I am so grateful for the incredible care my child receives at Spring nursery. From the very first day, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and truly invested in the well-being of every child. They create a nurturing environment where the children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore and learn every day. My son absolutely loves attending-he looks forward to going in the morning and always comes home excited to tell me about what he learned, who he played with, and the fun activities they did. The staff take the time to get to know each child individually, and it really shows in the way they support their growth and confidence.

My son transitioned into Inventors back in September and has settled in so well. The transition was seamless and the staff have been outstanding at welcoming him in. I never have any concerns when I send him and always feel relaxed that he is in great care. Staff have gone above and beyond to help my son with toilet training too. The kitchen staff have been excellent catering to my son's differing dietary needs. Nothing as ever been an issues. There has always been open and clear communication from management even with changes in staff. Everyone is extremely approachable and multiple members of staff have been very supportive to me personally. I am extremely happy overall with the nursery.

I couldn't any be happier with our experience at Springs nursery. All the staff in the Explorers Room are absolutely amazing - they're so caring, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about what they do. Thanks to the whole team, my daughter has settled in so well and absolutely loves coming to nursery each day. It's such a comfort knowing she's happy, thriving, and surrounded by people who make her feel safe and encouraged to explore and learn. We're so grateful for everything the Explorers Room team does - thank you all

An excellent setting. My little boy attends the baby room and really struggled with the transition to nursery. The staff were incredible helping him settle. They were so kind and patient. He gets lots of 1-1 time. They make a real effort to understand his interests and implement it into the scheme of work. The communication is excellent throughout the day and the end of day handovers are really informative. I could not be happier with our experience.

Resources in each room have been updated to reflect the interests of children in which they help to promote communication, imagination and turn taking skills. The resources are now much more appropriate for the age and stage of development. 2 year olds and above have open access to the outdoor area, meaning children can develop independence, get fresh air and navigate the spaces much more freely. I feel the use of basic signing, along to routine songs is an inclusive and fun way to promote language development. Staff are good at updating verbally about your child's day. At times it would be nicer to have more observations added onto the app which shows the progress your child is making, especially as they transition into other rooms. However the app is well used to update families about things happening within the nursery.

Our Daughter started at Spring, Thorpe Hamlet in September of this year. To start with, she was upset with going, Mum and myself were then a bit apprehensive about her going. The staff reassured us that this is completely normal and now just a couple of months in she loves her days at nursery. The staff are always warm and welcoming with her and do everything to make her settle. They adjusted some meals for her and went out of their way to help her with nap times. We appreciate everything they do for our daughter. 5

Overall we are really happy with our experience with the nursery. My doughter is always happy to go in and excited about new things she is going to do on the day. Would be great if there could be little bit more of day out activities but I understand that this is not easy to arrange. Thank you to all the staff for all their hard work.

Spring thorpe has been an amazing nursery for both my children, the change of my son over the times his attended has been amazing, can not thank the staff enough My son loves to go each day and loves his friends

Spring nursery Thorpe Hamlet are a warm and friendly nursery. There are lots of activities for the children to play with and quite a large outside area. My daughter waves me goodbye when I drop her off and often doesn't want to leave as she's having lots of fun. Thanks to all the staff at Spring.

My daughter has settled into nursery so well. She got a new key person around a month after starting and she has developed so well in the 6 months since being there. All of the nursery practitioners really are angels, and we don't know where we would be without them all!

My daughter has been attending Spring Nursery Thorpe Hamlet for over a year now. She has come on leaps and bounds in time and all the staff are lovely caring and kind. I'm very much looking forward to watching her develop more and will be sad when she has to leave for school next year. My oldest daughter also attended the setting a few years back and she also loved it so much. Some truly lovely people work here and deserve to be recognised for that!

The staff are wonderful, my little boy is always so happy to go to nursery and they do such a wide range of activities with the children. The communication between parents and staff is great and in particular, my son's keyworker makes so much effort.

I have recently transferred our daughter from this nursery to another one due to moving house, but highly recommend you take your child to Spring Nursery Thorpe area as she had a wonderful time there. The staff have always been very friendly and I really loved how much the children get up to during the day. Our daughter loved the nursery pets, and playing outside in the garden. The app the nursery uses to update parents on the children's photos, food, nappy changes and updates is brilliant. It was sad to leave but she had many happy memories there and has learnt so much I'm sure from being around the staff and other children. Highly recommend!

My son really enjoyed attending Spring Nursery. The staff there are energetic and enthusiastic and provide many different experiences for the kids, especially relating to the seasons and different celebrations and things happening in the world. They create a really fun, creative learning environment and the staff are very nurturing and supportive, really personalising the care they give. It felt the staff were really invested in the child's growth and learning. Very impressed, highly recommend.

I am very happy that I chose Spring Thorpe Hamlet for my daughter. The staff is amazing, friendly and supportive. The nursery is welcoming and fun for children. The facilities are great. My daughter (1y7m )settled beautifully. I can't recommend them enough.

My daughter has developed so much since starting nursery in April, her key person has helped us with identifying areas that need work and giving us ideas on activities to do at home. I’m so happy I made the decision to send my daughter here.

My daughter absolutely loves Spring Nursery. All the staff are super friendly. The children are always doing fun activities and my daughter enjoys how much time she gets to spend outside. The app is great to be able to see what she has been up to and we love receiving the pictures of her enjoying her day. I would highly recommend Spring Nursery!

My daughter really enjoys Spring Nursery. She always comes home covered in paint and sand, so I know she's had a great day. The meals she gets are always diverse and the staff are lovely. I love getting updates about what she's up to and seeing pictures of her playing and interacting with the various different things they have to help babies progress in regards to walking, speech, fine motor skills etc. Nursery also means she gets to spend time with all her little baby friends, who she adores playing with. The room the babies are in has recently been changed so they have a lot more space to play in and the outside space has been done up. There's so much stuff for them to play with out there, they'd never get bored. Any problems the staff are quick to address and talk to parents to troubleshoot and I love hearing about what she's got up to when I pick her up.

Staff are amazing and they do lots of fun learning activities. The outdoor space is fantastic, lots of different areas to play. The food provided is a great for little ones. .

My son has attended Spring Nursery since 2021 and I have been very impressed with the staff, especially of late (after COVID). The nursery really pushed through and became a safe space for my son. He has warmed to several staff, tried new healthy foods, developed friendships and enjoyed his years here! He often talks of new things he has learned, especially space, earthly, garden etc. I love seeing him play outside in the mud and water as children should. Very clean room always.
