I really love how attentive the nursery are, and the various activities they have on a regular basis for the children. I feel that the staff are super friendly and approachable and communication is very clear. Very happy with the service.

My daughter started this nursery one month ago and honestly it is the best decision we ever made! All the staff are so friendly, they've helped her settle in so quickly and I cannot fault a single thing. She is so happy when I pick her up and you can tell she absolutely loves it. All communication is done via the app, I can see what she's eating, how she's sleeping and they even send photos to make you feel involved. I attended a Mother's Day stay and play recently and it was lovely to see my baby in her room with her key worker and how she interacts with the other babies. 110% recommend this nursery and will recommend them to anyone who asks. (Yes it is more pricey than others, but you get what you pay for it is fantastic! I know my daughter is going to flourish here)

We're really happy with this nursery! My child loves attending each session and always comes home excited about what they've done. The staff are fantastic at keeping us informed and updated, and I've seen so much progress in my child's development since they started. The only area I feel could be improved is the food - my child isn't too keen on the meals provided. That said, the staff have been really supportive in offering her snacks when needed. It would be great if the nursery had its own kitchen in the future, but overall, we've had a very positive experience.

The care given to my son at this nursery is beyond exceptional. I feel so involved in my son's day at nursery and communication with staff members caring for him is so easy. If I'm ever worried about him or just want to check in to see how he is doing, I can always get a detailed response putting me at ease. Communication within the nursery is fantastic. It doesn't matter which staff member I speak to, (even those in different rooms) my sons key worker/or room is updated accurately and promptly. My son has excelled in his developmental areas and has grown in confidence and independence. The learning experiences my son gets is so diverse and look like a lot of fun. I think the most important thing to me about my son being at play 2 learn is my peace of mind. The moment he goes in the door, I know he is going to get everything he needs until his mummy comes back! I am truly grateful that my son has a place at play 2 learn! They are such an amazing team of people!!

Can not fault this nursery at all the staff go above and beyond for all the children management can not be more helpful my sister was a nervous parent and they have made her feel so comfortable to leave my niece in there care keep up to date with her development observations and assessments are always on point and regular we have seen such a big impact on my niece since starting at play 2 learn she's always excited to get up in the mornings and go food is great she's always well fed and has made some really lovely little friendships who she now sees outside of nursery I am expecting my first child so I will be putting my child's name down to Be registered as soon as I can I have spoken to the manager already about how to do this and you have to be quick as spaces get taken up fast as it's a must for both parents and children it's important for both parties to feel comfortable and I can say with confidence that play 2 learn is that place I can't wait to sign my little one up

I was nervous sending my little boy to nursery but at Play2Learn they put me at complete ease and were so understanding. My little boy loves it and can't wait to go each morning! The staff are all so friendly and you can tell they enjoy their job.

Play 2 learn is an amazing nursery and my son has been at play 2 learn for just over a year now and has loved it since the very beginning. The care for my son has been amazing, the girls here at play 2 learn do a brilliant job at making sure he gets all the care and attention he needs. My son has created good relationships with all the staff in the baby unit and has now created new relationships since moving into the bumblebee room. My son loves playing out in the new garden at play 2 learn and is always eager to go when arriving to nursery. The management team at play 2 learn are so friendly and approachable and will help you with any problems or issues that you may have. Thank you so much play 2 learn for making my child's journey so special !

My daughter has been attending Play 2 Learn since I returned to work in January 2024. The quality of care and learning she has received in the under 2 unit in this time has been outstanding and I have no faults, it's made my return to work so much easier. Staff go above and beyond to ensure I'm up to date with everything I need to know through the app and they will always message keeping partnerships with parents paramount. Even though she has only currently been in the under 2 unit, the rest of the team are always friendly, welcoming and approachable and all have fantastic knowledge to any questions asked. I'm looking forward to the rest of her nursery journey. So glad I chose Play 2 Learn for her and would recommend to anyone else looking for childcare for their littles.

We love this nursery, the staff are really passionate and can make a difference in the lives of our little ones. My daughter has gained so much confidence in herself (joined when she was 2) and made a lot of good friends. The level of care given to her was incredible, hugs when needed, advice and trust were always there. The activities they do with the children are so helpful in shaping their future. Thank you Play 2 Learn for this amazing journey!

The nursery has been great for my son, he joined shortly after his 3rd birthday and has loved every second he's been at Play 2 Learn. We are constantly updated via the app on what they have eaten in the day and pictures are posted regularly to see what our little ones have been up to in the day. We loved play 2 Learn so much my 2nd son will be joining in September.

