Not sure I could have found a more caring and child centred nursery. With a SEND trained deputy manager and a very well run team. My anxiety subsided almost immediately. I cannot recommend highly enough. So many good things about them, the progress made and the fun times. Thank you to the whole team.

It was a big decision for us on where to send our son to nursery, but we couldn't have made a better choice. The staff at Monkey Puzzle have helped him enormously and have created a safe, supportive, caring and enriching environment that really has set him up for school and beyond. The work they do and have done is fantastic and hugely appreciated.

Our son has attended from around 11 months old and is shortly due to depart for reception. Safe to say, everything about this Nursery, with absolutely nothing excluded has been a complete joy and pleasure. From management, to key workers, to the chef, our expectations have been vastly exceeded in every department. Daily updates on the app are fairly frequent and meaningful which adds a layer of reassurance. How the complete team at Monkey Puzzle have helped to develop our little baby into being more than reception ready is mind-blowing. The care they clearly gave our son, and all the other children is obvious to see and we really cant thank all of you enough. Our final goodbye will honestly be a sad day.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Monkey Puzzle to anyone who is considering nursery for their child. The staff are, simply put, wonderful. They really know our son, who attended from age 1 until school age. He had a great time in babies, toddlers and in pre-school. We were particularly impressed by the amount of effort made to make sure that he didn't get bored towards the end, as he was old in the school year- he's come out of it all a really confident child with lots of skills to show for his time with MP. A huge thanks to all of the staff for making his (and our) experience of nursery so easy. We'll miss you all!

Earlier this year we made the tough decision to take our little girl out of her current nursery and find a new one. When I tell you that moving her was the best decision I think we've ever made, I honestly mean it. Our daughter absolutely loves it at Monkey Puzzle and we're so grateful for everything that all of the girls do, they really do go above and beyond to get to know the children and make sure that they're all reaching their full potential. Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since being there and it's all down to the efforts the girls make. She is able to tell me all of her friends names when we go through the pictures of her day together and she is forever mentioning the manager and her key worker at home, too. I really cannot thank you all enough x

The manager, one staff member in particular and all of the ladies at Monkey Puzzle nursery are honestly incredible. Leaving your child that first day is so difficult but very quickly we felt like we were dropping our little boy off to family and now my other half and me joke that they are all essentially the third parent to our son haha! We don't have much family local so they have become part of our 'village' and are always as flexible as they can be. My son has a dairy allergy and all of the ladies including chef do such a great job at managing it at nursery. They always make sure he doesn't feel excluded and his allergies are catered for. He goes to school in September and both him and us will miss Monkey Puzzle so much!

We're delighted with Monkey Puzzle Billericay. The level of care shown to our child is exceptional, and it's clear how much the staff contribute to his development and wellbeing. They are always friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring. Our child is consistently happy and excited to attend, which speaks volumes about the environment they've created. Management are always helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We couldn't be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Billericay to any parent.

My daughter had been attending since she was 1 (and is now 2.5 yrs old), she absolutely loves Monkey Puzzle and all the staff. She has adored all of her key workers and will talk about them and her new friends non stop at home! The staff are super friendly, very accommodating and very professional also. Highly recommend this nursery to anyone considering sending their little one!

Our son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery in Billericay for the past 3 years, and honestly it feels like being part of a big family. The staff are excellent, they are so friendly and genuinely care about all of the children and take interest in their lives. They have helped our son in his development and in helping prepare him for school. I have no concerns with leaving my son there, and I know he is happy and well looked after. The extra activities that the children take part in each week which are run by external people (French lessons, Phonics lesson, Playball) are a fantastic opportunity, in addition to all the activities the staff do at the nursery. Our son has also thoroughly enjoyed the little trips out too (such as to the train station). I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle to anyone.

We recently moved to the area with our 18-month-old and changing his nursery was daunting but it has honestly been the best decision we have made. In such a short period of time, we have been blown away and as a family, we are incredibly happy with the quality of care, education, and overall experience. The staff are friendly, warm and approachable which is the most important thing when entrusting someone with your child's care. Monkey Puzzle does an excellent job of keeping parents informed, helping us stay connected to our little one's learning journey. As a first-time parent, I get comfort from the regular updates and photos throughout the day. I also love how the staff involve us too, e.g. the Christmas festivities (even on days our son is not at nursery). We are also very impressed with the range of meals provided and the variety of daily activities (both fun and educational). The nursery itself is clean, safe and well-organised. We couldn't recommend Monkey Puzzle enough!

