I have nothing but praise for this fantastic nursery. All of the staff are well-trained, friendly and communicative. I have never felt at all concerned about my child when in their care. They provide a very good range of daily activities, food and experiences. Fees are very reasonable and include
formula, nappies and food. They are flexible and know the individual personalities and needs of all of the children in their care. As parents, we get regular updates and photos via Tapestry, which is a secure, closed platform. When they reopened this summer (2020) they put robust safety procedures in place in light of Covid-19. My child has absolutely thrived at Pretty Windows Day Nursery and I would definitely recommend anyone in the area looking for daycare consider this nursery.
