As someone who has alway been very anxious over who looks after my child, starting nursery was a bit daunting however Bright Horizons couldn't have made the process any easier. The care & attention all the babies are shown individually is incredible. Everyday is filled with activities ensuring they are learning & developing their motor skills in such a fun & interactive way. The staff are so friendly & helpful, always informative and detailed at handover. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough, the place your children will love & you'll send with ease knowing your babies are happy and being given the best!!

Our experience with this nursery has been fantastic! The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely care for each child. The environment feels welcoming and safe, and our baby has truly thrived here. We couldn't ask for better care. Highly recommend!

Great nursery! Great people! I cannot recommend the nursery enough. They have been fantastic, right through from baby room to preschool. The managers are brilliant, highly skilled teachers who know preschool education better than most. We are glad we are here!

Our daughter has been attending Bright Horizons New Southgate Day Nursery and Preschool for nearly a year and she has excelled so much since she has been there. The staff are amazing, the nursery environment is great and they have just had a refurbishment. Our daughter loves going to nursery and she does so many varied activities whilst she is there.

Bright Horizons New Southgate Day Nursery and Preschool is one of the best nurseries you can send your child to. The staff are amazing and they have an ability to make your child feel special and unique that other nurseries don't invest in. We have had our boy there for nearly three years and he has really matured with their nurturing environment and support. We can not recommend the nursery enough and three members of staff, in particular, and the manager are brilliant, highly skilled teachers who know preschool education better than most.

I cannot recommend the nursery enough. They have been fantastic, right through from baby room to preschool. Children are well looked after. Fresh food is cooked onsite and parents updated regularly on activities and observations. They help children transition at different stages in life and really prepare them for reception. The nursery is managed exceptionally well and if you have any queries they are responded to immediately. A lovely setting for children, no agency staff. Children feel settled and happy. I have 2 little girls who go to Bright Horizons New Southgate Day Nursery. The first one is 2.5 years old and is in the Toddler's room and the second one is 1 year old and is in Baby Care. I cannot describe how amazing the teachers and key persons in both rooms are. They really take care of them, they invest time in them from learning them how to behave, to eat, to be kind and considerate of others, to being curious, painting, singing, reading and counting and exploring new stuff and activities every day to improve their skills. I feel that my daughters are in very good hands with people who care about them and know to do their jobs as best as possible. I see my daughters are both happy there and that’s a big reassurance that I made the best choice choosing this nursery for them. They keep up the excellent work they are already doing and have exceeded my expectations. Very well done to the whole team!

Our daughter started at Bright Horizons this year and we are really happy with our choice to send her there. The communication from the manager has been great from the start, if we have any queries we always get a response back quickly. Initially, there was a two-week settling-in period, with a gradual build of hours, which was really helpful. All the staff are lovely and I can see that my daughter feels comfortable with them. The app is really good, it is so reassuring to get live updates on meals, nap times and all the fun activities she is getting involved in. I feel really confident that she’s having a good time when she’s there and I would recommend it to anyone looking.

Our little daughter has been attending the Bright Horizons New Southgate Day Nursery and Preschool for over a year and she is so happy there. My little son has just joined the baby room too this year and he's having so much fun! Daily feedback through the app is great, with regular updates. They really care about children’s learning and development. My daughter has moved to the preschool room and the team has helped her prepare for school through creative and educational activities. Some of the impressive achievements were teaching her to write her name, recognise numbers and the most impressive of all was her taking part in a Christmas play. All of the staff are so nurturing and supportive and they provide them with so much care, attention and positivity. I have always found the key workers to be very communicative and the admin team are so efficient.

Great nursery with very friendly and approachable staff who take very good care of the children. My child always came back home happy. The staff are genuinely interested in the wellbeing of the children and that made a huge difference to us. We will miss this nursery.

We love getting personal updates, photos and videos through the app capturing the fun she is having, and key milestones like first steps and new words. Great communication with baby room staff and office staff, and special to see the nursery celebrating cultural festivals. She jumps into the team's arms at drop-off and returns full, happy and tired!

We are so glad that we found and chose Bright Horizon New Southgate for our son! Our son's experience here has gone above and beyond our expectations, the teachers are caring, attentive and very knowledgeable and he feels very comfortable in their care. They are supportive of us as well, making an effort to give us updates and advice. Our son enjoys and engages in a wide range of activities and different subjects, he is always keen to tell us what he has learnt about when he comes home and there is a lovely outdoor space with a range of equipment to play with. The teachers send regular updates and photos which we look forward to receiving. We are so thankful and appreciative of all of your hard work!

The facility and garden are pretty good. The staff have created different activities and learning materials for the children. The care are quite nice but the staff turnover rate has been relatively high recently.

Fantastic, friendly and helpful team. Having insights into what has been done in the week on the app is wonderful. I would add here, it may be even better in those posts to highlight what certain activities were aiming to improve, address or encourage. Overall, a great place for our child to grow, learn and discover the world.

To whomever may read this review, I am writing to notify anyone who may be looking for a nursery for their child or potentially an authority reviewing this nursery that it is outstanding! My son has attended the nursery since September 2022 and I have not a single complaint. The staff are such a diverse group which was super important to me, not to mention extremely friendly, supportive, genuine and always going the extra mile to support my child and me. Plus the menu for the children is fantastic! For my first-ever experience with a nursery, it has been nothing but a pleasure. My son's speech went from strength to strength upon starting, he has such a range of activities and experiences here and always is excited for the next day. Sometimes he doesn’t even want to leave. It is a true testament to just how brilliant this nursery is. I am continually recommending friends, so if you need a place for your child to be in a home away from home, look no further! Thank you so much.

Bright Horizons is a lovely nursery. My son really enjoys it here. The staff are all really kind and caring towards him. He always comes home telling me how much fun he's had and how much he loves the deputy manager and one other member of staff in particular.

Bright Horizons in New Southgate is a wonderful nursery with caring staff. My son has excelled and greatly enjoyed going in every day, thanks to the great teachers and lovely environment. I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone. We look forward to our daughter joining too!

Our daughter is our second child at this nursery and overall, we are very happy with how she has been looked after and how she has developed. The team have literally raised her and we are so grateful for this. I could not have picked a better nursery for her to be at. We are happy with the whole team including management. The facilities are great, the learning you offer and the most important thing is we know she is safe and happy whilst with you all. I love the fact that you have started doing trips out, as i think it is very important and she loves the little outings. She comes home and tells us all about it. The app is the best thing ever and we love the fact we are updated and see pictures of her in action. If we ever have a problem, then we know we can address it immediately, as the whole team is approachable. Thank you, for everything you all do, as we know it's not easy. We are grateful for all your hard work and efforts. I will miss the nursery when my daughter leaves for school.

Bright Horizons, New Southgate Day Nursery and Preschool has been an excellent nursery for my child. They were very attentive to her needs and had a significant impact on her development, assisting her in gaining confidence. The staff was wonderful and they wanted to collaborate with us (parents) to support her at home with plans and materials. My daughter formed strong bonds with all of the staff there and even now, in reception, she frequently mentions the staff and her nursery friends. Bright Horizons is a fantastic nursery that made my daughter very happy.