Our daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle for a few months. It felt like a leap of faith as first-time parents given she started at only 5 months old but we couldn't ask for a better experience - it has been brilliant. All of the staff really care and have made a lot of effort to get to know our daughter which meant she settled incredibly quickly meaning when she is there, we have no worries or concerns. We are kept up to date on what the children are up to that day and I am assured that the team will reach out if they need anything. I have been really impressed with how much variety there is in the activities (everyone is so creative!) and we particularly like that the staff from other older rooms also know our daughter. Everyone works as a team and there are no silos. They want to know what our preferences are (and deliver on them) and importantly when it comes to pick up, it's clear that they really know our daughter as a person and who she is and share snippets from the day that we love.

I am so impressed with Monkey Puzzle and the amazing care they have provided for my daughter. She has settled in so quickly, which is a testament to how welcoming and friendly the staff are, they have really helped us with a transition that I thought would be difficult! The communication is outstanding. The team are always available to answer my questions and I'm consistently impressed with how quickly they respond! We get daily updates and pictures which always make me smile! I never have to worry when I drop her off as I know she is having the best time!

My son has attended Monkey Puzzle since he was 11 months old and is absolutely thriving. He loves every day he spends there and this is due to the care and attention he receives from everyone. They offer a number of extracurricular activities including French which he loves. The management team are great and try their utmost to accommodate requests you may have. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend Monkey Puzzle Billericay to anyone in the area looking for a nursery. Keep up the good work.

Recently had to swap nurseries due to old nursery not providing days suitable for my little girl. I was apprehensive about her moving but it was the best decision. She has really flourished in the nursery. The staff are so attentive and you can tell they really care about the children. My girl is preschool age and she has learnt so much since being at the nursery her numbers and letter recognition have come on leaps and bounds. We also get updates daily and regular feedback about what the kids have got up to. I would definitely recommend.

Having recently moved to the area I was rather anxious about my 2 children, aged 3.5 years and 15 months, changing nursery but they couldn't have settled better. The nursery staff are very welcoming and provide regular updates throughout the day on the app, showing all the fun the kids are having, the meals they eat, medications taken, accident reports and upcoming occasions. Definitely feel confident that we picked the right place!

My daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle for the last 6 weeks and I was extremely nervous about her starting nursery and having to leave her for the day but the staff at Monkey Puzzle are just amazing. The girls are so lovely and my daughter absolutely loves her days at the nursery the staff have made it such a positive transition for me and I feel so comfortable and grateful for everything they do. I love seeing the big grin on my daughter's face when she’s welcomed at the door in the morning she is learning so much and making new friends she seems very happy here.

My daughter has attended Monkey Puzzle Billericay since she was nine months old, she is now two years old. She absolutely loves the nursery - the staff, the kids, the activities, the food and the garden. She is happy, confident and playful - helped along because of the time she spends at Monkey Puzzle!

Our son has been attending since he was 9 months old and is now almost 3. He settled very quickly and this is down to the care & love everyone gives the children. He had some delayed speech & the team worked with him in a dedicated & kind approach to help him. He has come on leaps and bounds and this is massively down to the expertise of the staff. My son is happy & content every day when we drop him off and has a genuine bond with the lovely women that take care of him. We are so grateful for all they do.

The team at the nursery is fantastic, our little girl cannot wait to go there every day, she loves the team and she has learnt so much which we believe has significantly given her the skills that she needs for everyday life. Thank you monkey puzzle.

As a first time Mum I was extremely worried and anxious about having to send my Daughter to nursery a few days a week when I returned to work. Thankfully, she settled extremely quickly (probably quicker than I did!) and I 100% put that down to the staff at Monkey Puzzle. They understood her needs, especially dietary - my Daughter is on the milk ladder and we’ve never had an episode due to any errors at nursery, they’re always super diligent and make sure she has an alternative so doesn’t ever miss out if her friends are having something she can’t have. Now she’s a toddler and absolutely loves nursery! She always talks about the staff like they’re her best friends, has made best friends with her classmates, often runs into class without so much as a backward glance and comes out full of beans telling me all about her day. Thank you Monkey Puzzle for making it that little bit easier to send her in!
