The nursery is very clean and kept in good condition. It is well structured and staff clearly develop good relationships with the children. Staff are all approachable and are very informative. When they can, they arrange lovely days out for the children. They provide a good variety My little girl

This is my second child that has been attending this Nursery and I have not had one complaint over the past 4 years. My child started in March 2024 and has loved it! The staff are all amazing and truly care about the children. She has been out on numerous occasions to different places and they
really give the children a wide range of experiences inside and outside of the nursery. I couldn't recommend it more. She has progressed it more and it says something when your child is happy going in each morning and can't wait to get there.

We cannot fault the care that the staff provide. We are always updated on the activities and development on my daughter.
Her confidence has grown, comes home bouncing and enjoys all the activities, outdoor spaces, and meals at this friendly, safe, and happy nursery. The staff are so kind and
caring, they genuinely love the children and are very supportive of parents. Very glad we picked this nursery.

My boy changed nursery at 2 years old to kids planet in October 2024 and they straight away made him feel welcome and settled him in nicely.
They are a amazing nursery my daughter started at 9 months old and she absolutely loves it like her brother. Since changing nursery my boy has thrived and
is alot happier and has fit in well in the kids planet community. They are also good at recognising certain needs that you may miss as a parent and are quick with their referrals for additional support for your child and yourself. Overall, I'm so glad I made the change and brought my little ones to kids planet as it is an amazing nursery with very lovely, nurturing staff who treat each child as though as they are their own.

My child has just finished his time at kids planet eccles. He only started going in September 2024 and was already 2. He had a difficult time settling in and the staff were brilliant, so caring, patient and understanding of his needs. He has had some great experiences inside and outside the nursery
taking day trips and enjoying all He has been offered. He has eaten well with varied foods and its really useful to get updates on the app. Staff have helped with potty training and school readiness and im really happy my son will be moving forward with a great base to go into school. Sometimes the information on the app hasn't been great and the organisation has felt a bit chaotic but they are in the process of changing the app and they have a new manager in place so I'd expect that to improve. However all staff from the chef to the cleaner to his key worker have been fantastic and have all really cared for and looked after my son. I could not fault the care and attention he has had here.

This nursery really is something else! .
The warm family vibes it gives are something I have never experienced at another nursery bare in mind I've had my own children in various nurseries over the years.
The nursery staff are all really welcoming and professional. The new manager here is a
credit to kids planet..

My son started at Kids Planet Eccles in the baby room in 2023 and has gone on to toddlers/preschool in 2025. He has loved his time at nursery, has built strong friendships with his peers, and has great relationships with all the staff he has met. His confidence has grown, comes home bouncing and
enjoys all the activities, outdoor spaces, and meals at this friendly, safe, and happy nursery. The staff are so kind and caring, they genuinely love the children and are very supportive of parents. Very glad we picked this nursery.
We are moving out of the area and we are so sad to be leaving! He is transferring to a different kids planet and we hope he will have as great as an experience as he has had at Eccles. A big thank you to all the Kids Planet Eccles staff for all you have done over the last two years!

Lovely atmosphere and staff are very friendly. My child settled in quickly with their key person, makes leaving them much easier. The updates are also really helpful and ease my mind. The rooms are homely and bright.

The building is lovely with a great outdoor area which we wanted for our son. Staff are welcoming and friendly, when started they helped with my son and settled him in really good. On the show around the nursery smelled nice and rooms looked homely. We get updates daily on a parent app, which puts
mum's mind at ease. Really happy with the nursery.

Our daughter has been in the baby/toddler room a year now. The staff are kind and understanding of individual needs and have encouraged her to really develop in confidence and really understand what she enjoys and her personality. It took a while for our daughter to settle but the staff were very
patient and helped us all through the process. The environment is set up well with a separate sleep room and a nice outdoor space. Our daughter loves nursery and runs out the house with her bag in the morning!

Lovely staff, a lovely environment. Our little adopted son of 4 loves it. He runs in there every morning and comes out with a big smile on his face. Very accommodating staff, the app is very handy.

My son likes to go to Kids Planet Eccles, all the staff is very sweet and kind and you can tell that the kids enjoy being there. They check the progress of the kids and chat with the parents about it. Also, they always have fruits available for the kids and have a very healthy environment.

Excellent local nursery providing a diverse range of activities, including visits to local areas and trips further away using the tram for preschool children. Our boy really enjoys the nursery and the selection of activities he talks about shows he has a good time, especially in the garden area.

Kids Planet Eccles has always been very accommodating of my shift pattern and we have always appreciated the flexibility hugely.
The staff are super friendly and are excellent with our son. He comes home very happy and fulfilled.
We would just like more updates on the app. These used to be very
regular when our son was in the baby's room but haven't been very regular since he moved up a room.

Lovely nursery, our 10-month-old has settled in really well, they have been attending for the last couple of months. Baby room is very welcoming and the room is extremely well-led with lots of exciting activities taking place. Our baby has bonded very well and very quickly with their key person
which is particularly pleasing as they are often wary around people they don't know as well. Their key worker always seems genuinely pleased to see them arrive and we have no worries about leaving them there.

I was a little unsure about leaving my little one with strangers at first, but the staff are all very warm and welcoming in the baby room and made him feel at ease. They play and learn all day keeping me updated with all activities and meals. My child has come along leaps and bounds since starting
here, he has strong relationships with the staff now and absolutely loves going to nursery.

My daughter has attended Kids Planet Eccles since July 2021. All the girls were amazing with helping her settle into nursery life after only knowing her close family due to Covid. She has made amazing bonds at nursery and regularly speaks about the staff in her toddler room. The team have been
amazing at keeping me up to date on how she is and what she is doing throughout the day. The staff are superb with her dietary needs, which puts us at ease knowing she is safe and thriving. We always look forward to seeing the fun and creative activities she has been up to and love how she comes home every day so happy. The care the girls have for my daughter is evident and I couldn’t have picked a better nursery for her to attend!

My son is really happy. I always have easy access to the manager when I need to. The rooms are very cosy. My son has a close relationship with her key person, she is really charming and my son feels comfortable and loves all the staff. They have many fun activities for the kids.
