My third daughter attends this nursery three days a week. She has just turned three and is now in the preschool room. She absolutely loves it here. Each week she is coming home doing or saying something new she has learned, she talks about all of her teachers and friends so fondly. The nursery have helped my daughter flourish so much in the two and a half years she has been there. She loves the food provided and always eats it. The manager is very often present at drop off and pick up and my daughter talks about her playing in the room with her. Would highly recommend this nursery.

Brilliant experience with settling our little boy in with all members of Roos particularly Emily. Light and day compared to a previous nursery he had been at. They care they take to meet him where he is at is greatly appreciated. He loves nursery now and that's down to the wonderful staff.

Both my children attended Christopher Robin Nursery London Road from 10 months to 4 years old. This is an excellent nursery and i would highly recommend it. The nursery provides a nurturing environment where children truly thrive. The staff are warm, attentive, and incredibly skilled at creating a safe and stimulating atmosphere.

Brilliant nursery. My son really enjoys going in and is very settled here. The team at London Road are engaging and friendly and provide daily feedback. The nursery provide regular stay and play sessions which gives you the opportunity to see your child in the setting and speak to their key person. Would recommend!

My little boy seems to thriving at nursery and I would recommend this nursery to anyone. All the staff are amazing and my little boy is always happy to see all his teachers when he arrives in the morning. It is lovely to hear all his exciting stories at the end of the day. Thank you to all for all your hard work and helping Samuel to feel so at home at nursery.

The nursery and in particular the staff are just brilliant. My daughter is very happy here, always asking if she's going to nursery that day. The range of activities on offer vary throughout the day and the children build independence by helping themselves to the toys always on offer. They further build this independence at meal times too, encouraging the children to serve themselves and tidy up.

I highly recommend this nursery. It is thoroughly well run, with a collegiate and competent team of staff who provide a warm and nurturing environment to help children flourish. Both my children love it there. The nursery provides structured early education centred around 'themes' which are explored week on week from different angles, e.g. recycling, transport etc. They focus on learning through play, fostering an environment which is highly effective at incorporating early concepts while the children have fun. They emphasise independent learning, meaning very quickly after starting I saw both my children learn to carry their plates back to the sink after eating, and say please and thank you at every turn. They also focus well on school preparedness and making school a fun thing for the kids to look forward to. Unusually in the sector the nursery is excellent at retaining staff - we have seen few changes since we started last year, meaning a consistent environment for the children.

They strike the perfect balance between structured care and creative freedom, allowing children to thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually. One of the nursery's greatest strengths is how it nurtures creativity. Whether through storytelling, imaginative play, or arts and crafts, children are encouraged to express themselves freely and confidently. The staff create an environment where curiosity is celebrated and learning feels like an adventure. Physical activity is also well-integrated into daily routines, with plenty of time dedicated to both indoor and outdoor play. It's clear the nursery values the development of both mind and body, and children are encouraged to move, explore, and grow in a healthy, active way. Beyond academics and play, the nursery places a strong emphasis on manners, respect, and social skills. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Christopher Robin Day Nursery. From the very beginning, the staff created a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for our daughter. She absolutely loved going each day and came home excited to share all the new things she had learned. One of the things that really stood out to us was the nursery's strong emphasis on learning through play and exploring each child's individual interests. The team truly understands how to foster curiosity and creativity, and they encourage the children to develop at their own pace while still providing a rich, stimulating educational foundation.A special thank you to a particular lady who was my daughter's lead teacher, a true professional, very knowledgeable and nurturing. We saw such a positive transformation in our daughter - not just in her academic development, but also in her confidence, independence, and social skills. The communication from the staff was excellent, and we always felt involved.

I can't emphasise how good the staff and management in this nursery is! They're incredibly friendly and collaborative. My kids love them. They create a great environment for my kids to play, learn and create relationships with other kids. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic nursery. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her time here and we were sad to leave. The staff were all brilliant and made her time there very special. She was always busy and doing lots of creative things which she loved telling us about. We were always kept informed of her daily activities with lots of photos and videos. Her leaving book was so nice which had lots of photos and messages from staff from her whole time there. Really lovely nursery. Completely different experience to other nurseries her brother attended in the area where they always seemed to have staff issues and often called to say he couldn't go in as they didn't have the staff ! Christopher robin was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much to you and the entire team for the wonderful care and support you've given my son, he has truly thrived - he's made such special memories and absolutely loves coming to nursery each day. You've given him the best possible start to his education, nurturing his love for books, drawing, singing, and even picking up a few words in Spanish and French along the way! He will be sorry to leave when he starts school in September.

All the staff at Christopher Robin have made our children feel so happy and comfortable at nursery. They always enjoy their day doing a range of different activities both inside and outside in the garden. The staff are approachable if there's anything we want to talk about, and both of our children have loved there time here.

Christopher Robin has really done a wonderful job at making our daughter settle in to nursery life. The staff are amazing and our daughter absolutely loves her days there. We cannot recommend them enough.

The nursery has been amazing, we have 2 children there. The staff is amazing and supportive, the rooms are cozy and are constantly updated. The curriculum is really interesting, new themes every month for the children to explore. It is very well run and managed, minimal staff turnover, no unexpected nursery closures. Couldn't think of anything the nursery could be doing better.

Professional, friendly staff, an amazing atmosphere. My child goes to the nursery with a big pleasure every morning. Since he started going there, my boy talks so fluently using a wide range of words and expresses himself very clearly. I believe all positive changes and developments we observe within him is thank to the staff members.

Fantastic caring staff, who create a safe calm atmosphere where the children can explore and play. Good feedback with real two way conversations regarding progress. Great support when toilet training with lots of flexibility! Our daughter runs in in the morning and runs out smiling!

Our son has been in the nursery since he was 9 months and every step of the way, we have felt supported and nurtured. Our son loves going to the nursery and asks for his teachers and friends often announcing "We are here" when we enter the nursery.

We have had the most amazing experience with the manager and the girls at Christopher Robin! We feel really lucky to have chosen them to look after our daughter! She has become so confident and kind under their guidance! We can't wait for our son to start with them!

We love Christopher Robin Nursery in London Rd. Both our children enjoy going to nursery. It's wonderful to see the bond they have with the teachers and other children. The setup is very homely and encourages learning. The staff are fantastic and we can see they take a great interest in our children's development.
