I can't speak more highly of the nursery, when my daughter first started, I was worried about leaving her there, in a strange place and with people I didn't know. But the nursery has been amazing for her, she has learnt so much, loves going, and the staff are brilliant. I can't fault anything, and would recommend to anyone.

My son has been going here for a year now and we've never had any issues. Friendly staff always willing to do more for you and my little one. A good breakdown of younger ages upstairs and older down, which he will be going into.

Happy children, lovely staff, great facilities, passion & care shown consistently and fabulous learning and guidance. My children love it here and are thriving! I can't thank the nursery and staff enough for all of their support.

My son has been attending the nursery for 2 year now since he was 1 and he has loved every room he has been in. Now in preschool, he is thriving and happily goes in every day. The room leader and the team make sure to have meaningful interactions with kids while also instilling good daily habits. We are very happy as we can see the benefits and the positive impact the nursery has on my son's social and life skills.

The teachers are very interested in children, communicate well with parents and do great activities with the children. I really recommend them to anyone - A special team, actively involved in the development and education of children.!!!

Partou Playtime is such a kind a friendly nursery. The staff are amazing! My son and daughter have loved it here and now our third child will also soon be starting. The bright and airy interior is a lovely atmosphere for the children to play and learn in and the staff take great care in keeping it nice. The garden area is wonderful. We feel and have always felt so happy leaving our kids here.

We have a had a wonderful experience so far at Playtime nursery, we were supported very well all through our daughters settling in period and now feel very comfortable leaving her with the team there as a home away from home. Thankyou very much for making her welcome. She is learning lots everyday and we can really see her developing well at playtime.

Sent my firstborn from 2016. My daughter now currently goes to this nursery and still love it . She's comfortable with all of the staff and we have thorough handovers for nappy changes/ food, what she's been doing during the day and what toys she plays with and new skills she's learnt. All of the staff are absolutely lovely

My youngest daughter has attended this nursery since she was 1 years old. She is now 2 1/2. She goes in happy every morning which makes me feel reassured. I like the fact that there is lots of space in the nursery and lots of outdoor space too. Having an indoor soft play to use on rainy days is another bonus. I feel the nursery has come on so much since my eldest attended and the changes which have been made are for the better. My daughter enjoys the variety of activities and enjoys playing with the other children too.

The indoor and outdoor facilities are excellent. Mealtimes are varied and healthy. All staff are exceptionally caring and our daughter has loved it there. I would definitely recommend Playtime Nursery - Shepperton as the best nursery in the area!

Our child continues to develop brilliantly whilst at Playtime Nursery, always happy to go and happy when we pick him up and talks about it when he’s not there. Very happy with Playtime (Shepperton) and looking forward to watching him develop further.

My son (now 4 years old ) has been attending Playtime Nursery since he was 1. He absolutely loves going to preschool. He can’t wait to see his friends and key workers. He's always so excited to show me what he’s learnt from preschool. Highest quality of care from management and key workers.

My daughter has always been so happy at Playtime, she is well loved and looked after by the staff there. She’s made lots of friends and is always excited to go to nursery. Playtime is open during school holidays and very close to the train station which really helps balancing family and work life.

The nursery has been amazing and wonderful in supporting my son in settling in. the team are very hands-on and brilliant. They have always kept me up to date with anything happening at the nursery and I feel at ease dropping my son off.

My little boy has been with the nursery since October. He is our first child and therefore I was extremely nervous about the whole experience but the management and staff made me and my husband feel so at ease. They gave us settling in sessions so that my little boy was able to get used to it to start with. He now absolutely loves nursery and has come on leaps and bounds. Everyone there is so friendly and it feels like a big family. Ebony in the under 2’s room is amazing, always a smiley face to welcome us in the mornings, my little one adores her. I couldn’t be more happy I have my little boy with them all.

I cannot recommend Playtime Nursery Shepperton enough as a nursery or preschool to send your little ones to. Our journey as a family has not been an easy one with finding out that our Son was profoundly deaf whilst he was just 6 months in attendance. To say the nursery have been supportive is an understatement as they have very much been on this journey with us. They have gone above a beyond to listen to expert advice and put into place everything they are able to support our son’s development. My son’s Key worker keeps us informed of his days with them, what they have been up to and truly cares about him. She has even gone as far as to attend British Sign Language courses in her own time. I truly feel that the environment that the manager and her team breed at Playtime Nursery Shepperton is one that is safe, fun, caring and inclusive.

My little one joined 2 months ago at 6 months old. Right from our initial tour I was filled with confidence that she would be well taken care of here. Staff are so friendly. I am updated about everything. Management team go above and beyond!

My son loves going to Playtime Nursery. All the staff are very friendly, you can chat to them and they always make time. I love seeing what my son gets up to on the app. My son has come on loads and I love it when he shows what he has learnt at home.

We now have two children at Shepperton Playtime. Our son joined when he was about 9-months-old (now 4-years-old) and our daughter when she was just over 1-year-old (now 18-months-old). While the nursery went through some challenges during COVID, like most others that we know of, the management now in place is truly excellent and the staff who look after the children have always been exceptional in our opinion. The key workers genuinely care, keep us fully informed, and have developed strong bonds of trust with our children. They eat well, play well and socialise well. Our son remained in nursery during much of the COVID lockdown period and his personal development, including speech and language skills, compared to children who stayed home is very evident. The nursery is safe and clean and provides a warm and welcoming environment for the children. We would not hesitate in recommending Playtime Shepperton to any other parent.

Our boy has been at Shepperton Playtime from 15 months old and is now 4 and a half years old. We have always had a very pleasant experience from being greeted in the mornings by the management to child exchange with the key workers. All the staff are so very attentive and friendly with all regards. Our boy doesn't need any motivation to get ready for nursery as he's always excited to see his friends and key workers. Not only the care the food is also raved about when he's home. We are also lucky the nursery has such amazing facilities to keep the children engaged all through the day. Highly Recommended!
