From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. It's such a comfort knowing that our daughter is in a safe, nurturing environment where she is not only looked after but truly encouraged to grow and thrive.
The team go above and beyond to support each child's
individual needs. They provide a fantastic range of activities that are both fun and educational, helping to build confidence, creativity, and social skills. We've seen such a positive difference in our daughter's development since she started - her communication, independence, and enthusiasm for learning have all come on so much.
Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed about her day, progress, and any milestones she reaches. It's clear that the staff are passionate about what they do and genuinely care about the children in their care.
We are so grateful to have found Little Inspirations Llantrisant and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a support

My child struggled with the new environment & faces when first starting, the setting quickly recognised this and did everything they could to make my child feel safe and happy. My child settled in well and now enjoys their time there, thanks to the care and kindness of the staff. I always feel I get
honest feedback about how my child's day was & my child's development is greatly encouraged with a range of exciting activities. Lastly, the food provided is amazing, so nutritious and clearly very yummy as my child always eats what is on offer.

Amazing nursery for my little one. Everyone is super helpful and my daughter loves attending daily. She has learnt so much and I have seen her confidence grow since attending here. The staff are always so kind and genuine!

From May 2024 to February 2025.
Pros:
Food is a good variety.
The staff are lovely, friendly and approachable.
Occasional photos.
Good reaction when little one was poorly and kept us updated with any issues.
Cons:
The nursery is a big establishment, there are a lot of children in each room.
Our little one didn't progress much with his development.
We had a few comments about how he is a 'good boy, we barely hear him' which made me feel uncomfortable.
We had to ask repeatedly to have his Nappy changed more regularly to prevent a sore bum and strong smell of soiling on his clothes (where he had been left in his own poo for too long).
Since leaving the nursery (4 weeks ago) he has become more confident and is saying words. It could be a coincidence of course and I am not solely blaming the nursery. But I do feel I made a mistake choosing this nursery and should have considered what a big establishment it is. I don't think he was stimulated enough here.

They have supported my daughter with autism and myself through the whole process. I can't thank them enough. My daughter has developed her confidence around people. Has developed her independence and most of has developed her personality .

The nursery is very helpful especially as a first time mum.
They are always welcoming to the children and they are also treat each child the same regardless of their background.
My son was delayed in some areas on starting the nursery but he has caught up with the help of the staff.

A great nursery with friendly staff who are keen for parent participation and allow open dialogue between staff and parents. Both my children have settled in really well. My eldest changed to this nursery July 2024 due to not settling into her first nursery, within a few weeks there were no more
tears and she even made a best friend! She loves nursery. My son has recently started in baby room and it hasn't taken him long to settle in a join in with the activities!

The nursery has encouraged my child to be more expressive and I have seen a huge improvement in speech since starting at the nursery. My child has become a lot more confident and comfortable when leaving me thanks to the support of the staff at the nursery.

My two children (baby and toddler) have been attending the Llantrisant setting since November 2024. They have settled really well with support from staff. Communication with staff has been excellent in terms of how they are doing and they have always been quick to respond to messages/queries. I love
that the outdoor space is utilised whenever the weather permits and seeing images of what activities my little ones have been involved in!

You can tell how good a nursery is by happy your child comes out at the end. We can see how much our child enjoys being there and that they like the staff and feel at home. We get regular updates and photos on what is happening during the day which is great to see.

My grandson loves it and you do lots of different activities which help with his speech and play and I cannot fault the way you let me know what is happing with him as I do not live close so it gives me a inside to his play I will be picking him up more when my daughter and son in law go back to
work so thank you for all your up dates they have helped us no end.

Lovely nursery, my nephew really enjoys his time with you, and all the girls are so caring and lovely, he absolutely loves going and we know he is well taken care of and safe. Couldn't recommend enough.

The girls are starting to be able to answer simple questions. They understand what nursery is, they also say they like it. Their happiness is my happiness as they say. They always look like they've enjoyed their days. As a parent, I enjoy the feedback on the app, photos etc, and the parent-teacher
day to discuss their progress.
The only concern is their understanding of baby gates and doors and they're trying the main door into the public area, and that it's the last door.

Lovely nursery and staff. My son moved to this nursery recently and has settled so well and quickly. The staff are always so nice and really professional, I feel reassured that I have left my son in capable hands. Excellent communication via the app. Overall a really friendly and professional
nursery. Big garden space for the children with plenty of toys, bikes etc. and staff are so interactive with the children. Home-cooked meals and a great variety of foods are provided.

Overall I highly rate the nursery, my son is doing fantastic and coming on in leaps and bounds. I appreciate all the time they spend with him and encourage him to try new things.
Price wise they are on par with other providers and offer a lot more than other providers do.
I always feel my child is
safe and cared for by all staff.
I would like to see more walks taking place, especially in the nice weather and would look forward to seeing photos of him enjoying the local community.

All the staff are lovely. They made my little girl feel very comfortable and she has loved attending Little Inspirations on Llantrisant. She has enjoyed all the nutritious foods too. She will miss coming here. Thank you for all your care you have given.

Our little boy has been going there for a few months, the staff are always so helpful, patient and friendly, the food served is varied and good, the children are encouraged to play with what they want. We are very happy we chose Little Inspirations for our childcare!
