Both of my daughters have attended Springfield Road Bright Horizons since 2022 until now. I can honestly say that my wife and I have always felt that our children have been very well cared for and have always felt like they are safe and happy. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming, very knowledgeable and show a great passion in their jobs which really shows when they have spoken to us over hand overs in the evening or on individual parents evenings. Both of our girls have always ran straight into nursery without looking back which is really reassuring, they also speak loads at home about the staff members. The nursery have gone the extra mile when caring for our youngest particularly and have catered to her very well with her own individual needs. Thank you so much Springfield Road, I couldn't recommend them enough!

We love Bright Horizons Springfield Road. Our son is so happy when we get to the door - his arms are out straight away for someone to take him off us and then he waves goodbye. Since starting nursery, we have seen such a difference in his vocabulary and how he plays. Every day there seems to be something new. It's so lovely to see. We love the updates on the app - seeing how he is sleeping, what he is eating (and how much) but especially the updates on his learning and the activities provided for the children. A sign of a good day is when he (and all of his spare clothes) come home covered in paint/food/water/sand/playdough/gloop. Couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough.

We have been really impressed with Springfield Road Nursery; the staff are lovely, and our baby girl loves her nursery days. She doesn't look back when we drop her off and always comes out with a smile. Really appreciate the staff's time to let us know how she is getting on and getting regular updates on the app. It's obvious the staff really care, the activities are great, and the environment is perfect for our baby to develop. As a new mum going back full time knowing she enjoys her time at nursery means so much.

Our little lad attends Bright Horizons Southborough Springfield Road Day Nursery twice a week and we are very happy with the provision. He seems really happy there as he waltzes in giving us a wave goodbye and is always happy when we pick him up. The updates through the app are lovely to receive and staff are always happy, smiley, polite and helpful - most importantly, they look like they have a good relationship with our son. Our lad has a couple of dietary requirements and these are always catered for by the team. We are very happy with the nursery.

Our child attends Bright Horizons Springfield Road and they absolutely love their time there. The staff are all caring and dedicated and provide us with regular updates throughout the day, as well as routine progress reports. There is also plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get involved in other activities. The staff go above and beyond to make sure the children have a great experience, and we know our child is safe and happy. We have really noticed the positive development - motor skills, language, engaging with other children and adults and we know that this is down to Springfield Road’s support.

My son is very happy at this nursery. He goes in with a smile and I know that he participates in many different engaging activities when there. He settled very quickly and has clearly developed a good bond with the staff. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff, really good with my daughter that attends the Bright Horizons Southborough Springfield Road Day Nursery in Southborough, you couldn't pick a better staff team if you tried! The staff are really good with her learning development and potty training at the moment. 10000% recommend.

The team made settling in a painless experience. They were really caring and thoughtful throughout the experience. Now, a few months on, our child loves going to nursery more than anything. The team upload meals, sleep and nappy changes on the app, as well as sometimes images of what the kids have been up to that day. As our child has grown, they have been excellent at following our requests - fewer naps, and changes to food. We ask one member of staff something once, and they all follow the instructions from then on. They seem to have great communication internally and know the kids really well.

The staff are amazing, always so happy and helpful. Always willing to help you and guide you, if you have any questions. Will always address any issues if they arise, in regards to behaviour, any observations they have made, good or bad. I feel so happy, knowing my child is happy and in a safe, caring environment.

I love the day nursery for my son! He absolutely loves going there so much. He has grown and learnt so much more than would be expected and he surprises me every day! The staff are incredible and couldn't thank them enough! One staff member is an amazing key person and will always do a great handover and morning chat also! My son has always been so happy coming in with her and always talks about her at home. All staff are so welcoming and are brilliant!

I find the staff at Springfield Road very kind and engaging. They take such an active role in supporting my son at nursery. The food and play is very varied, which is fantastic. My son has such a great time at nursery and is always happy to be there! I would really recommend to local parents, you all do an amazing job!

My daughter loves going to nursery and she is always talking about the people she spends some of her days with. She has learnt so much and when we continue learning at home it's wonderful to see and hear what she has been doing at nursery. I would 100% recommend this nursery to friends and family!

We are very happy with the care our daughter receives at Springfield Day Nursery. From day one, the staff made us feel confident in the care that they provide. They are all so attentive and show warmth, kindness and sensitivity towards the children. Our daughter always seems excited to go there and comes out smiling. The staff are very creative when choosing activities and our daughter enjoys fun and interactive activities every day with clear learning objectives. We get to see photos on the app of them having fun, which is a real bonus.

My daughter is so happy at this nursery. She has built a special bond with the staff as well as a few friends. The staff put so much thought into the activities each day and it is always relevant to the season or things that happen in society, whether it is book day or the Platinum Jubilee etc. The children spend lots of time outside in the garden and the updates I receive through the app gives me the information I need in terms of time slept, what she had for lunch and how much etc, as well as photos of the activities that the children did. Thank you, Bright Horizons, Southborough, Springfield Road, for taking such good care of my little girl!

My daughter was so happy at the day nursery, she has just moved up to the pre-school to a bit of a wobbly start but I wanted to leave a review for all the girls at the pre-school to say a big thank you for everything they did. The time settling was amazing I really got to know everyone who would be looking after my daughter. She still talks about the team!! Such a lovely place and she has learnt so much!! It’s such a weight off our minds knowing she is happy and cared for so well!!!

All the staff at Asquith woodlands Day nursery have been absolutely amazing with my son and I in our first year at nursery. They are thoughtful, caring and responsive and have made the transition much easier. The facilities are clean and they ensure the children are kept busy and entertained with varied activities.

The staff at this nursery are all very nice, my little boy settled really quickly and had a good relationship with all the staff. They provide lots of different activities for him to do when he is in. The nursery had a lovely garden and rooms with lots of space.

Our daughter enjoys nursery so much that she's begging us to leave the house each morning so she can head off to see her friends. The staff simply ooze with love, fun and positivity, and it's clear that the children's health and happiness are a top priority. On the whole, the food is home-cooked and devoured by my daughter, although as a parent I would prefer fewer white carbs and processed food (cereal, white bread and custard are an everyday occurrence). Although not a great deal of garden space, the kids still get plenty of time outside, and will soon grow into the more spacious surroundings at the Woodlands Pre-school. We're so pleased we made the decision to join this nursery.

Being a first-time mum and due to be returning to work I was nervous about leaving my daughter. We started settling and I could tell straight away she loved it and the staff. The toys and equipment are always set up so well. The nursery is clean and the staff just go above and beyond. She adores the food and I also think the management team do a fantastic job, know all the children and really make you feel welcome. Thank you Woodlands.

I love the day nursery for my son! He absolutely loves going there so much. He has grown and learnt so much more than would be expected and he surprises me every day!
