Choosing Colville Nursery London Early Years Foundation for our daughter has been one of the best decisions we've made as parents. From day one, we've been impressed by every aspect of this nursery. The staff truly make this place special. They're warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Our daughter has formed lovely bonds with her key workers, and we can see how much she's learned and grown under their care. The range of activities is excellent - there's always something interesting happening, from creative play to outdoor exploration, and our daughter came home excited to tell us about her day. One standout feature is the food. Having meals cooked fresh on site means our daughter enjoys nutritious, varied, home-cooked food every day, which gives us real peace of mind. We're so grateful to have found Colville LEYF and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for quality childcare.

My 2.5 year old son started at Colville when he was six months old. While the initial three months were a challenging transition for such a young baby, dealing with the usual first-nursery bugs, it has only been a positive experience since then. He has flourished under the professional love and care of their excellent and engaged team. Not only has he made some of his best friends here, but I am also constantly impressed by how much he learns in this enriching environment. A major bonus is that he absolutely loves the food, which is prepared daily with fresh ingredients by the on-site chef. I have full peace of mind knowing he is so well looked after. I am forever grateful to the London Early Years Foundation team for setting my son up so well for the rest of his life.

Colville has been the best nursery we could have asked for for our son. He spent three joyful years there. We watched his confidence grow tremendously thanks to the wonderful staff and he forged strong friendships with the other children. I highly recommend Colville to anyone looking for a warm, supportive nursery environment for their little one.

Phenomenal learning environment. I've had 2 children attend LEYF nurseries and were provided such loving care that set the solid foundation for future learning in more formal settings. The managers are brilliant and the menu is top tier.

My daughter has been at this nursery for the last year and a half. We have been consistently impressed with how kind all the staff are, how sensible and how responsible they are - which is everything you need and want for your child. It has great premises, with a fab outdoor area and wonderful food. The manager is just brilliant. Cannot recommend this nursery enough.

The staff have shown great attentiveness and love towards my child since he arrived at this nursery as a one year old. We will miss everyone very much when we leave, but will be back with our daughter soon!

My child has been attending LEVF Colville Nursery since she was one year old and I cannot imagine moving her. It will be very hard for us to leave when she goes to reception! The staff are amazing, from the management to the teachers, to the chef. I love the open-door policy, the school values and the community around this nursery. My three-year-old is engaged every day with new songs, crafts, science experiments, baking, visits to parks, the local market and more. She loves her teachers and her friends. She gets three healthy meals a day and eats better at nursery than at home. We have a happy kid and we know she is safe and loved.

This is an amazing nursery, the teachers and management really care, and this feels like a family. Our daughter has been going since she was 18 months and has loved every stage, from the baby room, through to the toddler room and now the preschool room. Both our daughter and us have made some wonderful friends here. The nursery goes above and beyond in creating a community, through events for the children and the parents. I am also constantly impressed by the confidence, and ways of learning my daughter is exposed to, not to mention jealous of the amazing meals that are provided on a daily basis! I could not recommend this nursery enough, and we will be sad to leave when our daughter starts reception later this year.

My son enjoys every moment at Colville Nursery. He leaves our arms every nursery day full of smiles and hugs for the staff. I feel so confident leaving him with the staff as we know he is looked after, learning, laughing and most importantly loved. The staff are so thoughtful around the activities making such creative messy play, themed play connect to current events e.g. the coronation, creating healthy meals and they do many outdoor activities, the highlight being taking the children to explore the local area. Every week I share new milestones my son is achieving and they actively give me many updates every time I pick him up. My son is confident, bubbly and happy and so much of that is down to Colville Nursery's ongoing care and support. I am eternally grateful to have their support in raising my son.

Our son absolutely loves it there and so do we. Everything - the staff, the activities, the care - is exceptional and we consider ourselves lucky to have our son there. He started when he was ten months old and is now two and a half. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

We love Colville Nursery & Pre-school, our baby has been at their nursery full-time since she was 9 months old. She loves the staff, has made so many friends, and our baby never cries when we drop her off in the morning. We receive updates about our child throughout the day, including info about the ridiculously healthy and delicious meals she is eating, how many nappy changes she has had, and how long she is napping for. We also receive photos of all the wonderful activities our baby is participating in every day, as a working mom these photo updates are a big boost when I’m at the office. Our baby is busy at Colville every day singing songs, reading books, engaging in messy play and having fun with lots of hands-on learning. Her development has skyrocketed as she learns from the activities and from the slightly older babies. We are so grateful that our daughter is in the loving, professional care of the exceptional Colville staff, I could not recommend them enough.

