Both my son and daughter currently attend Little Pioneers at St Richard's Hospital. My son has been attending for just over two years and really enjoys his days there. He settled in quickly at nine months old and now he is almost three and in pre-school, he eagerly runs up the path into the nursery.
The staff are all kind, caring, fun yet totally professional. He enjoys eating the food at the nursery more than the food he gets at home and will talk about the staff and the friends he has made there.
The updates through the app are good and we especially enjoy seeing photos of our son and the other children in his group having fun. Our daughter joined this year and sadly has had health problems which have limited her days attending as she has been in hospital. We have had nothing but support and understanding from the staff and management of the nursery. She will be back next month and we hope that she enjoys the Little Pioneers experience as much as her brother now she is returning.

The staff are amazing alll round for help and support for not just my child but our family as a whole! Senco is extremely supportive and goes above and beyond for us which we are ever so grateful for!
The nursery is very equipped and clean

My child is always more than happy to attend & I can just tell she has a fantastic time when she's there. For me the opening hours are what initially drew me in to view as they are not like a lot of other nursery's which gives me flexibility with work. Now having been there for a year & a
half I can say the staff are all lovely as well & really care about their role & the children.

My daughter started at the nursery last September, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the care, love, and support she has received have been incredible. The teachers truly understand her needs
and have helped her grow in confidence and happiness every day.
Communication is always excellent - we love the updates and seeing what she's been learning and enjoying. Thank you so much to the whole team for all your hard work and love. We're so grateful for everything you do!

Amazing nursery and pre school, my oldest child also graduated from here and her experience was nothing short of perfect. I knew when my youngest could start that I would only ever put her in the same setting. The staff in all rooms are kind, caring and attentive, always trying to better your child,
my child that's currently enrolled goes in without any crying or hesitation and enjoys her days here. I never worry about how she is when she's at little pioneers. The management staff bend over backwards to help you with any queries you may have, or any funding help that you don't understand; special shout out to Kim who really did do her upmost to make sure my daughter had a place, and too abbie and all the staff in little creators who have helped my daughter settle so quickly. My daughter will run in with open arms to abbie. Both children that have allergys which have been in this setting have never had any problem with the dietary requirements and nothing is too much hassle. Thank you!

My son had the best 3 years at this nursery. The staff are so attentive, kind and really go above and beyond. They gave me the peace of mind when I was at work. They helped so much with all the development milestones as well as prepping him so well for school. I cannot rate them high enough :)

The nursery and all staff have been amazing with our daughter. From being pretty shy and worried to now being so so far from that ! !
She always comes home excited to talk about her day and the things she's done etc, a real testament to all the staff!

We could not be more grateful for the experience we've had here. From the very beginning, the team showed such dedication, warmth, and genuine care that it immediately put us at ease. Watching our son grow and develop under their guidance has been an absolute joy. He has not only gained confidence
but also become noticeably more curious, thoughtful, and independent.
The staff clearly go above and beyond, balancing encouragement with just the right amount of challenge. They recognize each child as an individual, tailoring their approach to bring out the best in them. He has thrived in this environment-he comes home excited to share what he's learned, full of new ideas, and proud of his progress. Lovely staff who are really good with children. The nursery is nice with lots of activities to boost a child's development . Its a safe environment for the kids with lots of fun. They go above and beyond to make sure their needs are catered for.

My baby girl started in January 2025, she struggled to settle in her first and second week in the nursery. My husband and I were emotionally broken seeing her cry wanting to go back with us each time we come to drop her at the school. It was not easy coming from a different background, culture,
environment with different accent but with the love, care, patience and understanding of her two key workers and other staff in the nursery she was able to fully settle in her third week to the point that now she is always eager to be taken to school and she cries when she is told today is not her school day.
The environment is good, child friendly with spacious garden to play in. The staff do not joke with the safety and comfort of the children.
The staff take their time to explain things well and guide me whenever I need to.
They answer all questions promptly and in humility.
I also love them for the warm reception and hospitality shown to me on my first visit to the nursery.

My little boy attends Little Pioneers and thoroughly enjoys it. The staff at the nursery genuinely care about the children and provide a range of lovely activities on a daily basis. I recently had a baby and the staff at Little Pioneers really supported my little boy through the transition to being
a big brother, by doing activities and role-play using a baby doll. The children receive good food and enjoy the outdoor areas and equipment. The staff at the nursery are brilliant. I highly recommend Little Pioneers Nursery.

My daughter started in May last year and it took her a while to settle but the staff and her key worker have been nothing but fantastic. They genuinely care and want the best for your child. It’s hard returning to work after maternity and these ladies make you feel as at ease as they can. My
daughter has just moved rooms and her new key worker is just as lovely. Keep up the good work team as it really makes a difference to working parents.

His two “main” nursery caregivers are nothing but attentive and I love seeing the daily updates via the app they use.

We love this nursery. My kids have been going for over a year. My youngest is still there and loves her key worker. She learns lots and enjoys the activities - often chats about everyone when she’s home. Would highly recommend.

My little boy goes to the preschool room of the nursery currently. He is very shy and struggled at first moving rooms. All the nursery teachers have been so patient and caring with him, supporting him to settle. They have reassured me and updated the app throughout the day so I can see pictures of
him settled and playing. He has settled really well now and loves going in. The food is always varied and it’s really helped him try a new variety of food! Thank you little pioneers Chichester!!

Our little one has been going to The Little Pioneers more than a year. She loves it and so do we. She is growing nicely and learning a lot with competent and friendly staff members. We could not thank them enough for their hard work, love, care and flexibility. The nursery opens early (6.45am) which
is fantastic and closes just after 6pm. It helps us a lot to organize our working days.
The app is a great touch as we can follow day after day what they are learning. The garden is big enough for them to play outdoors and not directly to a main road.
Finally, the food is great. It seems that they have more success than us!

Both my children have been to Little Pioneers and we are very lucky with how close of a relationship my children have had with the ladies at the nursery and how much both of them have never wanted to miss a day even when poorly. The nursery is great with updating you through the app with pictures
and updates on their learning each week. My youngest is in her last year and she’s loved every minute of it, the same as my eldest. I would always recommend this nursery to everyone I meet.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough, all of my children have attended and my youngest was put on a waiting list because I would not send her anywhere else. The staff are incredible, nothing is too much and when your children enter the nursery they are treated like family. The manager is always on
hand for emails or calls and is an absolute gem. There are not enough words to describe how amazing the nursery is as a whole.
