For over a year I have been continually impressed by the car, attention and learning my daughter receives.
Having been anxious about using a nursery, I have been continually surprised and delighted by the experiences my daughter has.
The staff are wonderful and the environment ideal.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees at Cardiff gate for the last three years and we are very happy with the experience she is getting. All the staff at nursery are very caring and approachable. There are a lot of activities that my daughter is involved in every day. She is very happy to go in
and has built close bonds with many staff and of course children.
Overall it is a great nursery with good facilities and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

I was so anxious about leaving my child in nursery, I originally viewed this nursery when she was 9 months old and decided against it as I wasn't ready. I went back when she was 20 months and it was the best decision I made, I had nothing to worry about everyone is so lovely and welcoming and I
receive the best updated photos and messages of what my daughter has done and eaten that day.
Couldn't recommend enough!

My daughter has been in busy bees for nearly 3 years since the age of 1 and my son for over a year and I couldn't praise them more highly. Both my children love attending busy bees and we have seen them both flouish throughout their time there. Our experience has been nothing but professional yet
nurturing and all of the staff are fantastic.

My eldest child attended the nursery from 9 months to 3 years old so attended every one of the rooms, all which brought the same care and dedication. My second child is in the nursery currently, and again I feel like I'm having the same brilliant experience I had with my first.
The new busy bee's
app is easy to use and provides updates throughout the day including food, how much was eaten, sleep duration and even when they have signed in and out of the nursery. Pictures are regularly updated to see what they are up to throughout the day, and the comment and message the room feature has been excellent.
Staff are genuinely invested in the children and making sure they have access to lots of opportunities to develop their play, socialisation and learning skills. Staff are approachable and give good handovers at end of day. Would 100% recommend this nursery!

My child has attended for just over a year, 3 days a week and loves every minute. They complete so many activities that are engaging, educational and varied. Handover everyday is so personal and I love having timely updates on the app. Menu makes me want to have my meals there and they cater for my
child's specific needs very well, which can be complicated. The staff are kind, caring and friendly, making it a priority to get to know the children very well and meet their needs. My child loves the staff and talks about them at home with joy. Communication is excellent from room staff to management and are very approchable. They're robust on safeguarding, security and health and safety matters and I feel very confident in their ability to look after my child. Costs are transparent and fair within the climate. Very happy with Busy Bees Cardiff Gate and would recommend.

I started my little girl after struggling to get her to settle in a previous childcare setting. I was so nervous as I have a very clingy child.
I had 2 other veiwings of nursery's after busy bees. From the second I walked in, I felt an instant calmness from there. The office staff were beyond
helpful and friendly, they made it all about my little girl which is exactly what you want. Every question answered and upfront with everything. They showed us around each room and every single one of the girls greeted my little one with the most amazing welcome. It was the first time I'd seen her smile in a childcare setting. Everything is spotless, the food smells incredible. I didn't need to view any other nursery's after going in! My little one has been there for 6 months and is so happy! Walks in with the biggest smile which is all down to the hard work they all put in daily with all the children! Couldn't recommend any more!

My daughter and twins have both attended busy bees so we have been using the nursery for the last 4 years. We have always had a wonderful experience and my children have loved going there. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the children always have lots of fun activities to keep them busy. The
management team are wonderful and have been so accommodating with my twins, being as flexible as they could to meet our needs as a family. Would highly recommend to other parents.

My child has been at Busy Bees in Cardiff for over a year and she loves it! The staff are all caring and communicative always giving lots of details about my child's day. The nursery is always clean and tidy and we love the variety of food my child's is offered!

My little one has been attending the nursery for over 2 years now. They are Fantastic. My little one loves it. They have great facilities including a wonderful outdoor play area. The app enables us to see what he's had for food, how long he had for naps and they upload lovely photos too which is
great.
Their food sounds great, they have curry, cowboy pies, roasts, fruit and veg. Nicer food than we would have in an adult hospital canteen!
The place is run by a manager who is so friendly and warm. The staff there are incredible, they all genuinely seem happy to be working there and this shows in the kids faces daily. It is safe, there is a strict policy of not letting anyone in when you have opened the door to exit etc. There is ample parking for drop off and pick up. I would highly recommend this nursery. I never did have any concerns that my child was unsafe, unhappy or bored.

