My boys have absolutely loved spending time with and being a part of Little Ark Nursery, they love all the staff to bits, including those who are no longer there. We sometimes see one of the ladies at church and my boys buzz from it when they do. They have also been great listener's for me aswell.

Good communication and very quick service. They always let you know of everything about the child. The environment is very clean and nicely designed and organised. The staff always smiling and friendly.

Very lovely, friendly and talented staff, my daughter loves Little Ark Nursery very much since her teachers helped her to learn a lot in all aspects from being an independent child, communicative and supportive. She feels very safe and comfortable thereby meeting her friends and having fun with them. I highly recommend this nursery for parents who have kids because the staff take all child’s needs into consideration and the whole staff are really amazing.

My first choice of nursery was another nursery based on reviews and feedback from people. However, I ended up choosing Little Ark Nursery due to the distance to work. I’m really pleased I chose this nursery, the staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming. The app is a great way of tracking my little ones' daily routine at nursery. The other nursery do not have the app which was one of the key points that motivated me to choose Little Ark Nursery.

All 3 of my kids have been through Little Arks and all have had a great time and made great memories! My daughter in particular loved it and when she graduated it was a bittersweet day as she really misses it still! The staff are lovely and helpful and the roof garden is an amazing space for the kids!

My two children attended this setting. I enjoyed taking them to this nursery up until new staff started to appear at the nursery and the once loving and caring setting changed. They were reluctant to report accidents, I had to inquire myself. I witnessed my children crying not wanting to be left there and it used to break my heart. During the winter period, my one year old would have freezing hands and feet every time I picked him up. When I made an enquiry about this I was fobbed off until it really started getting to me. The staff that I dealt with took it personally and started to act funny with me. I lost trust in the nursery and I stopped taking my child there. I then had an issue with funding which left me with a high balance at the nursery and the staff used it as an opportunity to get back at me. She lied and sent an inflated outstanding balance to a debt company and also lied about my payment history. There were so many times where I was incorrectly billed by them as well.

My child attends this nursery and has tried three previous nurserys' which she just didn’t settle in. After weeks of being there, she came here and she settled almost straight away. My child has disabilities that are acknowledged and addressed correctly. Her needs are well care for I honestly couldn’t thank the staff here enough. They are always friendly and talkative and most importantly my child Is always happy and content. You guys are amazing.

My three year old attends the pre school and absolutely loves it. He always bounces out happy at the end of the day. The staff are so wonderful with him and are friendly and communicative. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My two year old had a great time, the staff were friendly and caring and he always looked forward to going to nursery. The activities the kids engaged in are also amazing and his development improved really well.

My son might have autism but the staff at Meganursery are amazing and have helped him come on with his speech and other children. Amazing to hear my son's progress is coming on very well. I'd definitely recommend other children coming here.

Both my 7-month-old and almost 2-year-old attend Meganursery and I couldn’t be more happy with how they are cared for. In the beginning, my daughter cried before going in which was a really tough pill to swallow however after a short period of time she was more than happy to walk in holding hands with staff members and wave me off which made my day so much better. Staff are caring and enthusiastic to see the children which make for a great day. They are amazing with their observations and take time with each child to see which stage they are at which would be good if they were behind with anything. Thank you to all staff for looking after my babies so well!

We are happy with the nursery and the way they help develop the child's language and skills development. Happy with the approach towards the child and the food they provide. The security and the precautions they made during the pandemic was excellent aswell.

I have sent all my three children here. They are absolutely amazing. Look after each child's individual needs. I wouldn't send them anywhere else; Meganursery is a happy place for any child that wants to flourish with confidence.

This nursery is amazing, my son really enjoys his time there. They communicate well with parents and keep us well informed. The meals are good and my son is trying out foods he never used to like and enjoying them.

I absolutely love this nursery! My little boy has attended from being 10 months old - he is now 3 and the care and attention the wonderful staff has given to him at every step of his journey is unparalleled. He has developed into a loving, kind, and confident little boy, in no small part due to the care and love given to him by his Meganursery family. I will be so sad when he leaves!

Very happy with the nursery, the staff are all so friendly and accommodating always happy to help in any way they can, and do a great job of looking after the children. My son loves going and has lots of fun. He seems to be very settled and content which gives me peace of mind. I love the app that gives you a report each day of what your child has eaten, nappy changes, and activities, etc. The staff make observations which they post to your wall (in the app) so you can see what was observed and keep on track with his development. The nursery have put in place safety measures to comply with the current guidelines with the pandemic which reassures you that all is been done to take care of everyone visiting the nursery. Great job keep doing what you do best, I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone.

I absolutely love Meganursery. My twins first started when they're 13 months old and I was very apprehensive with the adaptation as they had never attended a nursery before. Thanks to the lovely and friendly staff members the boys settled easily and we can see that they're happy there and love being in nursery. They also make me feel free to call them as many times as I need to find out how my little ones are. This can be also done using a fantastic app that provides real-time information about each child's days (activity) and development. For example; I can log in and see what they had for lunch and how much they had. During this pandemic time, they implemented all the social distancing measures to ensure that both staff and families are safe. I truly believe Meganursery is one of the best nurseries in the area and I would highly recommend it.

My grandson loves going into nursery. He has good friends there and the staff are kind, caring and professional. There are regular updates on his progress and opportunity to comment on the information received. Information and advice of day to day situations, e.g. plans when there was heavy snow, are always sent promptly and give clear and helpful guidance. This nursery has an environment where good practice and great care go hand in hand. I would highly recommend it.

My granddaughter loves attending this nursery. The staff are so kind and lovely whenever I pick her up. They know how to set a worried nanny’s mind at rest and nothing is too much trouble. It feels very safe and I’d like all of my grandchildren to come to this nursery.

My daughter has been attending Meganursery since October 2018, it was the best choice we have made. The staff are fabulous and brilliant with our girl. She has developed so fast and is progressing as she should. I'll be sad when she has to leave
