I unfortunately would not recommend this setting. I had numerous issues with them not following my son's dietary requirements and not putting on his Eczema creams. Their knowledge of SEN is worryingly sparse, and some older team members referred to my son as 'being naughty' My son was not tracked
against EYFS once during his time there - even when I raised this and asked for it to be done. I found the staff too quick to jump in and 'help' the children rather than giving the children time to figure things out. After a year of being there, I felt my concerns were being ignored so had to remove my child due to safeguarding issues. Within 6 weeks of being at a new setting, they had identified a number of concerns and referred to relevant agencies - something Kiddiwinks failed to recognise or act on my concerns.
