We have been absolutely thrilled by N family from the moment we arrived, having moved our daughter from a near by nursery that we were incredibly unhappy with. The whole team in the garden room and particularly our daughters key worker Chaynae have been so amazing and caring for her, she absolutely loves going there and launches in to their arms on arrival and waves us off. Management are also really fantastic and often go above and beyond to accommodate our needs even if outside of the norm. Couldn't recommend more highly!

My only low review is for the office. Never got responses when needed more days of early drop off. I also have sent my funding code before being invoiced and they just simple ignored my email. I had to chase to get responses, the communication is really bad and slow with the office team. I only got answered about extra days once my husband called and spoke to Chelsea, but before that, I sent emails and messages with no response.

We are really happy with the nursery. The teachers love your child as if they were theirs. You know you're leaving your child in the best of hands. You get photos everyday showing what your child has done and at collection the teachers take time to tell you what they have done. We're very happy our daughter is there. Management are really helpful, quick to respond and no questions is too small to ask. You can see the management really support their staff to do the best job they can. And finally what other nursery has such a big outside space, it's amazing for the children.

Just want to say, what an excellent little person school/nursery this is, every single one of the girls there, looking after my little princess have been exceptional, above and beyond to ensure our little girl has the best time ever, the photo updates throughout the day melt your heart, too the picking up (my favourite time of the day) where you get a comprehensive update of your little treasures day. I would 100% recommend to send your little pride and joy here, not a bad word to say in the slightest..Oneteam/Onedream/Nfamilywandsworth.

We moved from East London last year, and we were looking at nurseries in the Wandsworth area for our daughter to attend. Having attended N Family for three months I can already say that the quality level is profound, and we feel very lucky that our daughter is placed there. The staff throughout (treetops where she is placed, managerial, reception) are excellent, and communication is first-rate. Each day we are emailed the activity plan which strikes a great balance between creativity and learning, and there are frequent classes such as playball, yoga, and class trips. All this has led to an exponential change in how our daughter communicates, and we feel like it is helping to give her the best possible start. I read many reviews of places before we ultimately decided to go with N Family Club Wandsworth (she was at another branch in East London, so we were already familiar with their approach/ethos), and I hope reading this helps you to reach a decision for your own child. What makes N Family Wandsworth so special is the staff. My daughter has been in three of the rooms now, having joined at age 1 and now being 2.5. Every room has had wonderfully caring and committed staff who have endless energy and commitment. I've been blown away by the effort put into activity planning with brilliant variety. Every day at pick up they still have so much enthusiasm to talk about the children's achievements and activities that day. It's wonderful. Brilliantly, they have also been extremely supportive to me, first when I was anxious about my daughter joining, and ever since, through each phase of her moving rooms and learning new skills. Management are wonderful and caring, they put effort into all planning and know so much detail about each child. We have some extra help required as my daughter has additional needs and they've thrown themselves into each part of her development with happiness, and enthusiasm, and have often been more on it than I was!

Always had a fantastic experience with the nursery and staff in both the garden and balcony rooms. Through the tricky times of settling into new rooms, learning new experiences and providing care all day, every day they have been excellent. Always positive and upbeat, couldn't recommend highly enough this nursery and really shaping my child into a well rounded and social human.

Love this little nursery. The team are so happy and having fun looking after the kids. Our boy loves it and is learning so fast. Flexible pick up and drop off is particularly helpful, as is moving days around on occasion.

My son has been with N Family Club - Wandsworth for the past 1.5 years and we have experienced multiple different rooms. All have been fantastic with caring educators. Looking forward to our next child joining the nursery soon.

Everyday I have wonderful interactions with the teachers in the garden room. I feel very lucky to have my son in the room and learning with all the lovely care givers that he's surrounded by. He's always a super happy little man when I pick him up.

The staff in the nursery are always friendly and engaging around all matters to do with my child. My child really likes them and I can tell how strong a rapport he has built with them. They make a huge and consistent effort every morning to set all the fun activities for the children. They then do a great job at sending us pictures.

A brilliant nursery with amazing staff who are very welcoming and informative. They have a great variety of activities for our daughter that change regularly and provide regular updates throughout the day.

Excellent nursery! Staff are caring and really invested in the wellbeing of the children. They do innovative and varied types of play to help the development of the kids. Excellent use of the generous outdoor space.

We have been at the nursery for over three years, seeing the transition to N Family Club - Wandsworth. There is a strong management team in place and they communicate well with parents. The teachers are passionate about what they do and have created a nurturing environment. They truly care about the children. The play is fun, creative and intellectually stimulating. They make amazing use of the large outdoor garden throughout the year, which has always been a highlight. There is a varied and nutritious menu cooked by permanent on-site chefs. The children have numerous extracurricular opportunities and we have seen our child build confidence, social skills, empathy and a broader understanding of the community through these.

The nursery is fantastic. The quality of the teachers and the activities they organise is brilliant. The food the children get given is fantastic and I wish I ate there. Would recommend to anyone thinking of a nursery in the area.

Our daughter has settled really quickly and that's in large part thanks to the great work of the Garden Room team. They have fostered a wonderful bond with her and it's clear that the activities that they do are targeted and focused on key development areas.

Our one-year-old started at N Family-Wandsworth in the Garden Room in October. We are delighted with the experience, and our little boy is thriving. The staff are kind and caring, and we have been so impressed with the care, range of well-planned activities, excellent facilities, outdoor space, and nutritious food served each day. I am very thankful to the team and highly recommend.

Our son has been at N Family Club since he was 11 months. We have been so impressed with the nursery - from the day-to-day care he receives and the communication from the nursery to the variety of activities offered. He has formed strong bonds with his key workers, who write detailed reports and updates on him, and let us know promptly if there are any incidents we should be aware of. He is well-fed with healthy, plentiful meals and snacks. Learning makaton in Garden room helped us to communicate with him before he could speak, and his variety of toys and activities in the garden have really helped with his physical development. We know when we drop him off every day that he is happy and in very good hands, and for that we are very grateful!

Our daughter started when she was 11 months old in Pea Pod, then moving to Balcony and now in Treetops. We've had a great experience at the nursery and couldn't be more pleased with everything the staff do for the children. The activities are engaging and always varied which we love - from yoga to sports in the garden to baking, they do it all. Our daughter is very happy at the nursery.
