I sent my daughter to this nursery from family recommendations but it has exceeded my expectations. Leaving your child after maternity leave is so scary and my daughter has been welcomed with open arms and the staff have been nothing short of amazing with her. From engaging her in different
activities to introducing new foods. She absolutely loves coming to nursery and I know I can trust the staff (which is so important) and they have her best interest at heart.

I am writing to expresd my appreciation for the care, support, and dedication the nursery provides for Marley. The staff in the Imps Room are truly wonderful, and we are consistently welcomed and seen off in such a warm and friendly manner. It makes a genuine difference to us as parents and gives us
great confidence in the care Marley receives.I would particularly like to thank Marley's key worker, Skylar, and Chloe, for their exceptional support. We are especially grateful for the time they have taken to discuss Marley's two-year developmental report with us and for clearly explaining the procedures surrounding referrals to support his development. Their communication has been thoughtful, thorough, and reassuring. Skylar and Chloe have both been outstanding. They have always made time to speak with me, answer questions, check in regularly, and provide reassurance where needed. Their professionalism, kindness, and understanding have meant a great deal to us.
We are truly grateful for all the support the nursery provides. I would also like to extend our thanks to the management team, Leigh and Liz, for their continued support. The care and commitment shown by the entire team does not go unnoticed and is very much appreciated.

We are really happy sending our little girl to Daisy Chains Lofthouse. The staff as always welcoming, friendly and provide regular updates on her development and the activities she does whilst under their care. Her safety and her progression are a clear priority and we have loved seeing her come on
leaps and bounds since being in their care.

Both my children attend this nursery. Both received brilliant care. All staff are approachable, kind, caring and friendly. I receive regular updates on the progress and photos of the activities they've taken part in.

Amazing experience we've had with the Nursery. The carers love their job, and it shows. Thank you to the nursery team and all of the staff members who make sure the children are well and safe. My daughter loved it there. She only had to leave because we were moving out of town.

I was anxious (like every parent) about my baby starting nursery, but honestly I can't imagine my son not going there nowadays. He loves nursery, all the teachers are like family to him now and it's amazing how much he progressed, it's so lovely seeing him making friends and enjoying his time there.
Both me and my husband are really happy with the care he receives, there's great choice of healthy meals, various activities and staff and management is excellent. They really care about children's physical and emotional wellbeing.

We have been using Daisy Chains for almost a year now and It is the perfect nursery for our son. We were so anxious about our son starting nursery and from the beginning, the staff at Daisy Chains have always made us feel at ease.
Our son's daily care and progression is logged on an app which is
really user-friendly. They offer a great menu with a variety of meal choices and always provide activities to involve parents/carers.
Our son has developed and learnt so much since starting at Daisy Chains and that's down to the amazing team.
A special mention to one lady for always helping with any queries/worries no matter what they are. Our son's key worker for always going above and beyond and updating us on our son's progress and next steps. The two ladies for always putting in the extra effort to make our son comfortable. The bond he has created with these three is lovely to see.
We would definitely recommend Daisy Chains!

My son loves attending Daisy Chain Childcare. He is always greeted with big smiles. We get updated daily and his observations are always thorough and interesting. My son has a good wide variety of meals and is encouraged to be independent when eating (using cutlery etc). There is a wide variety of
resources that are both challenging and educational. The staff are attentive and will offer lots of cuddles if needed. Their priority is the children. Thank you.

Excellent nursery, everyone is so helpful and kind. The place is clean and all the kids seem to be happy and enjoying themselves. My little one is loving life at the nursery with her friends and the childminders and she has developed so much within the first two months of attending. I have already
recommended it and I couldn't recommend it enough! Thank you for everything you do for our child.

Our daughter couldn't love nursery more. She is always happy and smiling and loves interacting with the other babies and staff. We have noticed such a difference in her cognitive development since attending. The staff are so attentive and just excellent. We receive constant updates and we couldn't
be happier. Definitely made the best choice in Daisychain Lofthouse.

