After having a bad experience with a previous nursery, I can not be any more happier with the level of care my daughter has received at New Brighton. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and comes out talking about her friends and teachers. The level of care she receives is outstanding and the nursery has truly helped restore my faith in early years and be able to relax knowing she is happy and thriving. The additional activities and experiences provided for the children are an additional bonus! Thank you all for what you do! X

My two girls are so happy at New Brighton Day Nursery. Both were settled beautifully by the amazing team in Little Stars. Every day they both have wonderful child led enriching activities. Our girls are vegan and it was no problem to accommodate this in the menu. The staff really are the best thing about this outstanding nursery. They are kind, caring, knowledgeable and work so hard. The outside space is incredible as well as the creative and beautiful invitations to play inside and out. Handovers and updates are detailed and show how well the staff know our girls.

My little one has been at the nursery since April 2024, and absolutely loves it. The team are both friendly and professional. I love the updates and photos, and the joy in everyone's faces. The addition of the new cabin has definitely improved the overall experience. You can tell this is a purpose built nursery and it stands out from the rest.

My child has been going to this nursery for a few weeks now and I'm so impressed with how all the staff helped him to get settled in. He has a brilliant day at Nursery and I love the activities that they do with him. They are engaging, age-appropriate and are definitely helping him develop. He seems to always come back from Nursery doing a new gesture sound or action. Really impressed so far! Great communication from nursery too.

Great nursery with friendly staff. Our child has attended since the age of 2 for 2.5 years. He has really enjoyed his time there. Having the opportunity to participate in activities such as beach and forest schools has been wonderful. The school fruit and veg patch has also been a great learning experience. Other experiences that our child has enjoyed include the sensory room, trying different foods and arts and crafts.

Nursery have really supported my child, who has Autism. They look after his individual needs, which is why he enjoys going in every day and engaging with the staff and other children.

My daughter has attended New Brighton Day Nursery since September 2022. She absolutely loves nursery and it makes me feel so relieved every time she goes in with a big smile on her face. I moved house so now it’s a 20-minute drive instead of less than 10 minutes but I wouldn’t change her nursery as I wouldn’t risk putting her into another, I don’t think you can get better than New Brighton Day Nursery. Love all the staff too they’re all so friendly, my baby loves them. The outside play area is spacious and has lots to do and the main thing I loved when she first started was the safety in the nursery, the passwords and how all the doors are locked and the gates are high. They are always doing a variety of activities too, when I went to have a look at nurseries, I knew it was the one. My little brother also attended so the recommendation was initially from my mum as she said you can’t get any better.

My daughter started at New Brighton Day Nursery in March 2023 aged ten months. Before she started, I had a lot of concerns about how well she would adapt to going to nursey due to being breastfeed, clingy and having never been cared for by anyone other than me or her father before. The nursery was great in dealing with my concerns, allowing my daughter to take extra settling in days, validating my worries, and answering questions that helped me feel more confident leaving my daughter at nursery. Now in her third month of nursey, my daughter has gained confidence in herself and skills that are definitely a result of nursey and the care she receives. It was important to me to send her to a nursey where she would be loved and cared for in line with how we are raising her. It is clear from updates on their online platform and the updates I receive on pick up that the staff love my daughter and do their best to follow her lead. She may still cry at drop off, but I can tell she loves her nursey.

My little boy loves nursery - he has settled so well and gets so much out of that environment, which is testament to the staff and care they provide. I’m really happy with the activities they offer - my son has come on leaps and bounds since he started - and the food offering seems to be very good.

Amazing team - such lovely care for my daughter. Ensuring she is cared for to an outstanding standard all times. Even with her health needs they have supported her so well. Always greeted with a smile and a thorough handover.

We absolutely adore this nursery and can not recommend them highly enough. The facilities are beautiful, clean and new rather than tired and unsafe. My son’s day is different every time he goes to nursery - there is real thought and attention that goes into the activities. A big bonus is that the staff in the rooms are consistent - agency staff are very very few and those that are agency are just as wonderful as permanent. We get updates most days for the room and our son himself. The staff are caring and attentive - we’ve found them to be really nurturing and know our son really well. Lastly, we have a few dietary requirements for our son and they have been nothing but accommodating. We can’t wait for him to be a little older with access to the beach and forest school too.

Easily the best nursery in Wallasey! What initially attracted me to the place was the abundance of outdoor play areas for the children. Each room has its own fenced area for safety and there are two outdoor gardens that I can recall; the boat garden and the big garden. All are very neat and host a plethora of toys and activities for the children. My boy joined the Caterpillars room. He's worked up through Explorers and is now in Butterflies. For every room I've found the staff are accessible, friendly and adored by my boy; he skips into nursery every morning! We had a period of slower speech development around 2-3 years. The nursery supported me with a SALT assessment and provided me with extra material to use at home. He's now up to speed and doesn't stop talking! The nursery uses an app to share photo updates throughout the day. Food at the nursery is top notch too! I can't recommend New Brighton Day Nursery enough; it'll be a sad day when we leave for school.

A wonderful nursery, with so much for the children to do. The facilities are great. The outdoor area is superb. The staff are amazing, they teach the children so much and really prepare them for school. I could not have asked for a better nursery for my child. Thank you.

Excellent nursery setting across all areas. The staff genuinely care and go above and beyond for the children. The scope of the activities is vast and children get to experience a wide range of activities. There is a great focus on resilience, mental health, and emotional wellbeing. Our daughter has loved every second of her time here and I would highly recommend this nursery.

My little one has been at home with me for nearly 12-months because of lockdown. We were allowed as many settling in sessions as he needed. He has transitioned really well because of the support and care given. I get regular updates about what he's been up to. He loves the outside space, and they are outside regularly.

What can I say? After 13 years, what an amazing team of staff and back again to amazing people full of joy and laughter. I've got no words to say, just may you guys keep up with the same spirit and good work. I'm blessed to know you at a professional level and also made good friends forever as well. I will treasure each and every person I have associated with at the nursery. I do ask my lord to guide you all and give you all more wisdom and love. Keep up the good work and I love you all. NBDN has been a fantastic experience for my daughter. She has had a very positive and progressive journey in the 18 mths that she attended the nursery. The staff have been great and also very supportive to parents along the way. Great place and great team. Kudos to all at New Brighton Day Nursery.
