My daughter has been using this chain for a number of years and I have to say all two older grandchildren excel in everything they do and I put that down to the help and assistance given by the nursery.
My grandson has been in the nursery since September 2017 and he is just a little treasure. He
loves going to the nursery and often tells me about the staff, his friends, what he has done and food that he eats. He sings songs and does all the actions and confidently counts to 10 - he is 2! The care given to him and the other kids is second to none. We recently had a birthday party for him and you could tell a mile away the difference between the kids and who was in the nursery and who wasn't. All the kids are so confident and independent. Manners ooze out of them. The staff all deserve a HUGE pat on the back. The support they give my daughter and son in law as well is phenomenal. They are not just parents they are family!

My wife has used this chain before so when she suggested we use them I had no doubt in my mind that it would be a good idea. The staff go above and beyond to help my son and indeed the other children within the nursery. Every child is awarded on their own merit and every single child is always
smiling when we are there. The involvement of staff to parents is amazing! I am not there throughout the day but with the information we receive when picking him up I feel as if we have been! We are regularly updated with changes of menu, play and activities and are often given pictures to show how well my son is getting on within the class.

My son has been going to this nursery since September 2017 and I cannot rate the care and assistance we have had enough!

The Owl and the Pussycat go above and beyond for my children. I have had five children go through this nursery and they have catered for each of their individual needs and the care they have and still provide for my youngest two children is outstanding.
They trained staff to use Makaton sign
language when my eldest son was struggling severely with communication verbally and they have done everything they can to help my daughter with her speech. The management and staff always keep me informed of everything and are always available for a chat if needed. The care that all staff there provide educationally and personally for the children is outstanding and I cannot thank them enough for making my children’s nursery years as memorable and happy as they have.

I think the Owl and The Pussycat is an excellent nursery. My daughter settled in very quickly from day 1. The staff are all very helpful, caring and approachable.
I have and will continue to recommend this nursery to others.
Keep up the great work Owl and The Pussycat!

Excellent nursery. Very welcoming, staff kind and considerate. Very clean. Children happy, lots of activities. Could do with some more newsletters or a note of what my child has eaten while there. No complaints at all.
