All such lovely and polite staff when having a show around for the nursery, very helpful and understanding of my worries and concerns. Was able to answer all my question well and reassure me if needed. My child's settles were handled very well and they made sure all my child's needs were met. My
child is loving nursery and I look
Forward to taking him in as I know he is so happy and has so much fun. I look forward to seeing the staff and having a good chat and great communication.

Our Son has been at Talbot Woods Nursery for over 2 years since he was a toddler and we have found the Nursery and staff to have been consistently excellent. He loves it and is thriving.
The attention and genuine care from all the staff towards our little one as well as to us as parents has been
nothing short of fantastic.

Can't fault this nursery, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. My child has been there since they were 9 months old and every different key worker they've had has played a positive role in their life. Management are always so helpful with my questions and sorting anything out that I need to
know. My child has had a wonderful time at nursery!

Talbot Woods has been a truly amazing part of my children's lives, caring for three of them from tiny babies through to preschool. The team has been very supportive, especially in helping one of my children secure an EHCP, which is so important for his future. The daily journal with photos and
descriptions of their activities show that they're always engaged in fun, enriching activities. The caregivers are exceptional, kind, attentive, and truly invested in the children. I couldn't have asked for a better nursery experience!

This is a lovely nursery and pre-school, both my sons have gone here and they both enjoyed it.
The staff are very caring and warm and the updates given on what your child has been doing during the day are always detailed.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a place for their
child.

Amazing nursery. I recently moved house and had to enrol my daughter and son into Bright Horizons Talbot Woods Day Nursery. The staff are so warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure the kids settled in nicely. They give great feedback about how your child is doing during the day
ensuring you feel they are being well looked after. 10/10! I would 100% recommend to anyone in the area. Keep doing what your doing Talbot Day Nursery!

Bright Horizons Talbot Woods Day Nursery and Preschool is still my life-changing nursery. My little one has been over a year now there and she just loves it. All the staff are beyond caring and lovely people. The site is always immaculately clean and everything is in order! Considering that they are
dealing with all ages, is great to see how is all well-organised. On top of that, all the staff are super lovely with the little ones, even if they are not in their rooms which creates an amazing and good environment for everyone.

Great nursery and pre-school. My daughter has enjoyed going here and the staff have always been so friendly and welcoming and facilities are lovely. She has learnt so much and we have seen a great advancement in her, since attending preschool, as they help to prepare the kids for primary school with
phonics, writing and reading all in a lovely fun and entertaining manner. Would always recommend this nursery as we have had a great experience with them.

The nursery takes feedback positively and seeks to make considerable changes. Everything I complained about were resolved without having to ask the second time. My son is now fond of his caregivers in Bumblebees.
Also I like the fact they have a platform to check-in with you during the day.

It's been amazing with Bumblebees as my baby boy's key worker has been so patient with him as he gets upset a lot and he's starting to get better and showing and talking about nursery and the stuff and staff in there have really helped to get him better and wanting to go to nursery.

It is almost six-plus months my son has been attending the nursery and enjoying the same. Last week he moved to the toddler room from baby room. He enjoyed the time he had with his primary caregiver a lot. From the very beginning, his caregiver has demonstrated a remarkable ability to connect with
children, creating a nurturing and supportive environment that has greatly benefitted my child. The positive impact it has had on my child's development and well-being is immeasurable. My son has thrived under her care, showing significant progress in social skills, creativity, confidence, friendship and many more. Now, that my son has moved to the toddler room, he will surely miss his caregiver however we are looking forward to him settling with his new caregiver.

I have two children that attend Bright Horizons Talbot Woods Day Nursery and Preschool. Both of them have flourished with socialising with other adults and children and are growing into confident young people. They are always having a great time when we pick them up at the end of the day. I love the
photo updates we receive and most importantly, the care the staff provide meets all expectations and more.

My son has been attending the nursery for some time and he loves it. The staff are lovely and very helpful and really know the children.
He started in the baby room which was great with lots of resources for the children. He moved to the next room and loved being outside and playing with the toys.
The only concern I have is we were told there was a chef on sight preparing food. This has never been the case and I find the menu is a bit random and uninspiring. However, my son eats well so he must like it.

All three of my children have thrived at Bright Horizons Talbot Woods Day Nursery and Preschool. The team are so kind, supportive and patient and always go the extra mile to make sure their individual needs, personalities and interests are looked after right through from the baby room all the way to
preschool.
We couldn't be more happy with the hard work, care and attention provided and we would recommend this nursery setting to all!

The staff at the nursery are fantastic. They have helped our child settle in with a personalised, compassionate approach. There are lots of activities and toys on offer and our child is clearly entertained all day.

My daughter has been going to Bright Horizons Talbot Woods Day Nursery and Preschool since July and she has settled in really well. The staff have been great and I love getting updates on the app about her day.
We definitely made the right choice in enrolling her at this nursery.

We are very happy with the nursery. Since my son moved to the Ladybird room he seems a lot happier and loves playing out in the garden. He has also made a few close friends which is great to see. We would like to give our thanks to the key workers who are doing a great job and are always smiling
even after a busy/tiring day at work.

I think very highly of the team at Bright Horizons Talbot Woods Day Nursery and Preschool. My daughter is very happy there and well looked after. At pick up she often doesn't want to leave! She has made excellent friends and loves the staff who are very caring and good fun.

Excellent nursery. Staff are hard-working and have all taken real time to understand my son and his likes and dislikes. Lovely room setting and all kids seem genuinely happy to be there which speaks volumes.

Talbot Woods is a great nursery. My little boy has come on leaps and bounds since starting back in February. They have taught him so much already and continue to progress his development. We get regular updates on how his day is going and lots of pictures which is great. The staff are so lovely and
are always happy to have a chat about anything. They care a lot and it really shows. I cannot thank this nursery enough for the care and attention they give to my little boy. Thank you so much for everything.
