communication is great-they are always happy to answer any of my enquiries. I receive updates, photos what my child is up to, what they are learning about, links to songs so I can learn it with her. :)My child is happy, and loves going to nursery.

Great nursery. Really friendly staff. My daughter has really enjoyed her years here. All staff very helpful + help with any queries. Great food + drink options. My children are always coming home happy.

My 2 year old son who has SEN is thriving at this nursery. He absolutely loves attending and gets lots of attention from the staff. He settled in really well and enjoys all aspects of his nursery life. I am very happy with how my son has settled in at this nursery given he is non verbal and possible
ASD. The staff do a great job and nothing is ever too much for them. Well done to all the staff at Tictots Strand.

TicTots is an exceptional preschool that has provided an outstanding learning environment for my daughter. We were particularly impressed by its well-equipped play area, dedicated faculty, and comprehensive nutrition and hygiene programs.

We love the way the staff really know and care for our child, and we enjoy the feedback at the end of each session. The nursery is always welcoming, and there are loads of different activities. We love that the learning and fun is so carefully planned. We like the caring values the children are
taught. We always recommend it as a fantastic nursery.

Both my children have settled well into nursery, the teachers always keep you up to date with your child's day, both children have come on a lot since starting nursery, highly recommend TicTots. Also all the staff are really welcoming and respectful.

Excellent setting. Lots of different learning stations are set up. Education is fantastic, including in-house swimming lessons. Staff are great, all approachable and have the children's best interests at heart.
Highly recommend this nursery.

The staff are friendly, my son enjoys the nursery now he has settled in and enjoys playing with the other children. I like the fact they often go for walks as the outdoor area isn't the biggest. Throughout the school holidays, the children have been taken on extra trips to the space centre which my
son has really enjoyed with additional bus rides. Although I do wish I was made aware of this before he is taken out on trips, I would like to know where he is if not within the setting.
I feel the nursery could improve on meals as often my son doesn't like the meals offered and isn't always given an alternative or is given things I would class as a snack as the evening meal. Additionally, I think the nursery could improve on handovers. Very often the staff are unaware of what the meals were or the amount eaten and I can't rely on my son to give me an accurate answer. They also don't often give much info on what has happened throughout the day.
Overall I am happy with the nursery.

Our daughter joined the nursery at 1 year old after Covid and was very shy. We were anxious about how she would adjust. However, from her first day there, she was surrounded with warmth and care, fun and play, and a brilliant learning environment, staff were very good at reassuring her. My daughter
is in the last year from this September and we can see how much she has developed from when she first started. My daughter is good with numbers, shapes, songs, colours and she is now learning to write her name.
The staff are kind and patient, and as parents, we appreciate the updates this be through emails, class dojo and the online parent portal and reports.
The outdoor space isn't very big which may be a negative for some but the children attend the library on the bus, they go for regular walks every day and also attend the supermarket.
The nursery has been very good and flexible for us as a family.
The most important thing I can totally trust them to look after my daughter.

Tic Tots is a great nursery. The nursery is clean and tidy and it has a variety of different areas for the children to play. The children also go on a daily walk.
Both my boys have attended this nursery and they have developed so well since going.
The staff are all really kind and friendly.

TicTots Strand is a brilliant nursery my daughter is always happy to walk in and come out with a smile on her face. They stick to routines and always doing different activities with the children. Being able to pay by the hour is very good not a lot of nurseries are so accommodating as this. Very
friendly and caring staff. All in all a wonderful nursery, would highly recommend it.

My son started here at 18 months old. And has just left for school. I can honestly say this nursery have been amazing with him. He’s always been more than happy to go and I’ve been so relaxed sending him. My son has suspected autism and the staff worked so closely helping me and my son. The girls
are amazing with the children and to me was like an extended family. I was so sad that my son had to leave. Highly recommend Tictots Strand

Tictots Strand are an outstanding nursery with the most caring staff. My 3-year-old boy has been going to Tictots for almost a year and he was welcomed in with open arms. My little boy has recently been diagnosed with Autism and all the staff at Tictots have been so supportive for both me and my
son. The staff have put so much effort into helping with my son's development and encouraging speech and language, due to him being non-verbal. His key workers work particularly close with my son and you can see how much they care for him. They have taken on extra training courses specified in special needs to benefit helping children with learning disabilities. As a parent, there is nothing more comforting than knowing your child is in good hands with staff that want the best for the children they look after. I will be sad to see my son leave for school next year as Tictots is like another home for him. I would highly recommend Tictots Strand, such an amazing team.

My daughter has attended this nursery for over a year now and has come on in leaps and bounds. She has made friends and loves attending to see members of staff. If I have any issues they are sorted promptly. I have no concerns at all with this nursery my child is happy and settled and it is thanks
to the hard-working members of staff.

I absolutely love this nursery! You can tell the team genuinely cares about my child and always keeps me up to date with how he has been etc. I enjoy hearing all about the day at the handover. The different activities and the days out to the library are great experiences for him and he loves telling
me all about it.
I love that I am able to add an extra day If needed here and there.
I know that as soon as I drop him off, he is in great hands and I don't ever find myself worried about leaving him. This is very important to me in these stressful times.

Ever since my son started at TicTots Strand he has come on leaps and bounds. He really enjoys going to nursery and tells me all about his day when I pick him up from what he’s been doing, who he’s been playing with, and what he’s learned. Recently he has moved up to the preschool room and he has
been involved with more little trips out to libraries and walks which he really enjoys. I highly recommend TicTots Strand.

My son has attended TicTots Nursery for a few months now and we couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery. The staff are incredible with the children and my son has settled in so quickly. It's a very nurturing environment and my son has learnt so much in the short space of time he has been
going. They care greatly about each child and their wellbeing and I couldn't praise them enough for all that they do. In our opinion, the best nursery in Preston!

My child has currently been attending TicTots Nursery since October 2017 when he was just 10 months old. He has an amazing bond with his Key Carer and the other staff members who take care of him on a daily basis. His learning has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery and I could not be
happier with his progression. Being able to view his learning online whenever I want is also a plus as it means I can see what he has been doing and also continue his learning at home.

I currently have 1 child in nursery and she had been there since 9 months old. I chose this nursery as my son also attended previously full time. The level of care and learning is excellent and both of my children love their time here. My daughter has ongoing health concerns and all of the staff are
well equipped to deal with this and this is extremely reassuring.

Both my children have settled well into nursery, the teachers always keep you up to date with your child's day, both children have come on a lot since starting nursery, highly recommend TicTots. Also all the staff are really welcoming and respectful.
