Our little one absolutely loves being part of the Polpetto Room at Crumlin ECC. Each morning, he takes part in the "Eager and Able to Learn" programme, which has made a remarkable difference in his development - we've truly seen the positive impact it has had on his confidence, skills, and overall
growth.
The team are always approachable and more than happy to answer any questions we may have. Their warmth, dedication, and genuine care give us complete peace of mind, knowing he is not only well looked after but also supported and encouraged every single day.

Staff are very friendly and approachable and go over and above to ensure my child is happy and content in sleepy hollow. Staff are always accessible via the app or in person. My child's been at sleepy hollow for a few years now and she loves it.

All the Staff at Sleepy Hollow are brilliant, so kind and gentle with my child.
A lovely friendly environment set in rural surroundings. Lots of activities and play.
My son enjoys coming to sleepy Hollow and the staff always make him feel at ease.

I cannot recommend sleepy hollow Crumlin, Ann and Rebecca who look after my son are incredible at their jobs, along with all staff. They go above and beyond to make sure each day is full of learning, exploring in nature and love and fun. Albie has progressed so much during his time in the baby room,
he was only sitting up when he started to now walking around the room with the girls encouragement. The daily updates are amazing as I can see how content my son is which leave me feeling at ease. Thank you to all the amazing staff for all you do!

My oldest son is in the after school room in Sleepy Hollow Crumlin. He is autistic and not fully verbal but has been attending Sleepy Hollow since he was 10 months old. Between, school, home and Sleepy Hollow he is absolutely thriving. The Staff are always so understanding, patient and nurturing.
They go out of their way to ensure Finley's needs are met and that he is fully supported. Nothing is ever too much trouble and we would be absolutely lost without their support. Finley runs into Sleepy Hollow every single morning happy and content and that says a lot about a setting and the people who work there. A huge thank you to the amazing staff in after schools for all that you do.

My little girl started with SH Crumlin back in August 2025 and I was really worried she wouldn't settle. From the first day I was put at ease by all staff, as was she. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly, kind & know my daughter by name even if they don't work directly with her. I get daily
updates, lots of pictures and can see she is clearly kept busy and entertained throughout the day with their well thought out & organised activities. My little one is so happy going into Sleepy Hollow and it's such a weight off to know she's looked after so well while I'm at work. Thank you to all the staff but especially Ann & Rebecca who give so much care and attention to my little one, it's much appreciated.

We couldn't be happier with the care our daughter receives in the baby room. The environments are absolutely beautiful - so thoughtfully set up and incredibly inviting. You can really see the intention behind each area, and it creates such a calm space for the babies to explore.
The staff are all
so warm, friendly and professional. They genuinely care, and it shows in everything they do. We've always felt completely at ease leaving our daughter in their care, knowing she is safe and nurtured.
I especially love the Reggio-inspired approach to learning. The play experiences are so creative and meaningful, and it's wonderful to see such respect for the children's interests and curiosity. The observations we receive are incredibly insightful and thoughtful - they capture her development in such a meaningful way and really help us feel connected to her learning journey.

My daughter has attended Sleepy Hollow for almost 2 years and from day 1 she has had the best care I could have wished for. Everyday she takes part in imaginative activities and play that we know have been key in her development. The staff are incredible and caring and update us with photos, key
information and let us know how she has got on each day when we collect her. We particularly love that the activities inspire her creativity and independence and she comes home to us happy and confident, which is also due to how nurturing the staff are. We couldn't recommend Sleepy Hollow Crumlin enough and will be sending our second daughter soon.

Rosie's room leader is truly one of those rare people who is exactly where they are meant to be. Patient, gentle, kind and trustworthy. My little one feels safe, happy & understood @ Sleepy Hollow and that means everything to me as a parent. I'm so grateful for the care & consistency provided to my
child. Knowing she is cared for by someone so warm & nurturing lifts such a weight from my heart. I'm forever grateful.

