This is a good nursery the teachers are good and always make him happy and look after my child and he has been learning how to say a few words in English and comes home in a happy way and a happy mood and sings us songs and even do the dance moves.

birkbees has really supported zayn with his time at nursery, since this is his first few months i have have seen him progress in his words and talking and i can see he has learnt many new things there. I think birkbees has really helped to shape his behaviours and attitudes at home aswell.

Birkbees day care is very organised, is clean, they listen to your concerns about your child. They are respectful and helpful. The way they look after the kids is top class because am writing as my child attends there so I do see the impact and positive it has on my child. They use modern
communication to communicate with parents like they have an app where parents can sign in and see their child's progress. So overall I recommend any parent who wants to send their child to nursery and live around can have the confidence that their child can well be look after and develop a lot of skills.

My daughter has been attending birkbees for over 2 years and i must say it is a well run nursery, my daughter loves it here and we are really happy with the choice we made when deciding which nursery to choose. Staff are really nice and welcoming and management do their best to accomadate any
changes/concerns parents may have. I really would recommend this nursery. I also like the fact they have cameras in all the rooms

This is a great nursery, friendly staff and clean environment all three of my children have gone here and wouldn't choose another nursery! Good communication with parents. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Birkbees school is a great school,
We are very happy with the school and the care my son receives. The teachers are supportive, patient, and genuinely interested in the children's development. Communication with parents is clear and consistent, and my son feels safe, happy, and excited to learn. I
would confidently recommend this school to other parents.

Birkbees staff are amazing. During a difficult transition of leaving your child to come back to work at such a young age is quite traumatic. The staff were so accommodating and empathic reassuring me that should I feel the need to call and check in that's fine no matter how many times. Although I
really didn't need to as my son settled in pretty much straight away and I believe this is due to the caring nature of the staff and setting. He has learnt so much and his character has grown massively and I get updates on the app from his amazing key worker on a regular basis which is fantastic. My son leans in to the nursery staff when he is dropped off which shows us that he is happy and he regularly repeats their names at home. The management team keep the setting running smoothly and are very accommodating if I need an extra day now and again, very friendly and welcoming and the communication is fantastic. I cannot fault Birkbees and would highly recommend to other parents.

I don't think this box is big enough to show my gratitude to the staff at Birkbees Nursery.
We couldn't be happier with this nursery. Our son has been attending for the past 5 months and the care he's received has been absolutely wonderful. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the
children's wellbeing and development. My son always cries upon dropping him off. However once he is in the arms of his teacher he quickly settles and waves bye. Which really speaks volumes about how nurturing and
welcoming the environment is. We're always kept informed about his day, his progress, and any little milestones, which gives us real peace of mind as parents. It's clear that a lot of thought goes into the activities and routines, and our son has grown so much in confidence during his time here. We're very grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and supportive place for their child.

Both of our children have attended this nursery (youngest still does). The staff are really friendly and have been so good with both kids. Youngest talks about the staff at home which shows how well she's settled.

My son has been going since November he really enjoys it, his speech has come on leaps and bounds, the staff are fantastic at keeping me updated I was worried at first as he's only ever been with me and family members i didn't need to be they are fantastic he struggled setting in but now he can't

The nursery has been fantastic in supporting my SEND child, who is currently on the neurodevelopmental pathway. The staff are patient, understanding, and always adapt activities to meet my child's needs. Communication is excellent, and they work closely with us to ensure my child feels safe,
included, and confident. I've seen real progress, and I'm very grateful for the care and dedication they provided my son from the day he started at only 10 months old.
I've seen such positive growth in my child's confidence, communication, and independence. It's incredibly reassuring to know that they are surrounded by staff who genuinely care and who strive to create an environment where every child can thrive.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent.

My child started Birkbees Nursery in September 2025, and my daughter also attended previously before Covid in 2021. Although there were nurseries closer to home, I chose Birkbees for many reasons.
The staff truly go above and beyond. They are incredibly friendly, always helpful, and provide
nutritious meals made from fresh ingredients. My child was born prematurely, and I felt anxious about sending him to nursery at just nine months old due to concerns about his development. The team at Birkbees have been amazing in supporting his milestones and development, and they consistently keep me informed of his progress.
I would highly recommend Birkbees Nursery to any parent. If you are unsure, I encourage you to visit, you immediately feel the warm, caring environment the moment you walk through the door.

Had our first parents' evening with the teacher. Overall, the nursery is good and I am happy to send my son there. My son has settled in well as he's not as upset as he used to be and on days when he is upset, the teacher is very good with him as she takes over, gives him a hug and makes him feel
welcome. The teacher is a very good teacher as she likes to keep the parents involved, keeps us updated about how the day went, what they ate, any nappy changes or incidents. The teacher is also very understanding of home life and other aspects that can affect a child's life and behaviour. She is good at giving advice as being a first-time mum isn't always easy. The teacher has helped my son a lot with his speech since he has started nursery which I really appreciate. She has also referred him to speech therapy as my son is a little delayed in his speech.

The facilities are excellent with plenty of engaging activities and resources that keep the children happy and stimulated. They also prioritise safety and hygiene, which gives us complete peace of mind.
The communication from the nursery is outstanding - they keep us updated on our child's progress
and daily activities. It's clear they genuinely care about every child's well-being and growth.
We highly recommend Birkbees Day Care to any parents looking for a nurturing, safe and fun environment for their little ones.

All three of my children have attended Birkbees Day Care and a lot of my friends' children have after my recommendation! All the staff are amazing and really do build a relationship with the children. The nursery is so clean and all equipment is in perfect condition. I couldn’t recommend a nursery
enough! I know my kids are in safe hands at nursery and I have never had to worry about them being there. All three of my children absolutely loved Birkbees Nursery!

Seeing my child when I pick them up, so happy and relaxed means the world, as it can be quite scary leaving the care of your child to a stranger, but the staff make it worthwhile and knowing how cared for my child is and how excited they are to go to nursery makes it easier. Seeing them interacting
with the staff and other children, makes us as parents know we made the right choice to come here.

I can highly recommend this nursery, my daughter started here as a baby in the honey bees room and attended all the way through to queen bees(preschool) until leaving to start school in September 2023. She loved every minute of her time here, she even wanted to attend on the weekend. She asked for
every member of staff at home, showing she had created great bonds with everyone who works at Birkbees, even asking to see the company directors who were often in the nursery building and so welcoming to her. The staff are amazing, they are so welcoming and show great bonds with every child that enters through their doors. My daughter learnt a lot through their planned activities and was encouraged to use her imagination throughout the day. If it was not for them she would not be the confident, sassy little girl she is today. I can not thank them enough for all they did and taught her.

Really great nursery. The staff are so friendly and have formed close relationships with my little girl. They really encourage her independent spirit and curiosity. They do a wide variety of educational activities. The manager is always super quick and helpful if you ever ring or email with a query.
She is always very well fed as well; I have been told some nurseries only give snacks out for their tea! My little girl absolutely loves the nursery and all their staff!

I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. The staff are friendly, reliable and most of all take great care of my kids. My 18-month-old settled into the nursery within a few weeks (quicker than I thought).