My little one has attended the nursery for 5 months now.
Lovely big nursery, spacious and good outdoor space. Key workers upload 'snapshots' to the app so you can see what they've been working towards. Lovely staff.
The nursery has an app for parents to use which is great to see updates about
nappy changes, sleep, food etc. However, some updates were never uploaded or uploaded late.
The only negative I have to write about is the food options. Some options are a bit out there and my little one doesn't tend to want to eat them. I've also found some days the lunch meal and afternoon food are similar. Eg. Chilli Con Carne with rice for lunch and then savoury rice(?) for the afternoon food. I think the nursery could also give milk as a drink option to the children as when I asked, they said they don't give it unless requested by the parent.
I never worried about my boy being there, I knew he was happy and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery for their children.

Our son absolutely loves it here and has a great relationship with the staff.
They've taught him loads but they also get outside and mucky almost every day.
Would highly recommend sending your kids here and our second little boy will be enrolling next year as well.

We moved from a nursery that was extremely difficult to work with and decided to select Busy Bees Cardiff Gate for our son.
Our daughter had attended Busy Bees Cardiff Gate some years before and the experience then was great.
They have been excellent to date and I would highly recommend them.

Busy Bees at Cardiff Gate is a fantastic nursery and our daughter loves it. She took a couple of weeks to settle in and the team were so wonderful and patient. She sleeps well there and eats better than me and her dad do! I always love hearing about the fun activities she gets up to every day,
including playing outside. The team always greet us with a smile and I feel fully confident that they have her best interests at heart. We love you Busy Bees!

My son has attended Busy Bees for two years. The team have been wonderful at helping him to grow and learn. The staff are very caring, nurturing and approachable. They all know my son's name and take the time to interact with him, even if they don't work directly with him. They do lots of creative
activities with him and have a range of indoor and outdoor activities. We love seeing photos and updates on the app and communication with the management team is effective.

I can’t express how happy I am for choosing Busy Bees Cardiff Gate, my little daughter is now almost 1 year with them.
She started with them when she was 18 months she was not speaking at all, they understand my feelings and are being listened to all the time, they work together with me. Until now
my baby is doing fabulous, she talks in sentences and she love to go to the nursery every day and loves all the staff. All staff are amazing and friendly. The manager is a very supportive lady and welcoming all the time she listens to all parent's concerns and works towards that, in addition their fees it’s lovely as they do massive discounts for full-time attendance. I’m so happy to choose Busy Bees. I couldn’t recommend them enough, as they deserve the top, I don’t have any issues with them ever.

Our son has attended the nursery since he was 1 year old and he loves it. The staff are always amazing, they provide children with stimulating activities throughout the day. Our son has access to a garden and loves playing outside, he also enjoys the messy play activities. We believe the nursery has
helped with his language development and also his confidence in playing with other children.

Busy Bees has been my nursery of choice for both my children. The staff are very caring and well trained. My daughter had very bad separation anxiety but the staff has been very helpful in getting my child and me through this with kind and thoughtful adaptations. My child has grown in confidence and
I can see that she enjoys being in the nursery once she is there.
Also great help during nappy training. Despite this being a lot of work, the staff are very keen on getting kids out of nappies.
I cannot thank them enough.

Our daughter has been going to Busy Bees for the last 2 and a half years, and today is really her last day. I can honestly say this feels quite emotional for her and ourselves too, because of how wonderful everyone at Busy Bees has been since 2021. She has loved going in every day at full-time
nursery, and it'd been clear to see just how much all the staff care for her/the other children. Our son will be starting in September, and we feel so lucky that we already have a place secured for him. Thanks again for all you do.
