My daughter started at BH Chigwell in January at 10months old - my nerves were promptly put at ease seeing how quickly she settled in. The staff are incredible, and the different activities they organise on a daily basis is amazing. My daughter goes to the staff happily every morning and I can already see the progress in her development. I couldn't recommend BH Chigwell more!

I would highly recommend Bright Horizons Chigwell Day Nursery my eldest son recently left in September to go to school and he couldn't have been more prepared thanks to the amazing staff who gave him all the skills and self confidence he needed for his new journey in school where he is thriving. My 22 month old is currently at the nursery and I couldn't be more happy with the care he receives. His key workers in both the baby room and toddler room have made the effort to really get to know him and provide him with a safe and secure environment where he feels confident to explore and thrive.The opportunities and experiences they offer the children is great such as Boogie Mites, Makaton and Forest school. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and as parents we feel so comfortable leaving our baby in their care.

My 1-year-old daughter is attending Bright Horizons Chigwell Day Nursery and Preschool and I am very pleased to say that she loves going in the morning. From the beginning, she settled very well at the nursery with the support of the staff. She loves going to the nursery where she has a variety of toys and activities. The nursery has a big garden where she can play. I would personally highly recommend this nursery.

I am so delighted to write this review as my son has settled into nursery with positive results. I've always been worried about starting him early, which is why we took our sweet time with him. Looking at how it has positively shaped him into a gentle and caring boy has definitely changed my mind about starting earlier. The staff has always been attentive with his diet, he is a very fussy eater however he now 'tries' various foods. Very happy parents.

Our son has been at Bright Horizons Chigwell Day Nursery and Preschool since he was 8 months old, I was nervous to put him into nursery before the age of 1 but had to go back to work. All of my worries were quickly put to bed as I genuinely could not ask for a better environment for my son than Bright Horizons Chigwell. My son is absolutely thriving there, the staff are all brilliant. His key workers in the baby room are amazing and adore him. All of the children at the nursery are so well cared for, they get to play and learn in a safe, clean, caring space. Their safeguarding is fantastic, the building is secure and safe. The children have a very enriching environment and I love that they do Makaton, outdoor and nature play and lots of fun music play. My son's eating and using a fork and spoon has come on leaps and bounds because of the nursery too. Thank you so much to all of the staff.

The nursery offered multiple settling-in sessions for our daughter when she first joined to ensure she was used to her surroundings and the staff/other children. She is now fully settled and loves going into nursery. She practically leaps out of my arms! The team are so caring and considerate and do a lot with the children. There are also extra events, like coffee mornings, they put on which is just fantastic. I would definitely recommend Bright Horizon Chigwell Day Nursery and Preschool to any family/friends.

Bright Horizons in Chigwell provides a safe, happy educational environment for my child. The staff are so lovely and caring they really think about the child’s needs and reassure us as parents that our child is safe and well taken care of. My child loves it and you can tell from their actions that they are happy in the Nursery. I definitely would recommend bringing your child to this Nursery. They also have an app which shows photos and lets you know how your child is throughout the day. Nappy changes what they eat, drink etc.

I’m very happy with Bright Horizons Chigwell Day Nursery and Preschool, my daughter absolutely loves going into nursery, she enjoys playing and learning with her friends, the staff are very attentive and caring. I’m very happy with her meals during the day and thanks to the app, I can keep track of her developments, meals and activities. They provide daily pictures and daily updates on my daughter's development.

Our son has been going to Bright Horizons Chigwell from 8 months old. He is now nearly 4, and we have been very satisfied with the level of care, environment, and nutrition at the nursery. The staff have been fantastic and actively invest in the development of the children. The nursery is a safe environment, and the children engage in a wide variety of both indoor and outdoor (there is a large garden play area) activities. I think the most telling review comes from our son himself, who cannot wait to go into his preschool classroom each morning and is full of fun stories about his day when we pick him up in the evening. He loves his friends in the class, and his key worker too. Overall we feel very comfortable with the level of care delivered by the nursery, and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

We enrolled our daughter at preschool here and she has settled very well. We chose this nursery as the staff seemed very friendly and having a big play space and outdoor area was important to us. We had moved her here after a negative experience in another nursery and we can really see the difference. The staff at Chigwell Bright Horizons are very caring and what stood out is that they treat each child as a unique individual. Our daughter has learnt many new things at the preschool and they are always introducing new activities for them. Also, the administration and management staff are very kind and helpful which makes them approachable. We are excited for our 2-year-old son to start here soon and have every confidence that the nursery will aid in his development.

