My daughter attended Puddleducks Nursery New Southgate for just over nine months. The staff were absolutely incredible, welcoming, and friendly. Every morning, my daughter, with a smile on her face, was looking forward to going to nursery as she formed a very strong bond with all the staff. The
staff worked very hard to make the most of all learning opportunities. The nursery provided regular feedback and development updates. Overall, it was a very positive and pleasant experience for me and my daughter, and will honestly recommend the place. There is a very special and dedicated person who takes her job very seriously and shares her love and passion towards kids with all the members of the staff. Without a doubt, I felt confident to leave my baby under her watch.

Home-like nursery for my 2.5-years-old. She loves going there. She won't accept anything less, has learnt a lot in just a few weeks. The staff is nice and friendly. Class strength is perfect for every child to get good attention. Highly recommend whoever is looking for a home-like nursery.

My daughter attended Puddleducks Nursery New Southgate for just over six months. The staff were absolutely incredible, welcoming and friendly. I feel they looked after my child as if she was their own. My daughter attended during the pandemic and they tried their hardest to stay open where possible,
followed all the rules and put my mind at ease. The settling in sessions were great, I could see she was in safe hands and the staff also helped toilet train. The food was great most days, she had two servings as she enjoyed it so much, snacks, breakfast and water were also given. I would highly recommend Puddleducks Nursery New Southgate to anybody looking for childcare. On her birthday they sang to her, I provided a nut-free cake, they used candles and just made her day super special. Amazing nursery and amazing staff.

Both my daughters have attended Puddleducks Nursery and both have had very positive experiences there. The nursery has a strong community feel, where all the staff know and care for the children and take a genuine interest in their well being and learning. My daughters formed very strong
relationships with the staff and were always happy to go to the nursery, and even complained when it wasn't their day to attend! The staff work very hard to make the most of all learning opportunities, using the playground and taking children on outings and to nearby parks. They provide unique experiences for the children, celebrating religious holidays, arranging for external visitors to speak to the children and incorporating different classes such as Spanish or singing and dance into their day. They are also very flexible with the changing needs of the parents and do their best to incorporate them wherever possible. My children were very sad to leave but leave with lots of happy memories!

Great nursery my daughter loved it. The staff are fantastic, very helpful and engaged. The manager and his team have created a very nurturing environment and would definitely recommend it.

Puddleducks is a wonderful nursery. My son was looked after so well there and he shot up in his development. The nursery provides regular feedback and development, photos/videos using the online tool ‘tapestry’ so that you can see what your child has been up to. At the end of each day, I got a full
verbal report of what activities my child had done and also what he had eaten. The staff there are so friendly and helpful, they really listen if you have any concerns about your child and they will action if they can help. We have since moved nurseries due to relocating to a new area and we honestly miss going to this nursery.

Very unprofessional management! I won’t recommend to anybody! The new manager was rude and not professional at all! The place was, most of the time, dirty or very wet and slippery, not safe for young toddlers! My baby had a lot of incidents in this nursery and I received little explanation! Parents
beware when you take your toddler to this nursery!

This nursery is different to larger nurseries in that it has a real family feel. The staff know all the children's names and really care for their well-being. Everyone is friendly and willing to spend time on a daily basis to discuss your child's progress and development. As a parent, I am kept
well informed of activities that my child partakes in and I am updated if my child learns or does something new.
The children spend a lot of time playing in the garden and have lots of messy play. They also do trips to the park and have music and Spanish lessons.
I feel confident leaving my child in their care and they were also very supportive when my child first started and helping with that transitional period.

Been a user/customer of Puddleducks Nursery, Friern Barnet Road, London N11 for over 5 years. A compact and decent space for children to play, learn and develop. Though the nursery has had it's ups and downs, overall, it's been a good experience for my family. I will recommend Puddleducks,
especially to families with young children. Good location, good outdoor space.

A welcoming community nursery with a fun, homely and professional feel. Nice decoration with children and staff creative displays on walls. Always polite and friendly attitude. Always organising events for the children to participate such as Christmas party celebrations and other charity fun days. I
like the encouragement given to my son in his early years of development. I like my son's learning skills and progression at Puddleducks Nursery. Thank you for your efforts and hard work in making this comfortable and enjoyable for us.
