The managerial staff interacted with all the children at the nursery. My child gelled with the staff there and they very soon became like an extended family. The staff themselves are parents and understand all your worries. They have a very good skill mix between them, they are very approachable.
The managers have an open door policy. All the children always seem happy in the company of their carers when we go there. They interacted with the children with age appropriate, fun activities and celebrate all seasonal and religious events.
My child has learnt so much and has become a confident girl. She is always happy, clean and content at nursery. The communication from the nursery is second to none. They always keep you informed of your child’s wellbeing and they encourage you to call as many times as you like and this is very reassuring. The security at the nursery is excellent and it never worries me. As a worrying 1st time mum, there is nowhere that can compare to the service they provide.
