I have two children who attend this nursery and they both very much love it. The service is excellent and the outdoor area is the best! I would highly recommend this nursery, and given that we had experiences with other nursery's, find this one to be the exception. Well done.

A wonderful nursery with caring, thoughtful, friendly and attentive staff. My son has recently been transitioning up a room and they have been so patient while he gets used to the new space and new faces. They have been so gentle letting him do things in his own time - this has meant the world to
us.

We love this nursery for our child, they offer lots of different activities and outdoor play. The food is all homemade and varied and they offer 2 hot meals in the day which is great for working parents. The staff are so friendly and treat the children like their own

Great nursery. Lovely caring staff. Relaxed, safe, supportive environment where our child has thrived. Would highly recommend to anyone. They spend time with our child and know them very well and they love going to nursery each time as a result.

Our son has flourished under the care of the amazing staff at the nursery. His development has been nurtured and the variety of educational yet fun activity is second to none. The team are consistently caring, informative and supportive.

The staff at Pear Tree Church Street really seem to care. We always feel that our daughter is in good hands and she is excited to go in every day. Also a really strong management team which makes such a difference. They keep parents updated and arrange events whenever there is something to
celebrate.

Both of our children have attended Pear Tree from being tinies (6months old). We can't fault the nursery or the wonderful staff. Our children have adored their time there and they can never do enough for us as parents also. It will be a sad day when we leave!!

Excellent friendly staff that provide high standards of care and fun for the children.
There are always lots of activities for the kids indoor and out door.
Great communication at handovers.
Great communication throughout the day if required.

My little one loves going to nursery and always has such a good time whilst she's there. She has came on leaps and bounds since moving up to the toddler room and the staff are fantastic and give a full handover at the end of the day.
There is excellent resources for the children and lots of
choices of activities.
We were going through a difficult patch with toileting at nursery where my daughter wouldn't communicate when she needed so the staff at the nursery made her a little toilet bracelet that she could point to when she needed.
It really is these small actions that make a huge difference and has really helped my daughter.

My eldest child went to this nursery and I didn't hesitate at making sure my son went there too. The staff are all fantastic- so kind, caring and lots of fun. There are plenty of activities to keep the children entertained and my son absolutely loves going to nursery.

Can't fault this nursery - which coming from a very anxious mum definitely means a lot! My little one has settled in great and the staff have been amazing at making me feel like he is in a safe and warm environment, as well as easing any personal worries I may have had. They always seem to be fully
engaging with the children from what I've seen and nothing is too much trouble.
The setting itself is really lovely, bright and spacious, and the garden is exceptional - and definitely well used.
Food selection is also fantastic and I can always be assured my little one is being well fed good nutritious meals.

My child is thriving here, everything about this nursery is a positive for us; adventurous garden, group walks around the town, cuddles when my child is upset, Montessori style learning, seasonal / themed crafting activities and events that can include parents, grandparents, carers, etc. Just a
shame this location can only cater for ages 0-3 as I'd happily keep my child on until they start primary school.

A lovely little nursery. The staff are so kind and caring, they really get to know the children so well. They're reassuring on those difficult drop off days that are full of tears. I know my child is safe and well cared for when he's at nursery and they offer such a wide variety of food throughout
the day. He comes home well fed, well rested and happy. I couldn't ask for more!

My child absolutely loves nursery- especially the beautiful garden and the group baking activities. My child has been well cared for and has formed positive relationships with staff. The nursery have always been understanding and welcoming and the children always seem to be having a lovely time.
They provide nutritious food and having a daily diary is really important to us as our child has struggled with restricted eating at times. Staff are good at communicating any concerns. The nursery environment has a positive atmosphere.

We couldn't have asked for a better nursery experience. The team is warm, caring, and truly goes above and beyond - both in supporting families and creating a fun, nurturing space for the children. Communication has always been great, and the facilities are fantastic. We felt really supported during
a tough phase with sleep, and the care we received made such a difference. It's been amazing to watch our child grow in confidence, socially and emotionally. A really special place - we feel so lucky to have been part of it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other families.

Both my kids have been at Pear Tree Church Street and we've had a really positive experience. Our son will be leaving for our local council nursery in a few months and I know he'll really miss it. Even on days when he's feeling shy at drop off, as happens with lots of kids, the staff are always
really kind and supportive, and keep us updated on his mood after we leave.

Our daughter has been at Church Street for almost 2 years now and we couldn't be happier with it! The staff are wonderful, so caring and nothing is ever too much for them. We had never done a private nursery before so didn't know what to expect but can't recommend them enough and know our daughter
feels safe and secure there. The building and facilities have had an update recently with the children's best interests taking into account when planning it all. I love the photos and updates throughout her day as well. The staff are all kind and our daughter has made such a lovely bond with some of them, they seem to genuinely care. I also feel she has come on a lot with things from nursery too and seems to have build nice friendships. Thank you!

Our daughter has been going to Pear Tree, church street now for just over a year, and I can't thank the staff enough.
For the care of our daughter but also us as parents.
It can be a nervous time the thought of someone else you don't know looking after your child. But every step, conversation
and visit, made us feel like a part of a family.

Our two children have been at Pear Tree for 4 years now and we have had only positive experiences. The staff are all very caring and have helped our children grow and learn since joining. Everyone is welcoming when we arrive and let us know each day what the children have been doing.

My daughter got enrolled to Pear Tree Nursery Church Street branch recently.
The team are super nice and made my daughter feel super comfy.
The environment is very informal and the staff members are approachable.
The nursery has ample of space both for the outdoor and indoor activities.
Overall
a superb experience so far!
