Had My son in here from When he was one to attending school Now have my daughter here and will be putting my baby due 2026 in here aswell.. all the staff are amazing they go above and beyond to make sure you and your child are at ease with everything they do.. Make sure your childs meeting there need for there age. They do alot of indoor and outdoor activities keeping them active and entertained at all times. Keep up with all the special Events that are going in and make sure everyones involved.. keep you up to date with the app on what your child is eating and doing through out the day. Overall a really brilliant nursery and i wouldnt hesitate to tell everyone to put there child in here if looking for childcare.

My son has just started at this nursery & I was so nervous but from the moment we started with his settling in sessions my mind was straight at ease, the staff was all so welcoming and my son loved them from the very first time he went into the baby room. His confidence has grown to much & is such a happy little soul when I pick him up. Can't thank staff enough for making me feel so much better about my first baby going to nursery, I am very excited for him to have many amazing memories here.

Really nice staff, helped my child getting used to new people and rooms. They do lovely activities, arts and crafts and toddler room has a nice cereal dispenser where kids are encouraged to get their own breakfast, encouraging independence.

My little boy started the nursery in November 2024, he had a very difficult time settling in but the staff where amazing, they also suggested my son needed more settling in sessions to help him which I agreed with and they where very supportive. Now my little boy is thriving, he loves nursery and always tells me stories about what he's being doing through the day. I can see and feel how happy he is. All the staff are very friendly, kind and are always positive, the managers recognise how great they are and are always treating them, it's lovely to see on socials! Overall, a very warm and welcoming setting that I am happy my little boy is a part of!

Both of my children attend this nursery, one since 2023 and the other since the start of 2025. Both of them love it here, they have both come along so well since starting. The staff are amazing and so helpful, they genuinely seem to enjoy being there and being with all the children.

The manager and the team have been amazing with the settling in sessions of my 2nd daughter. The whole team are great, so friendly, they're amazing with both my girls. I couldn't recommend the nursery enough.

Having been a customer of this nursery since 2021 it's been a pleasure in dealing with all the staff that work there. They really care about the children and thrive to encourage independence from a young age.

As a parent, watching your child struggle to settle into nursery can be difficult-but thanks to the wonderful team at the nursery, this journey has become much easier for both my son and me. A heartfelt thank you to a particular staff member, who has been a constant source of comfort and support for my little one. He absolutely adores her-so much so that even when he's at home, he wants to go to nursery just to see her! That bond is incredibly reassuring as a parent. I also want to express my appreciation for four other members of staff who have all shown such warmth, patience, and care. Their support has made a big difference in helping my child feel safe and happy in his new environment. A special mention goes to the nursery manager, who has been incredibly supportive not just with my child, but with me as well. Her understanding and approachability have truly made this experience more comforting. Thank you to the whole team for the dedication and love you show every day.

My little one started Kids Planet at 2 years old. As an only child he really wasn't used to being alongside other kids. 5 staff members in particular were absolute superstars in encouraging him to come out of his shell and settle in. He's since moved up to Pre-School with three members of staff and under their kindly care and guidance, he has again flourished. He's meeting or exceeding his milestones and I'm sure this wouldn't have happened without them. Toddlers say very little about their day, but we always get updates on the app and at pick up time- which is really reassuring. My only criticism would be towards the accounts team whose invoices are as clear as mud! But given that financials are dealt with offsite, I can't lay that issue with the Halewood team. Ultimately, my LO absolutely loves going to Kids Planet and it's easy to see why: it's a happy, positive and safe space for kids to grow and learn. I'm really happy to recommend there!

Both of our children have attended and have loved the caring staff & management keep us informed well and have dealt with any minor issues well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kids Planet Halewood to other parents!

Staff friendly, helpful and approachable but most importantly always looking after the children so well. My daughter is always happy and well cared for, with plenty of educational and creative tasks, ideas and activities being created.

My child has been attending Kids Planet Halewood since January 2024 and has been thriving since starting. She recently moved up rooms and at first, was slightly unsettled. The workers in her new room kept us updated on what they were doing to get her settled, adapted her key worker to someone who was in for all the days my child was in. After a week of some amendments, my child was completely settled and was skipping into nursery. It's a lovely safe environment and my daughter loves her nursery days. The learning is age-appropriate and the workers take great care in working on key development objectives which we can clearly see at home. We're so grateful for all Kids Planet Halewood is doing to invest in our child's nursery development.

This is a lovely nursery and the care they give is amazing. They go above and beyond for my little girl and I couldn't ask for a better group of girls to look after her. My little boy has been attending the nursery since he was 6 months he is just entering his last year before he starts school and we have never had a problem. All staff are brilliant with him a treat him like their own child. Exactly what you want in a nursery that home away from home feel.

We were really apprehensive about our little one starting nursery especially as she hadn't spent any time with anyone but Mum and Dad. The first few weeks were really tough, emotional and long! But the nursery staff were incredibly supportive. We never worried about leaving our little girl there and felt well-informed. 6 months on she loves going and we struggle to get her out! Thanks all!

Excellent nursery, very happy with my son's care. They do lots of activities with him the food is great, lots of variety and the meals are very nutritious. He loves going to nursery and all of the staff here are great.

My daughter attended when the nursery was Ducklings from 11 months old until she left to start school, and when we needed a nursery for my son we didn’t hesitate to send him here as well. He loves attending nursery, the facilities for him are brilliant, and there is a wide range of activities each day for him to participate in. The best thing about the nursery though is the caring, fantastic staff who look after him. I feel safe in the knowledge he is happy and well looked after here. I would highly recommend Halewood Kids Planet to anyone looking for a nursery.
