We've been sending our little boy to this fantastic nursery for one year now. Never had a single issue with anything. Staff is fantastic. Facilities are great. Decent car park. Staff provides timely updates via app on your child progress overall and daily activities etc. Best recommendation is the fact that each time we drop him off he goes in happily with big smile on his face.

I have been really pleased with the transition to Busy Bees. The staff - Helen and Laura and the other 2 ladies haven't yet captured their names as it's still early datmys, have been excellent and always super thorough at handovers. Misbaah and Shannen have also been great at responding to any queries i have, ans upholding the utmost professionalism. Thanks ladies.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 1 years old. She has loved her time at the nursery. The staff are friendly and assertive. She loves taking part in the different activities that are set-up by the team, which has helped her development greatly. The transition through the different rooms has been well managed. My daughter always seems happy and confident being at nursery, and I look forward to seeing the updates and photos of her on the app. This gives me great reassurance as a parent. Thank you Busy Bees!

We're so happy with this nursery! Our daughter has settled in so well, she's learning so much and genuinely enjoys her days there. We were a bit nervous at first, especially as we'd taken her out of another nursery, but the staff were so kind and welcoming. They made the whole transition feel so smooth for both her and us, and it's been such a relief seeing her so happy and thriving. I'd definitely recommend this nursery to any parents looking for a caring and supportive setting for their little one

My son has now been at Busy Bees Thurmaston for over a year now and I have seen him go from a shy and constantly crying boy to a little boy who's full of confidence. The staff are always smiling and happy to help in anyway they can. They are continually doing new activities so the children are not bored. There are daily updates and photos of my son sent to me via their app whilst he's at nursery as well as his food diary and progress reports. They make my son very included in all activities and parents are always encouraged to join in certain celebrations such as fathers/Mother's Day. Overall we have found that attending this nursery to be the best decision we made for our son

My Child has been here since she was just 10 months & it's been such a positive experience for both of us. She has formed an amazing bond with her keyworker, who is incredibly caring, and truly gets to know each child. My daughter absolutely loves her and knows her daily routine so well-it's clear she feels safe and happy there.What I really appreciate about this nursery is how much they focus on the children, not just appearances. It's a cosy setting-not too big or too small-and the atmosphere is warm and nurturing. The management is strong and supportive, and I think that's a big reason why the staff are so consistent and happy. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. They regularly update us on progress and send photos of her playing and learning, which we love The food is great-varied & the place is always clean. It was hard to leave her, but this nursery made it so much easier. She's developed in leaps and bounds. I couldn't recommend Busy Bees Thurmaston enough! Thankyou

My little one has had such a tremendous time growing and developing at Busy Bees Thurmaston. I have literally watched him transform and learn to navigate complex life skills with patience and perseverance. Hats off to all the amazing key workers who are always patient and attentive to his needs. He has continued to have such a wonderful time and has built really strong bonds with his friends and key workers. All the staff are really pleasant and understanding and ready to make adjustments where needed. It also helps that my little one gets to enjoy Halal food at the nursery. His skills have improved and I watch him confidently express himself day by day. I also love the quality of the reporting about his progress so much so that I show them to his Grandparents with pride. I can't begin to express how grateful to all staff for all they've done to support him. Huge kudos to you all!

Amazing and caring staff! My little one's journey with the nursery has been absolutely amazing, he has learned, developed and increased his confidence so much since his first day. Cannot fault and would like to extend my gratitude to all of the amazing, hardworking and caring staff that look after my child. And have done so in the past for my eldest too. Thank you!!

We've had a fantastic experience with Busy Bees! The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and professional, creating a nurturing environment my children feel safe, happy and supported. Communication with parents is excellent, with regular updates photos, and feedback that helps us feel connected to our children's day. We couldn't be happier with the choice of nursery for our twins!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible team at Busy Bees Thurmaston. From the moment my son started attending, the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure he feels safe, and supported. The staff in the baby room, especially two members of staff, have been so patient and understanding, truly getting to know my son and working alongside us as parents to ensure a smooth transition. The nursery manager deserves a special recognition-she is exceptional! Her understanding and thoughtful approach has been invaluable, and her care and support feel genuinely maternal. My son is now so happy at nursery, and I've seen such amazing progress in his development. The team's commitment to his well-being and growth is at the heart of everything they do. I am beyond thankful for their support and care, they have truly become an extension of our family, and I couldn't ask for better hands to look after my heart and soul. Outstanding, supporting and friendly nursery. Safe and healthy environment for nurturing children. Leaving your child in the hands of staff that are loving and caring makes it so much easier to leave your loved ones for the best part of the day. From day one, our experience at the nursery has been wonderful. The location and the nursery are just right. Our child has always looked forward to going into nursery and the staff are always friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile.

Amazing staff and management, the centre director has done an amazing job with the team. Can't recommend them enough to other parents, my sister always looks forward to going every morning. The staff are so warm and friendly and always go the extra mile.

One of the best nurseries, my daughter has been loving the atmosphere, the carers are on point on everything, from safety to teaching. The facility is good with lots of activities for kids to learn on a daily basis.

My daughter has been coming to Busy Bees Leicester Thurmaston for over a year now and she loves it! She is in the bumblebee room at the moment and I can see how much she has come on! The staff really adhere to her personal needs and are always so attentive to her, especially her journey with her eczema and trying to help her overcome this. She is always so happy when I collect her and the staff always post photos of the fun stuff she does during the day!

Lovely nursery! My child has blossomed and become so confident all with the help of the staff. It's got a really classic old-school feel to it which I loved when I first came to visit the nursery and the rooms. The focus is the children, of course, and their development. They always keep us updated with all important and fun things and the help is there when needed.
