Our son has gone to Kindred Orpington since September 2024. We are super happy with his care. The staff are caring and communicate well. The manager is excellent. The regular messages and photos are great. Our son experiences a good range of indoor and outdoor activities. He has a great diet. I feel
that his needs are always met. Highly recommended!

The staff were absolutely lovely, so warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. The place was very clean and full of play areas set up for kids, which made it perfect for families. The food provided was lovely as well. My son enjoyed it a lot and had such a great time! The whole atmosphere made the
experience even more special. We'll definitely be coming back.

My daughter loves coming to nursery. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and patient, and the nursery are always flexible and helpful. It has been incredible to watch our daughter come on in leaps and bounds. Her development has been great to see. The staff in baby room have such genuine
relationships with the children and when we mention them at home, our daughter's face lights up. The only challenge is getting her to leave at the end of the day. Thank you to everybody at Kindred Orpington.

My daughter enjoys her time in this nursery. She's always excited to come in. She has learned a lot while in this nursery and we are grateful to all the staff members. They are all kind and friendly. Their communication and the app is great as well.

I cannot fault the staff at Kindred Orpington.
No question is too silly and no request is too much.
They are so attentive with the children & you can see the bonds each child has with the staff.
I am quite a worrisome parent, and the care my children receive & the updates throughout the
day put my mind at rest.
All the staff, from the nursery teachers through to the nursery manager & deputy managers, genuinely care about the children.
They take their time to get to know the childrens personalities individually helping them through every obstacle and milestone.

Kindred Orpington is a wonderful nursery with a caring, diverse team that work hard to make sure the children are always happy. They plan daily fun activities as well as special events to ensure the children are always reaching their full potential. Their communication is great, and you never feel
out of reach for support and reassurance when leaving your little one with them.

I'm happy with the level of care however I was very concerned by the lack of air con/ cooling facilities when it was hot. The air con unit in the entrance does not work and there is nothing in the rooms, I felt bad leaving her there for the day. Something needs to be done about this.
However the
staff are lovely, my child enjoys the toys, food and leaders on their room

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery at Kindred. Always comes home looking like shes had a great day playing and exploring. She eats well there and as parents we are kept well informed of all her actions throughout the day. I know all the staff are lovely but if I had one bit of advice it
would be to introduce all the staff who would be in the room with her as i see faces I don't know a lot, but as I said they are all lovely. They've also been really accomodating with job changes and emergency pick ups by another member of our family. Couldn't recommend them more.

Fantastic nursery. Everyone cares for the kids so well. They are happy and stimulated. They form close bonds. Nothing is too much to assist parents. Thank you for all you have done for our children, it is appreciated

We absolutely love Kindred nursery. Our child has been attending for two years and is learning lots and has come on leaps and bounds. The staff and management are great and really care about the children. Would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been attending Kindred Orpington since March 2024 when she had just turned one.
Overall she is very well cared for and enjoys her time there. She often comes home saying or doing things we haven't taught her at home. She has formed a strong bond with her key worker from the Baby
Room who still goes above and beyond for her, despite her now being in Toddler Room.
There have been a number of staff changes in Toddler room over recent months, however, the long term staff are excellent.
I look forward to our second baby starting there later in the year.

Our daughter has attended the nursery since they were 12months old. She is now 20 months old and attends 4 days a week. Every morning she is so excited to attend, she loves the food, her friends and most importantly the staff. She has formed lovely and close relationships with all the Kindred staff,
they are caring, thoughtful and great communicators. The activities they arrange are varied and garden facilities are great.
I'm so pleased we chose Kindred as her nursery as she is thriving with their support!

Our daughter has been attending Kindred Orpington since April last year and she absolutely loves it, the staff are all super friendly and she has really bonded with a number of them. She has great fun every day doing different activities and often coming home very messy, which in my eyes is a sign
of a day of fun!
It has made our nursery experience very easy and we are very happy with it.

My 2.5-year-old has been here for 2 years. They're fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and caring. My 2nd child has been welcomed at pick-up times and everyone has been so excited- really felt like family. They do lots of activities. Appear to eat well. Most staff know his name even not in his
room. Recommend.

Excellent staff members, I love that they update us by sending photos and a list of what my child has or hasn't eaten. My child comes back home every day with a smile and explains how much she's enjoyed the different activities that were available.

Our son has been attending since mid-January 2024 and has settled in very well. They give us regular updates via their app, with lots of fun activities they have been doing. The staff are very friendly and our son has bonded well with them.

My granddaughter goes to this nursery and is very happy. When I pick her up she is always smiling and enjoys her day. The toddler room staff are chatty and friendly and she has lots of fun, the garden is lovely and nice to see her running around with her friends.

My daughters have been attending this setting since they were two and have been very happy here. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Two particular members of staff have been a constant source of stability and are firm favourites.

My child has been attending Kindred Orpington (Babies Room) since September 2023 and is very happy there. The nursery has a large outdoor space with lots of activities, which was an important factor for us in choosing it. The children do plenty of organised developmental play as well as free play.
Immediately after Kindred took over running the nursery the staff were in a state of flux, with quite a few agency workers, but this has now resolved. The staff who have been recruited are kind & on the ball.
