My little boy has been at Mama Bears since September 2024, it's a small team of lovely staff who care deeply about all of the children. My child's key worker is absolutely wonderful and they have a strong bond . They provide loads of educational and fun activities , great tuff trays and lots of
outdoor time.
My little boy has been supported with trying lots of new foods, potty training and his emotional development has come on leaps and bounds. He has strong friendships and is always incredibly excited to go to nursery.
I would recommend mama bears to anybody. I will be enrolling my second little boy too !

The staff at this nursery makes it an amazing place to be!
Everyone (Hannah, Becca, Mariam, Sophia, Faith, Adam, Louise) absolutely all of them are fantastic! They are very friendly, professional and dedicated to the job they are doing - which is not an easy task at all! It's one of the hardest
job (looking after children and help them achieve their full potential).
They have lots of fun activities which they post on the parents app, together with all the other daily updates such as meals/nappy changes. This keeps parents informed at all times.
My son goes to this nursery for a while now, and because the staff it's excellent I decided I also take my daughter there too! They both love it there and adapted very well! (Within 2 weeks at most) - this shows how well the nursery it's managed and how safe the kids feel there!
Thank you to the nursery manager (Hannah) and all the other staff (sorry if I missed anyone above)! You are all fantastic and you make Mama Bears so special!

It's been a wonderful experience for the few weeks my ward started out with your outfit. I've noticed slight improvement in my child in terms of being more confident and independent in approaching issues.

Our son started at Mama Bear Stanbridge in July 2025, moving from a different nursery. He loves his time there and we've been so impressed. It's a small staff group and everyone is so kind, warm, fun and welcoming - they never have agency staff. This has really helped him settle. He does lots of
different activities and is learning lots. The communication home is regular and helpful. We are really happy with the care he is provided and highly recommend.

Our son started Mama Bear's Downend after a bad experience at another nursery so we were anxious as a family to send him. From day one, all of the staff have said call as many times as you need to, check in and see how he is doing. Our son settled so well and this is all because of the amazing
staff. Whenever he needs a cuddle or reassurance, they are there to help him. He has progressed so much with his independence, eating and speech. Thank you so much Mama Bear's!

My daughter has been coming to this nursery for a while now and we both absolutely love it. She got a bit upset at the start (normally for most children) but she soon grew to settle in and now loves her nursery days. I feel so relaxed when she is in there knowing the workers really do go above and
beyond. It is a really safe, warm, supported, happy and fun place for me to drop my daughter off and I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

I just want to say this nursery is absolutely amazing! They help with everything possible, my daughter started in November 2023 and has gained so much confidence and has came along way from when she first started! She has learnt so much from just going 2 days a week in such a short period of time!
The staff are incredible too they help and support all your needs and never fails to keep you posted on everything you need to know! They're great with keeping in contact with you too! I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking to place their child into one! Mama Bears is absolutely incredible!

My 2-year-old started nursery here in 2023 and absolutely loves going here. The staff are always uploading pictures and comments onto the app, which is especially good for knowing what she’s eaten in a day (she can be a picky eater). The staff are lovely and my child has really connected with them,
she gives them hugs before she leaves and she talks about them when we come home. The nursery always has different food for lunch and tea time every week, my child is encouraged to be independent (washing hands, hanging coat and bag up, etc.) which she carries on at home. The other children and the staff here are lovely, a really great nursery.

My daughter has just finished attending Mama Bears at Stanbridge. She has been with this nursery since she was 2 years old.
The nursery is small and friendly and the staff are all very kind and caring towards the children. She definitely saw them all as extended family! She is about to start
school now but is going to miss attending this pre-school.

My son has been really happy at Stanbridge Mama Bear's Day Nursery. He is always welcomed in each morning by smiling staff who care for him and his needs. The management have been proactive in supporting my child's development by knowing his specific needs well and preparing his transition to School
in September. My son has enjoyed the activities available such as baking and going on the bus to the Library or the park.

My son has been at the preschool since January. He loves it, and he never wants to leave! He loves the outdoor space, the different food and all the activities. The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. It is a lovely preschool and I would recommend it to anyone.

My son has recently moved to this setting and he has settled in really well. He loves coming into nursery and loves all the staff, he even asks to go in on his days off. He also talks about all the staff at home.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful at the nursery and I can’t fault it in any way. Would like to thank all staff for the care and support and the time they have put into my children. The manager has been amazing all the years I have known her and a lot of the other staff are quite new but
also seemed to have settled into the role and are doing a great job. Last but not least the staff in the office is always polite and very helpful.

I had my son join this nursery in April this year and I cannot recommend it enough! He has come on leaps and bounds with everything he has been doing, his speech has come on so well and so have his social skills. The staff here are amazing and really do care and look after everyone.

My son started this nursery in January 2022 and graduated in July. In the 7 months he was there the change in him was remarkable. The teachers were brilliant and the administration staff was amazing. I genuinely felt that while my son was in nursery he was with a group of people who truly loved him
and wanted the best for him. Great nursery!

Since starting Stanbridge Day Nursery my son has grown and become so confident in himself. He is always so happy and excited to go and greet all the staff and always excited to go and play and loves them all as if they were family. My son's development in such a short amount of time has skyrocketed
and that’s all to the thanks of every single staff member there. The fact he literally runs in in the mornings is what makes me realise this establishment isn’t just adults in charge, but it’s people who treat your children as if they were their own and make them extremely comfortable. All staff members are so kind and polite and overall I just love it! I love it, my son loves it and I will absolutely hopefully be sending my daughter too! Also, the space for the children to play, explore and learn in is second to none! It’s fabulous and what you expect for growing children!

My son attended the nursery for over 2 years and we are so sad that he has now finished to start school in September. The setting is wonderful, so many opportunities for the children to play, explore and learn and the staff are simply the best, loving, kind, caring, supportive and fun! Whilst my son
was going through an autism assessment the team helped in every way they could, I knew I could go to them for any advice and questions. They supported us in the EHCP process, putting in place everything my son needed to achieve his full potential. He started the nursery a shy, timid little boy who was non verbal and he's left a happy, content, outgoing little boy who doesn't stop talking. I couldn't thank the whole team enough for everything they have done for us. They gave my son the best start to his education and now he's ready to start school. We'll miss them all.

My son attended the Mama Bear's Day Nursery and Pre-School at Stanbridge setting for 2 years and starts school this September. The staff are all lovely and very approachable. I feel like they knew my child as an individual and his key worker would sometimes tailor activities/play to support his
personal development needs. I am happy with the care and education he received during his time at Mama Bear's Day Nursery and Pre-School and I'm confident he will be ready for his next steps.
