Our child has been at High Hopes since they were 1, and over 2 years later, we can happily say they have had a wonderful experience at this nursery.
In all levels of the nursery, the staff are kind, caring, interact so well with all the children and have the children's best interests at heart.
We have been so impressed by how much our child has learned at High Hopes, both in a more academic sense and also emotionally. Some days when our child comes home, we will be surprised when they say something we weren't expecting them to know.
These last couple of months when our child has been in the preschool room, we have been really impressed by the extracurricular activities that have been put on by the nursery. They have a dance teacher come in weekly, which our child loves, and have also had visitors from the amazing emergency services so the children can explore and learn more about those. They put on fun activities for the children and are also very reassuring with the parents.

My youngest son finished his High Hopes journey in August after a brilliant few years at this lovely nursery. My eldest had attended years earlier, so it was an easy decision for us to choose this nursery again. The staff work so hard there. They always put so much effort into making sure my son was
happy at nursery; he developed so much there, gaining skills and confidence right from the start of his time there as a baby. I always felt the staff caring for him were heavily invested in making sure the children had a great time, which as a parent was lovely and very reassuring to see! I also always felt valued and listened to as a parent. Praise also to the management team for working so hard to keep the busy nursery moving forward in a positive way. The rural setting is also just beautiful; it's so lovely seeing the cows in the neighbouring fields. My son loved saying hello to them each day! I'm certain I'll have positive memories of High Hopes for years to come, as will my children.

Excellent experience so far, great settling in really made sure to get to know my child's likes / dislikes! Team are fab and so supportive and caring. Keep you updated on the app throughout the day! Food is healthy and varied with the menu changing often!

My daughter has only been attending for a month, but we've already noticed such a difference in her development. She absolutely loves it there and is always so happy when she arrives and sees all of the girls in the mornings. The team are all so friendly and welcoming, and we feel completely at ease
leaving her in their care during the day. It's lovely to see how much she's thriving already - we couldn't be happier with High Hopes!

My son started three months ago in the tiny baby room and it is amazing to see him laugh and get excited when he arrives there. I am so grateful to the team and to the manager for the care, attention and hard work they give to my little I feel safe to leave him and go to work with confidence because
I know he is safe, well and having fun.

Our daughter started at High Hopes at 7 months old, I am beyond impressed with everything that High Hopes offers; pleasant staff, friendly, approachable and all in all a great place to be. Our daughter, loves every second that she is at nursery, and the girls have taken her under their wing, I feel
so comfortable that we have the best of the best looking after our little girl. The manager is very approachable, and the staff can't do enough to help. Couldn't think of a better nursery to send our daughter to especially following a poor start at another local nursery. High Hopes is a very safe and engaging environment for our little one and she has come on leaps and bounds since starting.

My child absolutely loves it at High Hopes. Since she started as a tiny baby and moved through the rooms we have always felt that the staff have taken amazing care of her. There is always so much going on it’s such a lovely nursery.

Brilliant nursery in a lovely setting, really clean and the staff are so lovely and friendly. They have helped my baby settle in so well since she started in January 2024. Great opening hours too.
The manager is so approachable, kind and very efficient with responding to any queries. Very pleased
so far.

My daughter has not been at High Hopes for long but so far the staff have gone above and beyond for my little girl. Not only have High Hopes offered us additional settling-in sessions, they have really put me at ease with their excellent handovers at drop off and collection. So far my experience of
high hopes is 10/10 and I’d definitely recommend!

As a keyworker in Covid, returning to work after 12 months was difficult enough with Covid as an additional factor. High Hopes was a supportive and understanding nursery for both situations. My child has been loved, nurtured and well cared for during her time at High Hopes in each room she has been
in. Now, as a preschooler in the classroom, she is a confident and clever girl with a great circle of friends she has grown up with, giving her amazing social skills, and social awareness, enabled to have imaginative play and role play as well as learn and developing her ready for starting primary school. I couldn't have wished for a safer, more caring place for her to of grown up in.

I cannot thank this nursery enough for everything they have done/taught our little boy for the past four years! The staff and facilities have been amazing! I would recommend this nursery to anyone! Our little girl starts in September 2023, and we are so excited for her to experience High Hopes!
The team in preschool, I can't thank you enough; they have been amazing! Also, another lady has been amazing and very helpful.

My daughter absolutely loves High Hopes Day Nursery, she’s excited to go in every morning, and I pick her up with a big smile every evening. The staff are wonderful, and you can tell they really enjoy spending their time with the children. Highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

Both our children attend High Hopes, and they love it and love all the staff.
All the girls are always friendly and welcoming. They do lots of learning and fun activities with the children and are very caring of each child.
Our little boy is in the preschool room, and the girls have been
amazing; he has learnt so much in the time and is happy and confident, thanks to the help of all the girls in the room. His key worker has been absolutely fantastic, he feels safe and cared for with her, and she always makes him feel special.
Our little girl started in the baby room, and she loves going each morning and loves all the messy play and creative activities that they do. They are always kind and caring with her and always happy to provide cuddles when she needs them.

The staff in the baby room at High Hopes are always friendly and welcoming. I feel well informed about my little one's day at nursery with the handover. My little one really enjoys being at nursery, she loves the staff and has developed so much in the last 7 months whilst being there. The variety of
activities each day for the little ones is great.

Fantastic nursery, a great team and great comms. Our daughter has a fab time there and is excited to go. Fantastic facilities and the team are very supportive, with imaginative activities and lots of fun. I highly recommend it.
