Bright Horizons has been a wonderful environment for Janae-Ivy. The staff are caring, professional, and attentive, ensuring she feels safe, happy, and supported every day. Communication is excellent, and the variety of activities has really encouraged her learning and confidence. I would highly recommend bright horizons to any parent looking for exceptional childcare.

I started sending my daughter to nursery end of March 2025, just as she turned 2 years old. We were quite late at enquiring about enrolling our daughter to nursery to be eligible for childcare funding, however the manager made it so easy for us to register and she guaranteed a place for our daughter so quickly so that she can have a smooth transition into nursery. Our daughter has developed her confidence, social and emotional skills so well since starting nursery. She has even learnt how to eat independently. The staff are so passionate about what they do and are always so friendly, cheerful and heart warming.

Excellent service, and very tasty kids lunch and snacks, they have good activities (My children loved to cook cakes and cookies), the spaces are good, I am happy to have my children happy. For me, get the invoice immediately it is something very important, I am happy with the admin service too. Nothing to complain yet.

My son absolutely loves his nursery! Since joining, we've seen such a big improvement in his confidence, communication, and overall development. It's clear that the staff truly care about the children and create a happy, nurturing environment. I feel completely at ease knowing my son is in good hands every day. We're really happy with the care and support he's getting - highly recommend!

Our son started at Kenton Bright Horizons in January 2024 at 11 months old. As a mother returning to work I was nervous to leave my little boy just anywhere. I toured this nursery and knew this was the right place for him. Not many nurseries had the outdoor garden that they have. It is fantasitc for the kids with lots of space and different areas to explore including their little vegetable gardens. The children were all clean, well looked after and happy which was incredible. The management team have always been responsive everytime we have called or messaged via the app. The teachers have so much patients with the kids and look after each child so well. Our son is very gentle and needy and the staff have nurtured and that and helped build his confiidence. The staff have all been there such a long time and you can see are passionate about what they do. I cannot recommend this nursery enough to anyone looking.

My daughter started at Bright Horizons Kenton in September 2023 when she was 15 months old. She still attends and is now almost 3. She absolutely loves her days at the nursery and has thrived here. Since starting at the nursery, her confidence has grown so much and her social and emotional skills have developed greatly. She has formed really strong bonds with both her peers and carers. All of the staff are amazing- so kind, caring and nurturing! I would highly recommend this nursery.

Our one-year-old has been attending this nursery since mid-January, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided by the team. The three-week gradual settling-in period was incredibly beneficial, helping both our little one and us adjust to the new environment. From the open day, we were greeted by warm and friendly staff, giving us confidence that our child was in good hands. We appreciate how the staff members consistently address our child by name every time he arrives and leaves. The nursery provides regular updates on his progress, which we always look forward to. Our little one loves being outdoors, and it's wonderful to see that they spend ample time in the outdoor play area whenever the weather permits. Although it's only been a few months, we are extremely satisfied with the nursery and its staff.

Really pleased with everything: Attention to the details, care provided to son, notes for us on his developmental milestones, food served to the children. Our son's key person is very engaged into his development. Management does a good job of running the nursery smoothly.

Our Son has been attending Kenton Bright Horizon since he was 11 months old.Our Son loves his time at nursery/pre-school and now as a chatty 4 year old he is enthuse about the staff, his friends, and the fabulous activities he is involved in. Attending nursery has played a key role on his development and we feel it's excellent preparation for starting school in September.Our Daughter started at 13 Months, my daughter is very much attached to me and the support and reassurance we got during the settling period was fantastic. We are so grateful to the staff at this nursery, in particular the wonderful teachers in pre-toddler room. The manager, deputy manger have been a great support through out both our children at the nursery and continue to be approachable. The entire team are amazing; friendly, approachable, flexible and most of all they really care, and this shows.

In the time my daughter has attended nursery here, I have been nothing but delighted with the quality of service we have received, as well as with the standard of care my daughter has enjoyed. I have noticed a marked improvement in many aspects of her development, as well as in her interactions with other children. Communication has been excellent and information on the contents of the curriculum, as well as how the children benefit from each activity, has been readily available. They have also been able to provide regular photographs of my daughter enjoying herself, as well as updates and observations on her individual progress from the staff. This is done through their app, which is very easy to set up and use. On a personal level, I would also like to state what a pleasure it has been interacting with the nursery manager and other staff. They have always been understanding and accommodating of any issues that have arisen. I could not be more impressed with the service provided.

