Children are fed frozen hospital ready meals instead of freshly prepared as there is no kitchen Parents are kept at the door when drop off and pick up No where to safely store prams A blatant refusal to explain fees and charges Overall very stressful experience for me as a parent that my child
is always hungry as only small portions were served when questions asked told that your child has an extreme appetite
