet. Very appreciative of all their support!

We have found the staff to all be very caring and well informed about the individual children. They always know what is going on with our son on any given day. There are good communication processes in place between management and parents.

Leaving our daughter at nursery was a big step, but Brightsparks Purley made the transition so much easier. Their caring approach to settling in helped her feel safe and secure from day one. Beyond the initial settling period, they continue to provide a nurturing environment that encourages her to
learn and grow. The educational activities are engaging and age-appropriate, and we've been impressed by how much she's developed. The daily updates and photos are a real highlight, it's lovely to see what she's been getting up to! Communication is exceptional, from the initial enquiry to the daily feedback. It's clear that the staff are dedicated to both her wellbeing and her education, and we're so grateful for the support they've provided to our family.

The whole team at Brightsparks is absolutely fantastic with my baby ever since she started there at 8 months old. The team at the little stars room could not be any better with my baby and she is thriving in there. Thanks to the support of the team, my baby settled really well and is often smiling
on daily updates and when we pick her up. The team is really good at keeping you updated throughout the day and the communication from the management team is also flawless. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice of brightsparks as a nurseries.

Our son is very happy in the pre-school room, and the core members of the staff are absolutely brilliant.
We especially the love the little touches and activities the nursery organize such as show and tell and would love to see more of that.

Great team of staff at Brightsparks Day Nursery Purley. They are approachable and go the extra mile to look after the little ones.
Management/admin is always efficient and the daily care is outstanding with thoughtful activities arranged every day.

My son has attended this nursery for a couple of years and loves it. The staff are welcoming and make an effort to understand each child's interests and personality to aid learning and interaction. Concerns regarding mood or sickness are dealt with promptly.
When transitioning to different nursery
classes, staff allow children time to 'settle in' and gradually build time, rapport and connection with the children. Overall, I am very happy with the care provided and would highly recommend the nursery.

Had a great experience with the nursery. All the staff are lovely and very helpful. Our child started going to nursery a little earlier than we thought but the nursery handled him well. Right from the settling days to now. Best thing about the nursery are, of course, the people but also the regular
updates we get from the app. Keeps us assured as parents.

Our daughter joined the nursery in January 2024 and we have not been able to fault it since - I had a good feeling when we chose the nursery but it did not take long after she started for us to know we made the right choice!
The communication has been exceptional and we always feel well informed
throughout the day. We receive up-to-date information on what she’s eating, nappy changes and sleep. We get the most joy though from seeing the regular photograph updates of all the various activities planned throughout the day. We can tell how much time and effort goes into the wide range of activities and no two days ever seem the same!
Our key worker has also been brilliant at ensuring our daughter settled in well and has provided clear guidance of policy in times of inevitable nursery sickness.
The overall warmth too of the environment is brilliant. Each nursery staff member always greets you and you can tell the staff are a well-bonded team.

Great nursery, range of activities, a lot of caring about children, great application for parental admin where you can see what your child is doing and some pictures throughout the day for peace of mind.

Our daughter has been attending Brightsparks Day Nursery, Purley for around eighteen months now and we are, overall, very happy with it. The room staff are incredible and you can tell they really care for all the children.
Any concerns tend to be resolved swiftly which is much appreciated.

It’s the fourth year of experience with Brightsparks Day Nursery, Purley and second child now with it. Very happy with all the aspects of the nursery, facilities, cleanliness, activities, communications, staff are very caring and friendly.

My little girl is always excited to go there and they never fail to keep her engaged with fun activities. The staff are wonderful - not only are they professional but they're also incredibly warm and friendly, which puts my mind at ease knowing my daughter is in good hands.

Both my kids attend the nursery. The older one is in pre-school and another one in the previous room. They can see the difference in activities based on their age. Both key workers are brilliant. I totally recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful staff.
My daughter couldn’t stop saying her carer's name when she is home, and even more, she cannot wait to go back to nursery after the weekend.
I feel so secure as a mum when I see her so happy, engaged, learning and making new friends.
She has learnt so much in nursery.
Nursery management is also 10/10.
Very happy and highly recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful staff.