I love the nursery. It is small so I know all the teachers and the other parents. We have made friends through nursery and now many families hang out together. The nursery teachers are always smiling, they educate the children and my kids always feel loved.

Our son has been attending Colville Nursery for a year - and we could not be happier. All the staff are so warm, friendly and kind. They really care about each and every child. It feels like one big family. As well as being a very cosy environment it is also very vibrant. Every day they engage the children in new, fun and creative activities. I am blown away but how inventive they are with all the games and activities. The days are also very well structured and are always full of new and exciting things. (This did not seem to be the case at other nurseries we visited.) My son has learnt so much and more importantly has had so much fun! The outdoor space is also the best in the area. Colville has a big garden that is surrounded by trees. It feels like a little sanctuary, where the children are free to roam. As a parent, it's so wonderful to know your child getting the best start. It is unsurprising that in their last Ofsted Report, they scored an Outstanding in every category.

It’s quite hard to put into words how exceptional this nursery is. Warm, down-to-earth, smiley staff with good hearts and - most important of all - a great sense of humour. My son is incredibly happy to arrive every day. Always has been. A testimony to the brilliant environment created by all there. I couldn’t be happier.

My son has been attending Colville Nursery & Pre-school since January 2020. He’s learnt a lot and has made great progress over the years. He has absolutely loved his time there. The staff has been friendly, attentive and caring, like a real little family. The nursery, the values, the activities, everything has been wonderful. I wish he could stay there forever and he is also sad to be leaving as he will be starting school in September. He’s had an amazing time and journey there. We will miss Colville Nursery!

We had our daughter in Colville Nursery & Pre-School for nearly two years and we absolutely loved it. The staff were so friendly, they kept our daughter happy, healthy and bright. She would run in in the morning hugging all the staff, the space was buzzing and there was never a dull moment. We only moved her because of a new nursery opening one street away that was too convenient to ignore. We highly recommend the manager and the rest of the Colville team to give your child a wonderful start in life.

I think this is the best nursery I have ever experienced. It ticks all the boxes and the children seem so happy. The teachers are amazing and it’s a perfect balance of learning but also just being able to be a child and play lots, be outside a bit and interact with your class mates, couldn’t recommend enough.

I do not understand the good reviews for this nursery both from Ofsted and other parents, sorry. Our experience there was terrible. The nursery was poorly organised and managed, and the staff turnover (including senior staff) was extremely high. We experienced so many issues, such as severe nappy rash due to the use of a wrong nappy cream, not being given alternative food options for the ingredients our child was allergic to, multiple times of loss of clothing items and they never told us to bring in or stop bringing in spare clothes - we had 15 tops in the nursery at the end! In the morning you would receive a message from the management that you must bring sunhats for your kids, and in the afternoon you would pick up your child who's sitting in the scorching summer sun without any cover. The area for the buggies looks like a dump, with things broken and dirt. The team probably meant well but they're just not capable enough to manage this place.

We have been consistently pleased with the care, dedication, creativity and support of all members of staff to our daughter from her first day at Colville Nursery & Pre-School. She has grown by leaps and bounds into a happy, confident and independent little girl and is always eager to get to pre-school each day. There is a wonderful outdoor space for play and exercise. Meals are varied, balanced and healthy. Throughout the pandemic, Colville Nursery have taken measures to ensure the health, safety and well-being of everyone in their care (and employ) and, despite the difficulties and challenges, remained open and driven to educate, nurture and provide a safe environment for our children. Additionally, as staff changes are inevitably made, all new members have shown the same wonderful standards we have come to expect from this amazing nursery. We will surely miss you all when our little one moves on to reception!

This is an outstanding nursery and pre-school. The staff is extremely nice and professional, children are well looked after and take part in many activities. There is a good atmosphere and we parents get together at weekends (Colville Crew). The playground is excellent and kids have a good amount of outdoor play. Before Covid, they would organise trips to Holland Park and would visit the elderly patients at the local Hospice. Opening times are very convenient for working parents too.

This is an outstanding nursery and pre-school. The staff is extremely nice and professional, children are well looked after and take part in many activities.
