We couldn't be happier with our experience at Bright Horizons Meadway. Our son absolutely loves going to pre-school every day, and that is a testament to the incredible teachers there. Since joining, we've seen him grow in confidence and learn so much. It is such a comfort to leave him in a place
where he is so well cared for and genuinely excited to be.

My daughter started two days at nursery in January and after a thorough six week settling in period, she felt so comfortable when she started her full days. The settling in was a great experience, as it was done slowly and built up over the six weeks. It didn't feel rushed so it made myself and my
daughter feel extremely comfortable with getting to know the staff and the environment. The activities she gets up to during her time at nursery are very creative and always looks like she is having a great time. The updates on the app you get throughout the day are really reassuring check ins and it's great to see the photos of her play uploaded. It gives such reassurance and just lovely to see.

Our daughter loves going to nursery at BH Twickenham Meadway. The staff are warm and caring, and come up with lots of different activities to keep children engaged and learning. We love the indoor-outdoor flow that children have to the large garden space. The office team are also great, very quick
to respond and help with anything we need. We highly recommend!

The team at Bright Horizons have provided exceptional care for my son since he joined earlier this year in the baby room, after we relocated due to work purposes. Whilst I was happy with the quality of care at our previous setting, I quickly realised how the care at BH was far superior in many ways!
All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and they always make time at the end of the day to talk to me about my son's day. He has settled in really well and made a lot of friends here and I feel at peace that he is surrounded by kind and dedicated people to care for him as he progresses through the different stages at this setting. I can really see how his confidence and social skills have thrived whilst attending BH Twickenham. I also love that they offer plenty & various outdoor opportunities for fun and learning too. Updates and photos via the app are very regular too which is nice to receive whilst I'm at work. Thank you BH team for all the hard work you do!

My son has just left bright horizons after being there for 2 fantastic years. Michelle and Natalia are incredibly professional and all the staff there have been amazing. Great out door area for busy bees. I would recommend this nursery as we had a fantastic experience with Meadeay.

I am so happy with the care my two children (ages 4 and 2) receive at this wonderful day nursery and pre-school. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a warm, friendly atmosphere that immediately put my mind at ease. The staff are incredibly caring and dedicated, creating a nurturing
environment where learning and fun are seamlessly integrated. The outdoor space is fantastic-plenty of room for the children to play, explore, and burn off energy in a safe setting. The long hours, from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, are extremely convenient for our family, and it's reassuring to know my children are in such capable hands. I also appreciate the continuity of staff (my child first start coming here in 2021), as it fosters stability and familiarity for the children.
I feel confident that my little ones are safe, well looked after, and thriving here-thank you to the team for all their hard work!

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My son has severe allergies and I was anxious about sending him to nursery. He's been at Bright Horizons Twickenham Meadway since August 2024 and I couldn't be happier with the care he receives there. The staff are professional and caring, and my son is very happy
there. Most importantly, the nursery caters for my son's allergies and takes great care to ensure he is kept safe.

My daughter settled in well and has had professional, friendly care throughout her one-and-a-half years here. Staff do so well doing a difficult job while also responding to parental feedback and forging strong relationships with the children.

The people that work there are super friendly, the atmosphere is wonderful and the overall experience is incredible for the kids there.
Our child has had nothing but joyful experiences there and they all know my child personally. We've attended a couple of nurseries in the area and Bright Horizons
Twickenham Meadway Day Nursery and Preschool is head and shoulders above them all. Thank you for doing such a great job day in, day out!

I cannot be more happy with this nursery. I have had my two children there since they were 10 months old each and one of them is in preschool now. The nursery is well-led and it's a place where children come first. Staffing levels are always at a good level and senior staff are very experienced.
Their focus on activity, challenge and inclusion is brilliant and both of my children love being there. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nursery with lots of flexibility, especially for parents who work shifts.

Nothing but positive things to say about this nursery! My son attended from age 2-4. He thoroughly enjoyed his time at Bright Horizons Twickenham Meadway Day Nursery and Preschool. All of the staff are friendly, attentive and have a lovely bond with the children. The facilities are great and the
children always do plenty of fun activities on a daily basis. My son and I will miss all of you!

We absolutely love this nursery. It is a purpose-built building so it is beautifully light with lovely, spacious rooms which are colourful with loads of different activities and toys and plenty of outdoor space. The staff are such a highlight, they are all so lovely. We are so pleased we moved our
14-month-old son here from another nearby nursery and he is visibly so much happier being dropped off here. We love that you can drop the children and pick them up again right in their room so you can see what's going on, this wasn't the case at our last nursery. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Great nursery, fantastic outside space. The staff really care for the kids and they do lots of learning activities and playing in the garden. My little boy loves going, and they helped him through some initial hesitation.

It’s such a great nursery - the nursery staff are always going the extra mile! We’re so happy to see the development of our son going to Bright Horizons Meadway. The staff are very friendly and attentive, providing daily updates on progress and activities. The grounds are locked so we feel that
safeguarding is guaranteed. The nursery has a wonderful garden with lots of activities and the children are encouraged to make the most of the outdoor space. Once a year, the children can watch little chicks hatch from their eggs, and children can enjoy planting vegetable seeds and see them grow into full vegetables. Our son has made many friends in this nursery, and we know that he loves going in the morning and spending time with friends and being entertained by numerous activities with his lovely carers.

Bright Horizons Twickenham Meadway is a brilliant nursery that my son absolutely loves! Staff are very helpful, friendly and understanding towards our needs/feedback and always have a smile on their faces! My son has really warmed to the staff and has so much fun that he doesn't want to leave at the
end of the day! The facilities are great and I'm happy to see all the varied activities the children do on a daily basis on the nursery app. The app is also a great way of keeping up to date with what my son is doing throughout the day in real time. The nursery provides a high standard of childcare and the experienced staff that are there are amazing! It has been lovely to see my son's development during his time there. The parent events put on by the nursery are also great and a good way to meet other parents.

We are super happy with the nursery and the staff are wonderful with the kids and parents. Feels very safe to leave our son at the nursery and he is always happy to go there and meet teachers and friends and to learn new things! The outside area is also super great with the availability to go there

We visited many nurseries before we made our choice. This nursery is just right, striking the right balance. Our daughter hit the ground running with her key person and the team is friendly and caring. We're yet to see our daughter come home unfulfilled. Continuous feedback allows us to focus on
specific areas of development and the same works in reverse. The team is eager to know our daughter's breakthroughs and are keen to develop them further.
