Our child is approaching two years and has been with the nursery for nearly a year. We were made to feel at ease so much dropping her off at nursery, and we can see her development has come on so much since being at Murrayfield Nursery. The staff are so welcoming and always provide helpful updates. They work so hard to make it an amazing place for the kids to attend, and that makes us as parents feel at ease.

Our experience of the Murrayfield Nursery has been nothing short of amazing throughout the years we have had our children in their care. The management team and staff are always very open to ideas that create the best environment for our little ones. Both our boys thoroughly enjoy the nursery!

The Murrayfield Nursery is exceptional, they are very accommodating. My child started with the nursery in October and has already been learning new skills and it is logged daily on his app for me to see. The staff are very approachable and friendly and show a real interest in my child development. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of The Murrayfield Nursery and its wonderful staff, who care for my 14-month-old son. From the very first day, the team made us feel welcome and reassured. The smooth settling-in process helped my son adjust and gave us confidence that he was in safe hands. The nursery offers fantastic facilities, including well-equipped play areas and an engaging outdoor space that my little one absolutely loves. The staff are incredibly nurturing and attentive, always keeping me updated on his daily activities, meals, and overall well-being through the app. The management team has created a warm, structured environment where I feel confident my son is receiving excellent care. The nutritious, well-balanced meals provided are another testament to their dedication to high-quality childcare and learning experiences. A huge thank you to the entire team at Murrayfield Nursery-you make such a difference in our little one's life, and we are so grateful!

We are very happy with our daughter's care at this nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, making drop-offs easy. She has flourished into a funny, caring girl, learning so much. They engage well, provide detailed reports, and encourage self-expression with gentle guidance. The outdoor space is great, with plenty of toys and an eco garden. Inside, the Baby Room is full of fun activities-she always comes home messy, a great sign of creativity! The food is nutritious, with healthy snacks, which is reassuring given her fussiness. Despite management changes, the new manager aims to improve communication. The staff are the heart of the nursery, and we'd love to see more investment in retaining them-something CC Nurseries must address. For overall experience, we rate the Murrayfield Nursery 4 stars, because of the amazing staff, but give CC Nurseries 3 stars, as we feel they could do more to support. Overall, we're extremely happy with the care and will send our son later this year.

My daughter absolutely loves it here. If she had her way she would spend all her day out in the eco garden, however shes very happy to get stuck into indoor activities like messy play, and yoga. Her language, creative, social and self-care skills have all come on leaps and bounds, thanks to the safe, nurturing and empowering space created by the staff, who clearly take the time to connect with all the children. The staff are all supportive, approachable and very responsive to feedback - and they do encourage open and regular discourse. She was struggling to settle after a setting move and the team went out of their way to find and support a creative solution to her separation anxiety. The result was near instant and very positive. Oh and she eats like a horse at nursery. The meals are healthy and varied. Not many drawbacks to note: there isnt as much outdoor learning as I'd like yet - though it is winter and she is a bit feral. I unequivocally trust this team with her.

Fantastic nursery with a wonderful team! Our daughter joined Murrayfield Nursery in January 2025, attending five days a week, and we couldn't be happier with our experience so far. The setup and staff in the baby room are absolutely fantastic -everyone is so warm and welcoming, and it's clear how much they care for the children. Our daughter is always full of smiles when we pick her up, which speaks volumes about how much she enjoys her time there. The regular updates on her sleep, meals, and daily activities are really appreciated, giving us peace of mind and keeping us connected to her day. We also know that the Murrayfield Nursery has a new management team, and from our perspective, they're doing an excellent job. As a family, we've had three cousins attend the Murrayfield Nursery, and the happiness we've seen in them is exactly what we now see in our daughter. It's reassuring to know she's in such a nurturing and positive environment. A huge thank you to the entire team!

Thank you to all the fabulous staff at The Murrayfield Nursery. The care and support they give both my girls is exceptional and I feel at peace knowing my children are in safe hands. The new management team have created a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the nursery. They have given me confidence that all standards are of the highest. The Murrayfield team are all very supportive and truly care for the needs of the children and parents. Thank you for the first class service you all provide.

My two boys (nearly 2 and 5) attend the nursery since their first birthday. These are great premises, each room has loads of activities and great toy variety, nice outdoor areas, my oldest really likes the wee eco garden. The staff has always been great, very caring with the children. We were a bit worried last year as there has been a lot of management changes but now that there is a new solid team managing the nursery, there has been loads of improvement. My 5 year old is learning loads, he can count to 100 and recognise all his letters, he is well prepared to begin school, and my youngest absolutely thrives there, he just loves going every day.

Very well-managed nursery with lovely staff and a great atmosphere for learning. Excellent experience so far. We are moving to full days from this week so we are hoping he settles in after his journey from overseas.

Murrayfield Nursery provides top-class facilities for all age groups, My 1-year-old younger son started going to nursery from Jan 2023 and we were quite concerned about his settling but the nursery staff are very experienced and passionate about their job which made his settling very smooth. Even at so young age, I see him learning many things from nursery activities. My elder son has been in nursery for 1 year, he enjoys every single day of nursery, learns from a variety of activities and gets a chance to experience life skills from forest schools.

Absolutely amazed at how well my son has settled into Murrayfield Nursery. Everyone is so lovely and made my son feel happy and welcome on his settling-in days, he literally pushes me out the door in the morning as he can’t wait to get there. So excited for him to get started officially next week as I know he will have a ball. I also love how you’re kept up-to-date through the app with what they are up to etc. Would definitely recommend this nursery, thank you.

My daughter recently started at Murrayfield Nursery, having also moved to Edinburgh at the same time I was concerned about so many changes for my child. The nursery has been wonderful, all of the management and staff are very helpful, accommodating and warm. My daughter has settled in very easily and within a few days was talking about her new friends and activities. I have been so impressed I am in the process of moving one of my other children to Murrayfield Nursery. I have also found the other parents very friendly and with only positive things to say about the nursery. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the nursery to others.

Our girl is ready to transition to a different room for the next age bracket and all the staff are doing a great job at making this as easy and seamless as possible. Our gal loves the nursery and all the activities.

The staff have helped both my boys settle into nursery so well, they both absolutely love going and we love them going knowing they are having such a great experience there. My eldest has even started teaching me Spanish thanks to his lovely key worker who has been doing lessons

Our child has been with the Murrayfield Nursery since being a baby and has progressed with the team ever since. We were thankful to have access to the nursery during the Pandemic and fully appreciate all those workers within the nursery and all they have done for us, remaining positive and professional throughout. We have two children at the nursery, aged 4 and 2. They're both really well looked after and each is given an opportunity to explore their strengths and areas that they find more challenging. We definitely feel the Murrayfield Nursery caters extremely well for both toddlers and preschool children, while respective individual personalities and inclinations.

My son has just joined in the baby room and he has settled in very quickly, it feels like he's always been there. One member of staff was great showing us around and answering our questions and management were very welcoming. We get very thorough updates and lots of photos each day to see what he has been doing and he is always smiling in them and having fun. The rooms and gardens are fantastic and children have the chance to do so many different activities and play. He is genuinely happy to get there which shows he feels safe and well cared for. His updates show he has regular nappy changes, a good uninterrupted nap and that he eats all of the varied, healthy food provided throughout the day.

Our little one started nursery a year ago and moved into his third room this month - we continue to be impressed with Murrayfield Nursery - the communication is fantastic - the daily updates are great we always know what our little one has been up to.
