My child has come on so well since starting Bright Stars - been going for around a year and they absolutely love it! Nothing is ever an issue for them and the staff are so lovely and understanding. Things being logged on the app could be logged a bit better but understand that staff can be busy so isn't always going to be a priority so as long as my child is enjoying herself, I'm happy! Wouldn't mind a bit more detail when picking up at the end of the day but not a major issue at all! Lots of fun things to do both indoors and outdoors so kids are never bored. Love seeing photos of what they've got up to when they're posted.

Nice facility but room for improvement. Rarely got pictures or updates or knew what child got up to in a day. Kids were always watching a tiny tablet at pick up and handover was always just 'all good today'. And if I sent medicine in it was never logged if the kid had taken it. They do have a nice outdoor area and it is very secure.
