We chose this nursery after attending an open day and meeting the staff and seeing the facilities. We are so glad we did. Our 14 month old daughter had her settling in period in September and the staff could not have been more supportive and reassuring. All of the staff at Columbus Courtyard have been really welcoming. Our main interactions have been with the staff in the baby room who are so lovely and warm towards the children- it is such a nice thing for a parent to witness. The nursery manager and management staff are all amazing and have been such an asset to the nursery. Also the team who cook and clean too- it doesn't go unnoticed. Our daughter has slowly settled in and really enjoys it there. She could not be in a better place. It makes you happy as a parent to know that your child is well looked after by such a fantastic group of people. I would highly recommend this nursery.

We had a wonderful experience with Columbus Courtyard Bright Horizons nursery. Our daughter attended from 12 to 17 months and absolutely loved it. The staff - especially Evita, Tyler, and Anisha - were warm, attentive, and deeply caring. The nursery environment is safe, sunlit, and beautifully tucked away, offering plenty of outdoor time. Our daughter was always excited to arrive and clearly felt secure and joyful throughout her time there. The admin support was excellent, and the daily photo updates were a lovely touch. We highly recommend this nursery and are genuinely grateful for the love and care they provided.

We couldn't be happier with Columbus Courtyard Bright Horizons Nursery. From the very first day, the team made us feel welcomed, supported, and truly listened to as parents. Our little one settle in so beautifully thanks to the patience, warmth, and genuine care shown by the staff. They have created such a nurturing environment where she feels safe, loved, and encouraged to explore. In just a short time, we've seen such a positive impact on her wellbeing and development-she has grown more confident, curious, and joyful every day. Her social skills have blossomed as she interacts with other children, and it's been amazing to see her learn new things through the thoughtful activities they prepare. The way the team celebrates her little milestones makes us feel so reassured that she is not only looked after but truly cherished. Dropping her off each morning is easy knowing she is in such caring hands. We are so grateful to the whole team for the love and the dedication!

Our daughter has attended Bright Horizons for the past two months. We have felt really well supported during her settling in time and believe it helped her settle quickly. The staff are really friendly and show a genuine interest in the children. Management has been very supportive and responsive and have set up a range of parents events (such as potty training, Valentine's Day play session etc) which have helped to build a strong community.

Bright Horizons Columbus Courtyard is a brilliant nursery. My child started it when he was 13 months old and now he is Preschool student. Staff and menagement made sure that he settled really easily and now coming to the nursery every day with pleasure. Me and my husband appreciate all staff hard work in helping us rasing our kid especially with potty training, speech, writing. We do not have any family in UK than nursery is our support and place when we can ask for help regards our child development/behaviour as well as we can focus on our work. Every day in nursery is full of surprises, interesting experiences /exercises and events. I love that pupils go out every day and if weather is not great they have a big room to play in.

My son joined the baby room in August and the staff, management and his key people were amazing in helping him settle in. Everyone cares so deeply about the children and there are always many engaging and different things going on at nursery. My son loves the food at nursery and really enjoys all the activities planned for each day. There is also ongoing thoughtful feedback on how my son is doing which I really value. The nursery is really well managed and organised and it's been a very positive experience for our whole family.

I couldn't imagine a better nursery for our son. Staff are wonderful, communication is brilliant, and the facility has everything they could need. They plan an impressive number of activities for kids and parents and keep us updated more than any of our friends at other nurseries receive, with great pictures too.

Bright Horizons Columbus Courtyard, what can I say? From changing over from an old nursery to this one was an amazing transition my son has blossomed and progressed so much in attending this nursery he loves the staff and can't wait to rush in the doors first thing in the morning to join his classmates and teachers. The staff are amazing and have a personal connection to each child. They treat them as if they are their own. The learning and education is also amazing for the children especially going into preschool. My son has learnt so much about a different variety of things. The school is also kept well clean and immaculate at all times.

All the staff are brilliant and helped our child settled in very well. The facilities are lovely. There is always lots of things going on at the nursery especially over Christmas there were lots of celebrations. The babies are well fed and taken care of. The range of activities is good and it's nice that they go outside everyday. Our child comes home tired but happy.