Our son has been attending Daisy Chain in the baby's room since he was 9 months old and is about to move up rooms.
We couldn’t be happier with the care that he has received from every single staff member. Everyone has been so welcoming and helped to make a very nervous mother feel considerably
more comfortable. The manager is always particularly helpful.
They have catered to his special needs including dietary needs fantastically and their wonderful chef has always ensured that my son has never suffered food-wise because of restrictions, including a dairy-free birthday cake which was so appreciated. The facilities are so good, that our extended family who have on occasion picked up our son, have commented on how impressed they were with the nursery! We would like to especially mention 4 ladies who have not only made it fun but have noticeably aided in our son's development, and it is obvious from his reaction to them that he genuinely loves attending.

Our daughter has attended Daisy Chain Lofthouse for 3 and a half years now since she was 10 months old. The staff are incredible, they really care about the children as individuals. Our daughter has always felt safe and cared for at the nursery and we, as parents, have always felt confident about
our choice of childcare. Our daughter has learned so much, the nursery staff have done a fantastic job of making sure she is prepared for Reception when she goes in September, and being with other children in a preschool setting has also helped to develop her social skills. We couldn't have hoped for a better nursery.

The range of activities my child is involved in is amazing. I love that they get external providers in for things like music and football. I always get a full rundown of the day and the app updates also help with this too. All the nursery ladies are always happy to see my little one; they are kind
and caring and help out if she is upset at drop-off.

We have had our daughter with Daisy Chain for a few months now, we had specific dietary requirements to avoid added sugar/sweeteners and vegetable oils and these have been met without issue.
Our daughter loves coming to nursery and her key worker and other members of staff in the same room are so
positive and it's always lovely to drop her off in such a nice environment and pick her up to hear about the day!
We have always felt confident leaving our daughter and she is always happy when we arrive and jolly when we come to pick up. The staff are all genuinely caring and supportive.

Children go through many emotional and behavioural rollercoasters. My child was struggling, but her primary carer was amazing. She was supportive and loving. Two other members of staff in particular also go out of their way to make my child feel safe and happy. I knew my child was being mentored
through her developmental challenges which gave me such peace of mind. I was also given tips and support for home. My child is so happy with her family at Daisy Chain, sometimes she prefers it to home!

My daughter loves coming to this nursery! And this is because they are amazing. She has so much fun and is very well cared for by the team. In particular three members of staff.
They are always there to greet me when I drop her off or pick her up. With a detailed handover for the day!
I trust
them completely with my little girl and this is hard for me as I had to change nurseries as her previous one wasn't caring for her as they should.
The manager/another member of staff came to the rescue and managed to get me some days - I will be forever grateful to them and their wonderful team.
They offer so many different activities and the meals are always changing which is exactly what you would like from your nursery - as well as the family days which are such fun!
This nursery is absolutely the best around.

My child started back in March 2023 at Daisy Chain, she was very shy & nervous around new adults & babies which worried me, to begin with, fast forward to September 2023 & she is a completely different baby, so outgoing, and loves being around new people & her speech has come on brilliantly.

massive thank you to my child's key worker in the Pixie Room, seeing how much she absolutely loved being with her has always made me feel so at ease. We were always updated with pictures & videos of her day which is always lovely to look back on.
A big thank you to a member of staff my child's new key worker in the Imps Room, within a week she seemed so settled & happy with her new little team. All team members are so lovely & do a fantastic job with all the children.

My daughter has been attending Daisy Chain Lofthouse for over 2 years now and I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. All staff have been wonderful, really caring and supportive of my daughter. I recommend the nursery to everyone and will continue to do so. My daughter's key worker
in Elves is exactly who you want looking after your child. She is very welcoming and friendly. The other workers in the room are also great.
My other daughter has recently started attending the nursery in the Pixies Room and the workers in that room have been amazing at making her feel settled in, they are really great.