Our son is 2.5 years old and he has been in the toddler's room for 2 weeks now and we are very confident of our choice of school. We just moved to the country, and everything is new to us all, especially for him, who is starting to speak his mother language, he never heard English and just arrived in town. Meanwhile, the manager was very receptive to making his settling-in and welcome comfortable. She tried to conciliate the 2-week settling routine with our customs/wishes and schedules. In the end, he only had 2/3 days of settling and everything went so well and smoothly from then on. It is clear he is feeling at home, he goes and comes home really happy, and he seems to bond with his key worker who is very lovely, and all of that is a relief in the middle of all the changes. I like the accurate detailed feedback about the day that is given when I pick him up. I love following everything through and checking the photos in the app and the kind of wonderful activities they do.

As a parent, I was initially sceptical about leaving my firstborn with anyone, let alone at nursery, by the end of her first couple of settling-in days all my worries were put to rest. We were greeted with warmth and professionalism, the staff members created a welcoming atmosphere that put both children and parents at ease. Two members of staff in particular have been instrumental in making my child’s time at nursery an absolute joy, so much so to the point where if she were given the choice to stay she probably would. Their professionalism is truly commendable, to connect with children on a personal level, they are both assets to the organisation. I was impressed by the varied range of activities, from arts and crafts to exploring the world around them, developing social interaction and verbal communication through various songs, games and play. Overall I cannot recommend this nursery enough, my initial scepticism was replaced by the appreciation, dedication and care of the whole team.

Our son started here when he was 17 months and left aged 4 for reception. The staff at each stage have been kind, caring, approachable and polite; going the extra mile for him. In the toddler's room one staff member worked with us to potty train our son making it all easy and seamless. A special thank you to a staff member in Preschool for going above and beyond for our son during his time at preschool. Her inclusive approach and persistence with regular feedback helped to resolve the reluctance our little boy had with taking part in preschool activities. The preschool staff made a tremendous effort and put on a spectacular event for their graduation, the memories of which I will cherish forever. His experience at Bright Horizons Kenton Day Nursery and Preschool has made him a confident boy ready for school. The Bright Horizons app is easy to use and a great way to communicate with the nursery with appropriate and comprehensive feedback. Do not hesitate in sending your child to Bright Horizons Kenton Day Nursery and Preschool.

My twins have been attending since the baby room and are now in the preschool room. They have loved going to nursery since day one. The keyworkers that they have had have been brilliant, they get to know them so well and really take care of them. I have never once worried about leaving them there. The activities have been really well rounded and sometimes at home they come out with some really funny phrases or sentences which they must have learned from nursery. They are always happy to go in and come home with big smiles on their faces. I’ve been kept up to date with their learning journey through the app and have been given oral feedback too. My two seem to eat every mouthful at nursery (and get extra whenever they want) from a really varied menu, they learn about good food choices and what is healthy for their body - they are at a stage now where they tell me about their learning and it’s very cute.

My husband and I are very happy with our son's progress since he has joined Bright Horizons, Kenton Day Nursery and Preschool. The staff are all lovely and are always ready to help. I am confident that my child is in safe hands.

This nursery is absolutely fantastic. All the staff are engaging and more than happy to help and you can see the kids just love being there. My little one started in the baby room and progressed to the toddler room and he has learnt so much and just seems so happy to go every day. What more could you ask for. A massive thank you to all the staff for keeping our little ones happy.

My daughter joined when we moved to the area and she was 19 months old. She was previously at another nursery, which she loved and yet the transition was relatively smooth. She is now in the toddler group, which she is more than excited to go to every day. The teachers are experienced, caring and communicative. Through the Bright Horizons app, we know a lot about what goes on during her day and can also share what we are doing with her at home. I know she loves the activities, facilities and outdoor space and she eats better at nursery than at home! For us, it has been a very positive experience for our child to be at Bright Horizons, Kenton.

Our child absolutely loves going to Kenton! The staff look after him really well and he adores his key worker. Activities are well organised and we get frequent feedback on how our little one is doing. Would highly recommend it to others.

Both of my daughters have been attending Bright Horizon’s in Kenton since they were 1 years old (now 3.5 and almost 2 years old) and we are all extremely happy! I cannot fault the nursery at all. They keep me well informed about what my daughters have been up to via the app which I have found very useful. I particularly enjoy their latest updates on the app where they make an “observation” of your child, which shows a task that they are taking part in, with pictures and notes to explain. The food variety that they offer is also great and my children are always well fed when they are at nursery. Even at pick up time the staff still update me on any specifics that have happened on the day which is really nice and my daughters really enjoy spending time with their key workers and other staff members. Overall, I would definitely recommend this nursery and look forward to when we can go back into the nursery to collect my daughters and get a chance to see them in action in class!