My baby is settling quite well in the nursery. At first it was quite difficult as this was a new environment for her but with the support, guidance and advice from the staff, she is much more happier, making friends with the other babies and bonding with her key workers.

The nursery is clean, full of natural sunlight in the spacious classrooms, has a fantastic staff-to-child ratio with lots of personal attention and feedback, freshly made, nutritious meals, weekly theatre workshops and regular cooking experiences for children. Other perks include regular visits from stylists specialising in child haircuts. While there is no dedicated outdoor play area, the preschool has a fantastic indoor garden where children can conquer obstacle courses, ride tricycles and explore an indoor sandbox. The children have daily outside excursions riding bikes and scooters around the large nearby courtyard, going to local playgrounds, enjoying the waterfront, playing ball in the grassy area in Westferry Circus, feeding ducks and exploring plant life in Crossrail Gardens. Additional recent special excursions include a boat ride and theatre show at the theatre, a Christmas puppet show at a local church and play sessions at the museum.

Our little one has been attending Bright Horizons Colombus Courtyard for a few weeks now and he has settled in really well. The staff are very friendly and always available for the parents, and we feel our little one is really well looked after. They organise daily events and activities and the nursery set up is amazing. We highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter joined the nursery when she was 1 year old and has developed a lot since joining. The settling-in week went smoothly as the staff are very caring and make the transition easy. The baby rooms are large and full of diverse activities for the babies to enjoy, they also have an indoor garden with sensory activities the babies enjoy. She is now very happy to go to the nursery every day and loves playing with her friends and the practitioners, she adores singing nursery rhymes and enjoys storytime a lot (she didn't like it before joining). We are very pleased with the whole experience and are very sad that we will be leaving the nursery as we're relocating.

I can't recommend this nursery enough! My baby has gone to the nursery since the age of 11 months. From going to an open day, I knew it was the one. The nursery itself is so clean and the different rooms they have are very well-equipped and so lovely. The indoor gardens are my favourite. The little sensory room they have is incredible. I think the most important thing about this nursery though is the staff. Every single member of staff greets you in the corridor whether they know you or not. Everyone interacts with your child and despite maybe not being in the same room as your child, they still know their names and have a cuddle etc. It's a lovely environment and my child loves going and doesn't want to come home. They have learnt so much since they have been there and so have I. I am confident every day, when I drop them off, that they will be in safe hands and have lots of fun. The settling-in process was so easy and they were there for me and my child when there were a few tears!

The team at Bright Horizons Columbus Courtyard have been wonderful in providing a happy day-to-day learning environment for our son and also ensuring that consideration has been given to his individual personality and development progress over the past 2 years. The staff are very friendly but also professional in terms of responsibilities and provide regular daily updates and posts of what our son gets up to during the day. Our son loves attending nursery and comes home very happy.

Both my son and my daughter attended this nursery at different times. They loved it. My daughter has attended most recently from Jan '22 till Jul '24, and she has developed a genuine bond with the staff. She loves attending the nursery and her nursery "teachers and friends" are an integral part of all the stories she tells us at home. We are confident that this experience has been formative and truly wonderful, shaping her in a very positive, independent way.

Our son has been at the nursery for 4 months now having started at 1 years old. The Columbus Courtyard team has been incredibly welcoming and we've been amazed at how quickly he settled in. He comes back a very happy boy each day and we have loved seeing the updates through the app of all the various activities throughout the day. All of the staff have made an effort to make him feel comfortable and as parents, we are completely at ease dropping him off with the lovely team each day. Thank you!

During my daughter's time here (since 1 year old) I have seen her develop and flourish in so many ways. I watched her go from being a little frightened of interacting with other children to making friends along her journey. Her preschool journey has been amazing to watch as she's come leaps and bounds. The preschool staff have been so wonderful in supporting her SEN needs, creating an accepting, supportive and safe environment for my daughter. She has grown attached to the preschool team, as they are almost in sync with her needs and desires. Bright Horizons Columbus Courtyard Day Nursery and Preschool has an inclusive and supportive environment for children with additional needs and making sure my daughter has felt as accepted and understood like any child should. She has grown and developed into her own happy little person with the support from such wonderful staff.
