This nursery has been an absolute joy and pleasure for my little girl, not only does she go into nursery smiling so happy she comes home so happy and not wanting to come home! And that speaks volumes! Always updating me on how she is getting on, things she has done, eating schedule, and many more. Pictures of her though out the day, gifts and presents she's made and most of all the lovely staff that work there are incredible, never leave a child out and is always always so polite and so caring.. always so loving at the door to my daughter, so happy to see her and I love that! Overall cannot express how important a nursery is. And this is such an amazing nursery.. honestly I was so worried about sending my daughter to a nursery as she is my world but this nursery is just fabulous and I never ever have to worry amazing

I'm very pleased with this nursery they keep me updated on how my son is doing throughout the day . also the app tells me what he has eaten they do football club potty training the staff are very friendly it took him a while to settle in but now he loves it

Lovely nursery , my daughter has settled in quickly and is clearly enjoying her time in there ! All staff is helpful , kind and go the extra mile to acomodate my daughter's needs. Lots of interesting activities available to children and a good outside space for kits to play in !

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 12 months old and is now just over two. From the very start, the staff have taken the time to understand her individual needs, and the bond she has developed with them is truly lovely. The staff are what make this nursery so special - they are kind, nurturing, and genuinely care for each child. Communication is always good, and any changes / requests are implemented with them often going above and beyond. The facilities are excellent, with a lovely outdoor playground, and there are weekly activities such as music class and yoga. The nursery also uses a great app where they share photos, updates on what they have been doing, and even details of what they've eaten and skill observations. It's an easy and quick way to communicate with staff. I looked around several nurseries before choosing this one, and it was the warmth and dedication of the staff that really swayed me. We haven't been disappointed and we love the nursery

My son started this nursery at 11 months old and was struggling with separation anxiety at first. The staff at Child 1st are just wonderful and he is now a very settled, happy 13 month old! It really didn't take him long at all to make connections with the girls and I am more than happy to leave him there, knowing he is being loved and cared for. The app is updated regularly with photos and updates and this leaves you feeling so content. He eats LOTS there which can only be a good sign!! Thank you for making my return to work so easy! X

My son has been going since he turned two in nursery and is now in preschool. From the beginning communication between the nursery/preschool and myself has been outstanding with updates on how his day has been, what he has eaten and observations. My son's progress has been amazing. The nursery and even more preschools have gone up and beyond for my son and his interests. All the staff are very friendly. I couldn't have picked a better way to start my son's journey. I feel my son is safe and secure there. Thanks again all.

My little girl loves going to nursery. She always comes out with a massive smile on her face! Always has a dry nappy when I pick her up. All the staff are lovely, the updates and photos you get are reassuring for those who are leaving them at the early stages. It lets you know when they nap, eat and when they have changed their nappy. Great Nursery definitely recommend it.

Our first child (who is now 8) went to Child 1st and he loved it, so for us there was no other option for our second child this year as we had full trust that this was the nursery that would give him the support, learning, care that he needed and they haven't disappointed. From the first settle sessions, when I was sat downstairs waiting and all I could hear were giggles from other rooms, I knew that it was still the best place for our boys. All the staff, especially 3 members of staff in particular are so lovely and our boy settled so quickly going in smiling and coming out even happier. Thank you we look forward to the next few years with you

My child is safe, happy and well cared for at Child 1st Nursery and Preschool. Staff are well trained and support my child's learning. I receive regular updates about my child's learning and development and it is clear staff develop excellent relationships with the children. I would highly recommend this nursery and preschool to others.

My son has been at Child 1st for a month now in the baby unit and I love seeing updates of his day, it's lovely. All the staff are so nice and friendly. The rooms are all lovely and well set up. Love that for the baby unit, it has different rooms and the garden space, it's really well set up! I would definitely recommend here, I visited a few local nurseries but nothing beats this one!

My wife and I decided to send our eldest daughter to Child 1st and now our youngest attends too. The staff really make the nursery. Each and every one of them are fantastic and have looked after our girls with so much care and kindness. Our eldest is now at pre-school but absolutely loved her time at Child 1st and firmed incredible bonds with some of the staff. Our youngest daughter has really struggled to settle and has been very upset at drop offs and during the day. However, the staff have displayed kindness, empathy and patience and we feel reassured she is in great hands. The staff send regular updates on the app as well as updating us about the key parts of their day (food, naps, nappy changes). I would recommend Child 1st to any parents exploring nursery options in the local area. Thank you all so much for everything you do.

The nursery is amazing. I was so upset and sad sending my child to nursery when returning to work from maternity, they had only been with myself and close family. The nursery quickly changed my mind, my two children love it there, and all the staff are kind, caring, funny, and compassionate. Now I feel the same sadness one is leaving to go to school because nursery is such a big part of his life. At home, he talks about staff constantly in a lovely way. He will miss it there! Definitely recommend it.

My child has been in the baby unit at Child 1st Coleshill for 12 months and he has been thriving, he loves going in with a smile on his face and he has come on leaps and bounds! He has developed in his speech, numbers, colours and he plays well with other children. The staff are caring and are facilitating of his eczema treatments.

We have been really impressed with the nursery. Our daughter is in the baby room and all of the staff have been great; from making an effort to learn how to say her name properly before she even started to get to know her interests to aiding handovers in the morning and keeping us updated and sharing what she is up to. We couldn't have asked for more from her start at nursery at 13 months. Now a couple of months in and she has some lovely relationships, seems happy to be going most days and is even learning to say the names of all of her favourite staff.

Cannot recommend this nursery enough. My daughter has struggled to settle and with her special needs it has been difficult but the nursery have helped her so much and worked with us to put strategies in place to try and help my little girl! One member of staff in particular is amazing with my daughter and I can't thank her enough for all she is doing to help her.

My daughter who started this nursery at 11 weeks old has made amazing progress over 6 weeks. She loves attending and the care they show towards her puts our minds at rest. We have no doubt that our daughter will benefit greatly from starting this nursery so young.

Our 14-month-old daughter loves it here. She has really come along with development since starting in December. All of the staff are very caring and do so many varied activities. Would definitely recommend it to any prospective parents.

Both our little girls love this nursery. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others who are looking. The ladies who run it are lovely and very caring. I like that there is fresh food made on site and that nappies and milk powders are provided as it makes things so much more convenient.

My son is 1 year 6 months old and he loves it here! He started in September and has progressed so well. His speech and movement has improved so much and his people skills. I can really start to see his little personality come alive. The staff are so lovely and are always there to help. Thank you everyone at Child 1st Coleshill for looking after my boy so well!

The nursery is amazing. I was so upset and sad sending my child to nursery when returning to work from maternity, they had only been with myself and close family.
