My son has been at Snuggles since he was 8 months old, he is now 3 and a half and absolutely loves it. The girls are all great with the children and my son often asks about them outside of nursery. They also do so many activities and he has learnt so much. It is also a great facility as it as the
outside space for the kids to play.

My little girl absolutely loves snuggles.
The staff are so good with her and she loves going. I am kept so well informed of everything that happens in the day along with pictures and all the food she has had etc.
I always receive a warm welcome when I arrive, it's such a lovely atmosphere.
I love
that the kids have playgrounds on site and also have trips to the local parks aswell.
Cannot recommend snuggles enough.

Snuggles will always be my top choice for childcare. The staff were so helpful with my son and now my daughter now attends. She absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing with not only her but the other kids. It really feels like you are leaving your children with family.

I cannot recommend Snuggles enough. I was apprehensive leaving my baby into day care for the first time and was worried she would struggle with the transition. She settled well and now loves her nursery days, thanks to the care and attentiveness of the staff in the baby room. Snuggles always
communicate with me about how my daughter has been throughout the day and they provide engaging activities which has helped her physical and cognitive progression. I truly feel like I am leaving my daughter in a safe and loving place when I drop her to day care.

As first-time parents, we were incredibly anxious about leaving our daughter at nursery. However, the team at Snuggles went above and beyond to settle our nerves. From our very first visit, they were so patient with our endless questions, always making us feel heard and supported rather than "silly"
for asking.
They've truly taken the time to learn her unique personality and routine. The communication is fantastic. I especially love the app updates throughout the day! It's such a relief to know she's in a safe, nurturing environment with activities perfectly suited to her development. The best part? Seeing her big smile at pickup, and the fact that she now practically waves me out the door!

Snuggles was my sons first experience of being cared for by someone other than his grandparents whilst I returned to work after maternity leave. As a first time mother, I viewed other nurseries in the area and there was simply no comparison to the welcoming "home from home" feeling that I
experienced from my first contact with both management and staff. The facilities are spotlessly clean and my son has formed extremely close bonds with his key workers who care for him as if he were their own child. For this I am extremely grateful. I receive daily updates about what nutritious food has been cooked for him to eat and also receive numerous photos to keep me updated on what activities he is enjoying throughout the day! I can truly say that attending Snuggles has made an incredibly positive impact with regards to my sons personal relationships, speech and language and overall learning. I cannot thank Snuggles enough and highly recommend this nursery!

Our daughter has been going to Snuggles since september and she loves it. We have noticed her learning coming along a lot. The ladies do a fantastic job, great with the updates on the app showing how the day is going!

Since our daughter joined Snuggles back in August, we've been genuinely blown away by the level of care, attention, and love she receives every single day. From the moment you walk through the door, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and filled with a sense of calm that instantly reassures you that
your child is in the very best hands. The staff are not only incredibly friendly but also highly skilled, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It's so clear that they don't just "look after" the children-they nurture them, guide them, and truly get to know their personalities, routines, and individual needs.
We've noticed such a positive change in our daughter's development since joining-her communication skills, independence, and confidence have grown massively.
They also provide regular updates and photos which is fantastic! Nothing makes me happier than seeing her have a ball at nursery!

I am happy with this nursery and the service they provide for my daughter. As a deaf parent, I appreciate the accessibility and efforts made to make sure that I can fully participate in my child's experience. The staff is always supportive and friendly! My daughter loves attending and looks forward
to each day. This nursery is a safe environment where children to grow, Learn and play! I'm grateful and confident to play!! knowing my daughter is in good hands.

The girls in Snuggles are amazing. They really care about the children and even the ones who aren't in the same room as the kids still know their names. My daughter loves going. The place is so homely and the outdoor areas are great. I wouldn't want my daughter in anywhere else.

My son moved to Snuggles in June after not settling into the nursery first enrolled in. The transfer to Snuggles was amazing the staff are excellent, they love him like their own! He loves all the activities he gets to participate in and we have noticed so much change in his development since
starting in snuggles. We would recommend snuggles to anyone! The girls take their jobs very very seriously and it shows when you enter the room and see all the children so happy. They comfort my son when he's been his accident-prone self and the reassurance that he is safe with them is amazing. We love Snuggles so much we have enrolled our child in an extra day!

Our daughter has attended Snuggles since she was 7 months old. She is now 1, and the amount of learning and skill she has received from the nursery is amazing. Everyday she comes home able to say or do something new. The staff are phenomenal, they treat her like she is their own and my daughter
often squeals with delight and excitement when she arrives in the room. They have so much fun and I love the app to see the pictures and see what she’s up to. The manager is always available to speak to and goes above and beyond to support parents. I couldn’t recommend Snuggles more.

My son has been attending Snuggles since June 2023 when we moved him from a different nursery. The staff made the transition super easy for him and he settled in instantly. He looks forward to going into nursery every day he’s in, and even asks to go on days he’s not. We get constant updates on him
throughout the day which keep us informed on how he’s eating, sleeping and show us all the activities he’s doing. Each day he seems to be up to something different which keeps it exciting for him and the other kids. Snuggles organises trips out and also brings visitors in for the kids which our son loves. Overall I wouldn’t think about sending my son or any future kids to a different nursery, Snuggles is the best around.

My son started Snuggles in September 2023 and it is the best thing we have ever done! It took a while for him to settle but the girls were absolutely fantastic making him feel at home there. Getting kept up to date everyday on the app, with pictures included, is fantastic and such peace of mind. My
son had previously attended another nursery and it is like night and day between them! I really cannot recommend Snuggles enough, the girls that care for him everyday are second to none and nothing is ever too much trouble. So many activities every day, a great outdoor space for them to play and a fantastic range of meals and snacks offered. I would give ten stars if I could!

My son started Snuggles in January 2023 and has settled in really well after a rocky start (lots of tears!). It is not our closest nursery, but by far was the friendliest and most professional one I contacted when looking for a place.
The staff are all lovely and do their best to help, ensuring
that the children are enjoying themselves. We are kept up to date with his day via the app and have been well-informed when he's had a temperature, needed medicine etc. I would highly recommend Snuggles to other families.

My son has attended Snuggles since he was a baby and is now in the afterschool room. To us, Snuggles is more like an extended family rather than a daycare. The girls show so much care and love for all the children. They are always doing something fun, from baking and arts and crafts to day trips. It
really is the best daycare, and I know my son is safe and happy when he is there.

My son has recently started Snuggles and absolutely loves it.
We looked into a couple of places in the area to place him in after-school clubs, but the minute we went to Snuggles and met the staff, we knew it was the place.
The staff are all amazing, positive people who can not do enough to help!

Snuggles have supported my son fantastically. The care he receives now at seven is of the same amazing standard he received from them at 12 weeks old. The brilliant ladies who work here truly care and have the children’s best interests at heart. My son would be lost without them and adores everyone
in his Snuggles family.

We started Snuggles in November 22, and from the beginning, our son has been welcomed to the Snuggles family. Every staff member is enthusiastic and approachable. They look after our child’s needs with utmost professionalism and care. Our son has food allergies, and these are catered for without any
difficulties or differences that would be noticeable to anyone who did not know. I cannot express how happy we are to have found this nursery.