It's hard leaving your baby off with strangers but I have such confidence and trust in the staff. From the very beginning, there has been an open and transparent process which set my mind at ease and the communication through the app really helped.
Every day, there are beautifully planned
activities both indoor & outdoor. I love that the activities allow the children to explore their own creativity and are seasonal & relevant to the children's interests. They make excellent use of the local area especially the Glen for story time.
You can feel the care and warmth from the staff for each of the children. Any time I have been in, the staff have always been engaging with the children to play or to care for them. You can see that the children have close relationships with the staff.
Every morning when we arrive, my son is greeted by name by whoever opens the front door. It's a small touch but it means a lot to know that he isn't just a number but that he is known and cared for.

The confidence i have knowing my daughter is cared for by the most caring and compassionate team makes going to work so much easier. Leaving your child comes with enormous mum guilt but the girls treat olivia like she is their own. They celebrate her success in the same way we would. The updates &
photos daily make it feel like I've been part of her day. She skips in to creche each morning and is greeted with the biggest smiles. Tasmin Mandy & Sinead are just a few of the fabulous team who have helped us navigate this last few years and we are genuinely grateful for how amazing these ladies truly are with Olivia. All 3 of my children have attended here over the last 18years and they will always be my no 1 recommended creche.

As part of the ECL club my child has thrived under the guidance of the room staff.
Before joining sleepy hallow he had delayed speech as well as being socially shy.
After 6months his speech and language has developed and he is eager to get to school each day.
He's developed new skills such
as improved listening skills, physically he is confident in doing small tasks set each day by the room leaders. His confidence has grown and he's able to express his feelings and emotions to his peers and room leaders.
He can now answer questions on types of animals presented, colours and is able to follow instructions when doing arts and crafts.
His hand eye coordination has improved significantly and he is able to wait patiently while other children take turns using play equipment.
He thoroughly enjoys attending sleepy hallow and I cannot recommend this ECL club enough.

My son has attended sleepy hollow nursery since he was 1 and is now 3.5. Our experience has been excellent. The professionalism of the company and use of the Famly app have been very reassuring for us as first time parents. He is made to feel like a wee celebrity every time he comes and goes as the
staff are so caring and kind to him. They have encouraged the growth of lovely friendships with other children, grown his confidence and most importantly he has so much fun when he is there. Thank you for taking such great care of our little boy.

Ann and her team have been fantastic with Clodagh since she started. I love getting all her updates throughout the day and can't believe how much she's learnt and grown in a few short months. They've really made the transition so easy on us all and Clodagh loves her days in Sleepy Hollow!

The staff at Sleepy Hollow are excellent. They offer a wide range of age-appropriate activities while offering a safe and caring environment for the children to develop. They have a strong focus on sensory and outdoor play, which are excellent for child development. We have found our child's
language skills and skills such as eating and handwashing have developed as a result of his attendance. Would highly recommend Sleepy Hollow as a childcare facility and intend to continue to use them until our child attends school.

I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by the crèche over the past year. The staff have been absolutely brilliant, so loving, caring, and attentive to my child's needs. It's been wonderful to see how much he loves going and as a parent, it's such a comfort to know he is always happy
and content.
The crèche does such a fantastic job in so many small ways that often go unnoticed. From the lovely Mother's Day and Father's Day breakfasts to the thoughtful little touches like tea and coffee for parents, the fundraising for children in need, and the seasonal decorations at the entrance, it all adds up to a warm, welcoming, and thoughtful environment for both children and families.
I truly appreciate everything the team does and would highly recommend this crèche to other parents.

Sleepy Hollow Crumlin is an amazing branch for childcare. My daughter gets excited to go every week, which makes it easier for myself when going to work. The staff are fantastic! Nothing is ever too much for them. My daughter runs through the door most mornings, but the mornings when she is tearful
leaving me, the staff have such a comforting way of encouraging her to come in for fun.
The wrap-around program is also extremely helpful, I can drop my daughter to Sleepy Hollow then they will bring her to school and pick her up again! She loves getting on the bus with her friends.
Most days she will come home with different arts and crafts which she has completed while being there or will sing me songs they have danced to.
I could not think of a better childcare facility for my daughter, I know she is safe, having fun and being well looked after