My son has attended Bright Horizons for the last 10 months (he is about to turn 2) and is about to move from the Baby room to the Toddler room. He attends 2 days a week and he absolutely loves it. I feel so happy knowing he is so well looked after and cared for. He runs into nursery each time with a smile across his face and a spring in his step. The nursery is amazing at keeping us parents updated on the app with constant updates on their eating, nappy changes and naps. I love seeing all the pictures and seeing all the amazing activities they have planned for the children. My son has a great relationship with the staff and I couldn't recommend them enough. The management team all the way down to the assistant nursery staff are so kind and welcoming and they truly want the best experience for all of the children attending. It could definitely do with a bit of a revamp and some new toys as it does look quite tired but it doesn't seem to bother my son in the slightest! 5-stars from me and my husband!

I am very impressed with this setting. My daughter had previously attended another nursery in the area but was not doing well. She was 2 years 11 months old, had no speech, challenging behaviour, no social interactions etc, and made no progress at that nursery. So we decided to move her to Bright Horizons Chigwell. Now at 3.5 years old, she has speech and has developed friendships with her peers and is progressing with all areas of her development with no challenging behaviour. Staff have been very supportive with settling her in and made above and beyond effort to put things in place to support her development. She is very happy to go at the start of the day and is happy when we are picking her up with lots of excitement.

We are so pleased with our choice to send our first baby to Bright Horizons Chigwell Day Nursery and Preschool in Chigwell. Our daughter started the Nursery at the age of 1, as I returned to work and from the first visit, we felt such warmth from all of the staff. As you would expect, we were quite nervous about leaving our daughter but she settled so much quicker than we expected and was very quickly as clingy to her key workers as she is us! No day is the same when it comes to activities, they go out of their way to encourage all different types of play and get the babies outside in the forest, vegetable patches and gardens as much as possible which was really important to us. Bonus- they do all the messy play we don’t like to do at home too! The staff are genuinely so caring and kind, it's like a tight family unit and I can tell my daughter feels safe and secure in their care.

I highly recommend this nursery. My daughter always receives excellent care and is provided with a variety of fun and stimulating activities which have contributed to her making great progress. There is also lots of outdoor space.

Both my children have attended Bright Horizons Chigwell Day Nursery and Preschool, my daughter is still there. The staff are amazing and have been there for a long time which shows how committed they are to the children and families. My daughter has a great relationship with the staff and the children and is always so happy to attend. The nursery itself is a warm and happy environment which the staff work hard to create and maintain.

We’ve had good experiences at the nursery for both of our children so would recommend it to other parents. Throughout the team they’re caring, approachable and ensure the children continue to develop the key skills they need (while having fun on the way). If I had a gripe, it would be the number of clothes ruined from paint that doesn’t wash out, but not enough to detract from a 5 star rating.

My son has been at the nursery since he was 11 months old. He is now 19 months and in the baby room. He has loved it from the first settling day and that is down to the wonderful and caring staff. He has amazing key workers and the other staff in the room are just as brilliant. My son loves them very much. The children are really happy. The baby room has lots going on, lovely outdoor area and amazing garden where they have been growing veggies. Parents are kept up to date through an app which is great. The nursery itself is homely and inviting and all the staff are really friendly, and the rest of the team have worked really hard over the past few months to make some noticeable changes to the appearance and general feel of the setting such as planting, painting areas in bright colours and pet fish to name a few. The food is healthy, nutritious and varied. All in all, it’s a great setting and I only have positive things to say!

Both our son and daughter attend Bright Horizons Chigwell. The staff are excellent, very caring and loving while trying to meet parents' expectations as best as they can in terms of learning. The outdoor space is fantastic; it doesn’t compare to any other nursery I have seen.

Our childs development has been amazing, the staff have been great throughout her time at Bright Horizons Chigwell Day Nursery and Preschool. The self-confidence development has been amazing to see, something she could only learn from interacting with other children at the nursery. Staff have always been easy to communicate with and talk to regarding any issues.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my daughter's experience at Bright Horizons Chigwell Day Nursery and Preschool. The staff are all amazing and so supportive. It took my daughter a while to settle but now she is so happy to be at nursery! As a mother, I feel confident that my daughter is progressing here and has achieved so many new skills. My daughter has made great relationships with her peers and has a special bond with her teachers, she looks forward to seeing them when I drop her off and never leaves without giving them all a hug! I’m excited now for my son to begin in September, I cannot recommend this nursery enough. The outdoor space is filled with things to do and the classrooms are spacious with lots of activities. Thank you Bright Horizons Chigwell!

Bright Horizons in Chigwell provides a safe, happy educational environment for my child. We’ve had good experiences at the nursery for both of our children so would recommend it to other parents.
