I would like to convey my compliments about the new Assistant Manager. In the months since she took over the position, there has been a noticeable change for the better in the running of the nursery and the development and health of my child. She is an excellent people person, she listens, takes on
board and actions concerns or queries quickly and effectively, unlike her predecessor who ignored any issues raised and is clearly a person with genuine affection and care for the children of Little Cedars. I am writing this as I want to ensure she gets the recognition and applause she so clearly deserves. She is an incredible asset to the nursery and I now know that my child is in good hands and well looked after when I drop her off each day. Thank you for being the superwoman you are!