I have used Play 2 Learn for both my children, one who is now 8 and one who is 4. The care for the girls is outstanding! Each had a dedicated key person, who really knew all about my child. From their little quirks and their learning journey and supported them to be all that they can be! Communication has been great and has become greater with the use of an app where they can message your key person, see activities they have been doing and receive messages during the day. The management are easy to speak to if you had any problems, nothing was too much trouble, same with the staff in the rooms. The nursery itself is clean and cosy, they even had nursery pets! The garden is lovely and the range of activities in and outside are great, they have different clubs included in the day such as a science club and for one experiment they made a volcano erupt! Thank you so much to the team for all the support, the girls will really miss seeing all the staff!

Play 2 Learn is an amazing nursery. The staff are great and very supportive of new parents. Their settling sessions are great and well thought out to ensure both parent and child are comfortable with the experience. As parents who do not support the cry-out method, Play 2 Learn have been fantastic at comforting our daughter and ensuring she has a tear-free settling experience, and keeping us informed via their app. Thank you to the manager and two particular members of staff for looking after our daughter!

Star nursery! Staff are so attentive, friendly and considerate. New activities are added regularly and you can follow the child's progress on the app which has all their info organized. Messaging system on the app also makes it a breeze to communicate directly with child's key person. Absolutely pleased and impressed with their care.

I honestly don’t have words for how amazing this nursery is. My daughter has been attending this nursery for nearly 2 years and I have been impressed with every aspect of her development since joining. I am quite particular in how I raise my child and very specific with her care needs and I have always been impressed with how well all staff caring for my daughter have taken my instructions. Since being at the nursery my child has formed amazing friendships and bonded with a variety of their staff and that’s a testament to the great environment that Play 2 Learn Nursery provides. They have an app that allows them to update you on a daily basis in regards to every aspect of your child’s care; when and what they eat, when they go to the toilet/nappy change, when they wash their hands, when they sleep! Honestly it's remarkable; I have nothing but positive things to say. If you’re a parent that’s anxious about your child starting a new nursery, rest assured, this nursery is the right choice.

I have positive feedback about this nursery. The attitude there is professional, parents have an app to follow their child’s eating, toilet visits and other activities. My child has improved all his skills since he started nursery at Play 2 Learn Day Nursery Grays. I have this feedback not just from them, but other play date parents too.

My daughter has had the most amazing 2 years so far at this nursery! The staff have made us feel very relaxed and reassured that our child is in a safe environment. Over the last 2 years the development progress that has been made is remarkable. There isn’t a high turnover of staff which makes my daughter feel very settled and they all make an effort to know your child which gives it a family feel.

Right from when I came to check out the nursery I fell in love with it. All the staff are friendly and their professionalism is top notch. I never had any issues at all with the nursery or staff. They truly care about the children looking after them, teaching them things to develop their cognitive and physical development and not just after profit making. It is money well spent for me as a parent. I also love the fact that there are two gardens. The front garden where the kids have a well-equipped play area and the back garden where they can learn about gardening, nature, etc. It is also a chance to get some fresh air. My son loves the front garden so much and it helped settle him down in his first week. I would also say the nursery is tech savvy too as there is an app where they keep the parents updated on your child's activities, reviews, what they ate, what time they napped, etc. If you are reading this review do not hesitate to enroll your kids.

I can’t thank you enough for everything the team done for us. From the day we joined the nursery when our son was 14 months old until now he is almost 5, incredible team, management, education, support. The app was giving us the reassurance that he was fine, staff always updating with pictures and progress. Highly recommend.

Play 2 Learn Nursery is a very professional setting with caring staff who go above and beyond to help your little one be comfortable and feel welcomed. They will take my son off me crying in the mornings at drop off and settle him in the next few minutes. Communication is very quick and easy through the app. The app gives you access to your child’s activities and personal progress which is great.

My child started nursery in December 2022 and the nursery staff have been amazing. They welcomed him into the group and really helped him during his first few weeks settling in and helped his confidence grow so much since! The staff have always been great with communication and updates through the app but also face-to-face drop-ups/pickups and meetings, their care and passion for looking after all the children show every time we see them at nursery. All the activities that take place at nursery seem fun, and helpful towards learning and my child always has things to talk about that he enjoys doing each day and also teaching important lessons such as road safety, giving the children a chance to get out and about while learning. My child loves nursery and it’s a shame that he wasn’t able to start here earlier! We are extremely happy with the care he receives at Play 2 Learn.
